Migros-Partner - Zollweiden in Münchenstein

3rd owner in 6 years...both previously friendly - the new owner isn't...but we like the store because we live close by and as a family we sometimes need something on Sundays...@migros: At Migros Zollweiden you are obliged to buy something when you enter the store ?

Basically it's really good that you can shop there on Sunday in an emergency. However, the prices are far too expensive. Articles are often missing and they are not written on everywhere. They are also not accommodating if something breaks. You can safely do without the vegetables and fruits. It's a shame because the store would be a "burner" and the young employees are mostly friendly.

I've been going to this Migros for many years now. I have already experienced several owners, but unfortunately all of them were better than the current operator of Migros. You always come across empty shelves and expired goods. The boss himself never shows up and when he's there he doesn't take part. I'm very mindful that this is in the interests of Migros and the customers. Many regular customers who have been shopping there for more than 15 years no longer come, including myself as of today. Hopefully that will change and Migros Zollweiden will improve again

Unfortunately it has happened several times. Wrong priorities are set on Sunday. Instead of plaited bread and bread, sausage sausages and other artisan food are filled up. Regularly empty shelves for bread. The person in charge then hides in the warehouse when asked. Milk that is 3 days past its expiration date is still being sold.

Often the prices are not written down, so you stand there wondering and have to go to the checkout to ask for every third product. You always have to ask for the receipt to make sure everything is legal.

Very dissatisfied. Charged way too much for a piece of pizza that was cold and hard after a long wait. When I asked, it came. No Answer. I had to go back to the store to check the price and even then I had to wait longer until the money was returned. Kinderriegel was also a month expired

Things clearly got worse with the change of operator. If the shelf is empty, you sometimes wait 2-3 weeks until supplies are available, baking croissants again after 10 a.m. on the weekend would probably be asking too much, the meat supply used to be limited, but today it's lousy. The cleanliness in the store used to be better too. Sorry, now I only go there in an emergency.

The very old man (maybe the boss?) is so annoying. He kept staring at us like we were trying to steal things. The Migros management team has to teach him customer service! Just because he is the boss of a Migros partner does not mean that he places himself above everyone else. The other staff are always friendly and helpful, except for this very old man. So disgusting!

This department store is open on Sundays

Is it just me or do the prices vary depending on the store? French croissant in this branch costs a whopping 1.30, but at Migros Johanitterbrücke I only pay 1.10. The same with other products such as Pepsi can. Rip-off!

Perfect for small, basic errands

Trend products at theft price. 90g Takis chips for 6.95 CHF. compared to 1.50 EUR in Spain and even cheaper to purchase.

There today because of Sunday, it's good that they were open, but sold expired beer and a selection of vegetables, some of which were totally bad. Sry, that doesn't work at all.

The range could use more organic products, and the cashiers are always hiding in the store and the cash registers remain unattended.

I only go shopping here occasionally when I need something on a Sunday and I'm nearby, including today. The range is quite good. So far, with every (!) purchase, the majority of the vegetables and fruits on display have been in very poor condition, some of them already moldy in the packaging. Checking the expiry dates doesn't seem to work as well here as it does in normal Migros branches: almost all items that were reduced by 50% had already passed their best-before date, and items with a best-before date until today had not yet been reduced, especially meat and dairy products. I know that products almost always last past their best-before date, but the way things are done here doesn't inspire confidence.

Hello my loving lovers of Migros Partner, today a misfortune happened to my loyal friends. We wanted to get our long-awaited Emmi Café Latte Machiatto. But then all of a sudden “whoosh”, we drop our coffee. I couldn't believe my eyes! The coffee now flowed over the cleanly cleaned floor of the shop. We froze... Fear and worry overwhelmed us. We didn't know what to do anymore. But then you hear the beautiful singing of the employees flowing in our direction. We seized the opportunity as quickly as we could. We asked them for much-needed help. They are already swinging their cleaning rags in the air and running towards the unfortunate accident. We were saved! Our worries flew from our souls. We are now sitting on a wonderful bench in Grüne 80 and watching the beautiful feathers of the ducks. We are thoroughly enjoying our new Emmi Café. We are overjoyed and can hardly believe our luck. We are now free thanks to the two great employees. Not only nice and hard-working but also humorous. That's what you expect when you walk into a store.

A must for gymnasium students because the cafeteria is like really overpriced and not worth it so yeah

The only thing that is great about Lajterin is that she always has time for everything. A young girl, but capable. Hardworking and always smiling. The cash registers seem to have been empty for ten days and are slow. When the line gets busy, she doesn't want to open another cash register even at this rate. their fruit is very bad.

There are more articles than I first thought. It is practical for smaller purchases. Fresh fruits and vegetables available.

Free underground parking and medium size Migros that supplies most needs

Since the new managing director, Mr. Bilgin, has been there, things have been catastrophic at Migros. Unfriendly employees, empty shelves, smashed windows on refrigerated shelves. You would have to inform the Migros cooperative.

The products are not replenished regularly! The last organic carrots I bought were rotten! I bought button batteries there after the cashier assured me that they were the same as my old ones! You think, and there was no return name or exchange because the packaging was opened! A reason to shorten the rating again by 2 stars! This store does not comply with Migros standards!

Nobody is allowed to be detained without concrete suspicion and especially not to search through personal valuables, it would have been appropriate to involve a branch manager. Conclusion: Where there is nothing, nothing can be found. This action will not be without consequences. A little more people skills would have been appropriate for the owner of Migros Partner and maneuvering long-standing customers into a situation is not the best way to do business. For me it is clear that in a place like this, where there is a lack of trust and where everyone is already under If there is general suspicion, I have lost nothing, there are also other Migros partners.

One day I looked at my receipt and noticed little 1s and 2s. So I asked myself some questions. I took the liberty of asking the cashier about it. When he answered me it was almost as if I hadn't pissed him off... for a simple question... So the next day, I went back to this Migros, what was my surprise to see a cashier at the checkout again. I pass by and there he taunts me by showing me the price of the items and whether I agreed. Anyway, I'll go to the Coop now.

Amounts under CHF12 must be paid in cash. They make no exception! Be careful with packaged meat. I bought beef ragout and felt like it was relabeled. Several pieces of meat (at the bottom of the package) were already green. Really disgusting and the last time I went shopping there.
