The restaurant is very pretty and the staff very friendly. The dishes are very good but expensive compared to the quantity on the plate.

Food is okay, service is great, atmosphere is very friendly. Recommendable, but I’m sure there some better place for a pizza and a beer in town! ;)

Impeccable treatment from the waiters and Maikel who greeted my baby and me at the entrance, it's nice to know that there are people who are passionate about their work and that shows in terms of service and dealing with customers! Always with a pleasant smile and attentive to everything! The food was exquisite and the dessert even more so! I don't have a photo of it because it didn't last long! It was a delicious tiramisu!

Very expensive menu for the quantity and quality offered (49 francs per person without drinks) and disastrous service. They charged us for tap water. Supposedly the water was filtered by a special system they had, but the price was much higher than any type of bottled water. The worst thing was that one of the waiters had a very unprofessional attitude. I have worked in the hospitality sector and no matter how much a situation bothers you (which in this case made no sense, because it bothered him that we could have extra drinks and he didn't want to split a bill of more than 1000 francs), you can never lose the forms and much less insult the client. Apart from that, the manager was present at all times and did nothing to stop her employee's attitude.

The best pizza in Valais, staff always at the service of customers, Italian atmosphere and you can also see it on the plate! Domenico very nice and very helpful. Thanks to the whole team!!

I recently dined at Molino with a group of friends, and unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, we were seated at three large tables and opted for the set menu priced at 49 CHF per person, excluding drinks. We asked for tap water and we were served small jars, together with sparkling water, which we hadn't ordered, incurred an extra charge of 4 CHF per jar. When it came time to settle the bill, the staff insisted on combining the water charges for all three tables without being able to tell us how many bottles each table had consumed, making it impossible for us to split the cost accordingly. Despite our attempts to clarify the situation, one of the waiters, DOMENICO, started to insult us in Italian, assuming we couldn't understand. This unprofessional conduct and aggressive behaviour was shocking and entirely unacceptable. The manager was present during the incident but failed to address Domenico's inappropriate behavior (inappropriate and rude during the whole service). Hopefully customers are treated with more respect in the future.

The food is good but the service is despicable. The super disrespectful waiter even insulted us in Italian for not knowing how many waters per table we had ordered because we were a large group. Very unpleasant and making unacceptable comments and gestures every time we placed an order. I do not recommend this place if you want to have a good dinner

Italian to avoid: soft pizza. But at a steep price.

Start of meal for two, very pleasant service and very appreciable Italian atmosphere then placement of 4 young teenagers completely drunk next to our table who came from a bar with hat 010 and who respected nothing of the place or the moment. I must particularly thank the young girl at the entrance for her disastrous meal and this inappropriate placement. There was plenty of room in the restaurant.

When it comes to the quality of food, nobody does it better than Molinos. My wife and I tried multiple different restaurants, and there’s a reason we’ve come here 3 times in our 5 day trip. Food was decent/service was decent. Les Roches students are given a 20% discount when dining at the restaurant. When I told the server at the end of the dinner we were students and showed our student cards we were refused the discount because we did not tell them "before the dinner". Why would it matter at what point we tell the restaurant we are students?

The prices are frankly overrated. The pizzas are good but way too expensive. Virtually empty restaurant, extremely stressed waitress, too bad, very slow order taking and ultimately a service that was too fast which didn't give us time to finish the aperitif...

Worse place to come. Service was unexpected they were very rude. The pizza took forever to come. If you want to get treated badly, and deal with the employees aggressiveness I suggest to come here.

After eating at the Molino in Basel as well as the one in Montreux we were extremely disappointed. Cold pasta, poorly drained and tasteless.

We were charged 3.50 CHF per carafe for the water carafes, without anyone warning us. Including when we asked to fill them out. We ended up with 21.- to pay for tap water! Scandal ! We will not set foot in this restaurant again We had to pay 21.- CHF for tap water and no one even told us before we ordered it. It was a very bad surprise when we got the check! Definitely will not be going back there!

Large, clean, beautiful location located in the central (luxury) area of ​​Crans Montana Switzerland. Friendly staff and those who served us spoke Italian. I had a lemon risotto with prawns and I have to say it was good. In this area you can get around on foot but you can easily find parking. Dogs can enter.
