Amazing food, beautiful design, friendly staff, what else do you need? We had a variety of courses, mostly based on pasta and pizza. The pasta tasted good, but the pizza is really special. Look at that pizza in the picture. I don't often take a picture of my pizzas, but look at it. Had a little too mich crust, but since the crust was by the book qith top ingredients, wven that is a joy to eat. Prices are expensive, but what do you expect from such a place in Crans Montana? Sur la carte il est précisé « tagliolini à la truffe 32.- puis 6.- le gramme de truffe ajoutée » je me visualise le plat avec des pâtes avec une magnifique sauce à la truffe et pouvoir y râper un peu de truffe fraîche sur le dessus. À ben à ma immense surprise on nous sert un plat de tagliolini au beurre et le serveur nous râpe de la truffe fraîche par dessus. 16gr de truffe pour 2. Ce qui nous a fait un total de 64.- pour 2 assiettes de pâtes au beurre auxquels il y a été ajouté 96.- pour la truffe!!!!! À ben c’est les pâtes les plus chères de ma vie: 160.- pour 2 plats de pâtes!!!! Du foutage de gueule mais vraiment!!! Ils ne m’y reverront pas de si tôt.

Certes la viande est chère mais ça ne les a lait pas du tout. Cela devait être servi avec des pommes allumettes. J'ai reçu des frites ordinaires surgelées et en plus, mal cuites, toutes molles.
