Miki Burgers in Zürich

We have rarely eaten so badly, it was just terrible! First we had to wait 1.5 hours for the food to arrive, the delivery person was on the phone and didn't think it was necessary to say anything. There was hardly any edible meat on the chicken wings and aside from tasting burnt, they had no flavor. The country fries were also slightly burnt and absolutely tasteless. The nachos we ordered were just tortilla chips without anything on them, neither cheese, sauce nor anything else. The salad tasted like salad, but it had almost no sauce on it and then it was the wrong one. Burger was dry and bland. We don't normally write reviews but we couldn't leave this alone, it's really tragic. We've never been so sorry about spending money on something!

Best burgers in Switzerland in my opinion!

I ordered burgers + mozzarella sticks. 10 minutes later I got a call saying that the Moza sticks were sold out and I wanted an alternative. The madam on the phone was already annoyed and interrupted me. About 25 minutes later the Versopchenem burgers + spring rolls arrived The goods were cold and inedible. Spring rolls still partially frozen!!! I complained and she said that she was off work and it wasn't her.. 20Fr. No refund and no apology either. I don't recommend it!

Food was cold when it arrived, I had to wait an hour. After the first two bites my friend felt sick and couldn't eat any more The courier didn't greet me or say anything, he was on the phone and quickly handed the bag into my hand without saying a word, extremely rude. The mozzarella sticks were more like breading sticks and the fries were definitely made in the leftover oil from the day, they just tasted amazing! The burrito was more of a juicy flatbread filled with vegetables. I don't know how good the restaurant is if you eat on site, but I would definitely never order from Miki Burgers again. Elijah Zygas

It was a real pleasure to visit The Gourmet Burger Haven. This burger joint undoubtedly stands out from the crowd and offers an excellent culinary experience. The selection of burgers is impressive and leaves nothing to be desired. From classic variations to innovative creations, there is something for every taste. The quality of the ingredients is excellent and the preparation shows real craftsmanship. The juicy patties are grilled to perfection and the freshly baked buns are a real treat. The service is as remarkable as the food. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly, and they always respond to guests' individual wishes. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, which completes the entire experience. The creative cocktail menu also deserves praise as it perfectly complements the burgers. The homemade lemonades and craft beers are also recommended. Overall, my visit to “The Gourmet Burger Haven” was a real treat. This burger joint is definitely worth a visit and I look forward to returning soon to try more of their delicious creations. An absolute must for burger lovers and foodies alike.

Overpriced for medium good food

Oh my goodness, words cannot express the overwhelming flood of emotions that washed over me when I sank my teeth into the heavenly creation that is Miki’s Burgers, burger. It was like a symphony of flavors, a love letter to my taste buds. I was transported to a place of pure bliss, where time stood still and all that mattered was the sheer perfection of that burger. My heart soared with every bite, and tears of joy streamed down my face as I realized that I had found true burger nirvana. Shake Shack, you have captured my soul with your culinary masterpiece. Forever grateful. 🍔💖😭

The food is okay, but don’t Order at 1 am if u are high, its not worth it.

The burgers are great, for me one of the best burgers in all of Zurich. The fries are super crispy and every burger comes with an extra onion ring. The team is always super friendly and accommodating. BUT it's better to pick up the burger or eat it there, if it's delivered the bun will be a bit soft/limp.

Very bad service (had to wait 1.5 hours too long and call 4 times). Every time I was put off with an excuse, unfortunately the food was cold when it arrived.

Burrito soft. Dough too thin. I tasted more oil than anything else. Burgers are OK. But what can you do wrong? Fries are soggy but edible. I'll only order if everything else is closed. Hygiene and tidiness non-existent

I order from Miki Burgers often and I've never been disappointed. The quality of this burger is good and you can taste that it was freshly made. Unless you have no idea about quality... I've also eaten in the restaurant and seen how they freshly prepare the food. I really appreciate that homemade burgers are sold here. Thanks.

Well, overall the whole thing makes a good impression, but we won't be ordering from Miki anymore and will just drop by. Our burgers were delivered in a closed plastic bag and it was completely wet, there was so much condensation on the lid of the "BURGER BOX" the fries were more mashed potatoes than fries. The burger definitely suffered too. I'm sure the food is there a lot better than delivered.

Ordered at 7:30 p.m. Called at 8:30 p.m.: On the phone you are told “There is a lot going on. The order will be there in 15 minutes.” At 9:20 p.m. it was delivered lukewarm. Once and never again.

I ordered the vegi burrito and as some have already said, it wasn't at all as described. A few hours later I had a stomach ache and couldn't see straight, threw up several times and was in the hospital that same evening.

Very fine food, it was clearly a very good idea to come here. The staff listened to our wishes and implemented them straight away. The music was also chosen very appropriately. I will definitely come by again. I am very satisfied, simply TOP

Delivery was great. Very nice. This burrito has nothing to do with a burrito anymore. There are a few ingredients missing and some have to go. (e.g. all the oil) The fries were okay. You cannot eat the onion rings.

Easily the worst burrito I've ever had. They just chucked some random vegetables and incredibly chewy meat into a tortilla. Unenjoyable... The fries and onion rings are alright

I ordered online and had to wait 2 hours for my food. I called them, and they said that the food was coming in 10 minutes, but it took 40 more minutes for it to arrive. I understand that some days are busy, but you could simply reject the order instead of disrespecting my time. The burger meat was of disappointing quality.

Ordered a burger with chips. Received just the burger. Called them up and asked for the chips. They refused to send the chips and no refund was given. This is so unprofessional... (Edit: refund was given eventually by eat.ch. The Miki person said that we could order chips for free next time... But we don't want to order again! After all these complaints the Miki manager called asking to send us the chips for free. That was nice of them but a little toooo late)

Loved my burger from Mikis the other day. It was exactly how i wanted it, along with the perfectly cooked country fries.. it was simply delicious.

Burrito ok. Delivery time stated 7:40 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Phone at 8:20 p.m. with a question about delivery. “Sorry, busy, courier will be here in 3’ and the order will be with you in max 15-20’” 9:10 p.m. Delivery arrived lukewarm to cold. Terrible service. Miki Burges will no longer receive orders from me.

Burrito disaster! After I complained, exactly the same thing was delivered to me again. Rice, avocado and sour cream were missing! To the answer from the owner: I said when I first called that it didn't have rice, guacamole or sour cream. I thanked you for the second delivery. But I wanted to call again because they didn't put any rice in again. (I didn't demand that they send a new one, I just wanted to understand why after a complaint the item was sent back EXACTLY straight away) and to the accusation that I only sent half back, I had to open the other half on a plate, to see if it has the missing items in it. I thought it was indecent to send it back like that, so I only sent back the half that was still whole. In addition, her colleague was very unfriendly and said "I would have ATE THE OTHER HALF AWAY" - that's not how you talk to customers!!!! PS: I couldn't eat the second one either, it was inedible. Your employee had a very strenuous discussion with me, a NO GO! She kept saying "I have to write this in the notes" but I said it on the phone, where else should I write it? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... She just wanted to be right and didn't listen to me either. Your kitchen definitely didn't take my wishes into account, which I expressed on the phone.

Ordered a burrito. Whatever I got wasn't a burrito. Answer to the owner's answer: With this comment I wanted to say that what Miki Burgers sells as a burrito does not correspond to what I, at least, understand as a burrito. The burrito was very poorly rolled and fell apart immediately. It was filled almost exclusively with vegetables. Very, very little meat, no rice but pieces of cucumber, at least 50% were simply pepperoni. Low quality vegetable wrap in flatbread with just enough meat so that it can't be called vegetarian should be on the menu.

Found the burger and country fries to be extremely tasty and the price/performance ratio was right. We got the burger take away ourselves

Ordered today for the first and last time via eat.ch. Price/performance is not right at all. CHF 69 for 4 below average burgers. We're sure there's not even 100% beef in it. Totally “failed”. Bread soggy. Onion ring too. We threw away 2 burgers because they were inedible. For an almost unrecognizable mini blob of guacamole, an additional CHF 1.00?! See photo. Seriously. Cole slaw bland/boring and then CHF 2.50. We scraped out the sauce and made our own because it wasn't tasty. Never again!

Burger was OK but the Burrito was so underwhelming it had almost no taste at all that in addition to the 1 hour 20 minutes delivery time is really disappointing.

We ordered two burritos through Uber Eats and were deeply disappointed. Contrary to the description, the burritos did not contain corn, rice, guacamole, sour cream, onions, or lettuce but were only filled with chicken, pepperoni and beans and also included pickles, which were not mentioned anywhere. The contents were dripping with fat and could hardly be eaten with your fingers as the flatbread fell apart from moisture. The “nachos” that came with it were just chips. No cheese or anything else on it, just chips. The only good thing about the order was the courier. He was very friendly. A real disappointment and not recommended.

A wonderful atmosphere, the staff very friendly. And the burger was very, very good, the fries fit like a glove! You definitely shouldn't miss this!

In Boston, I would had felt cheated paying 5 USD for this subpar burger. In Zurich, apparently, it's reasonably priced at >20 CHF. I don't understand how the meat can be so underwhelming at these prices :'(

A little pricey for burgers, even for Zurich. Was close to 80 CHF for four burgers and order of chicken nuggets. This was the first place we ate in Zurich, so there was definitely sticker shock. But it is still pricey. Burgers were thick, but not very well seasoned.

Very bad, called 30 minutes after the delivery date, was put off, 30 minutes later the same thing, then they said the order was canceled without me ever asking for it. Never received food.

Totally overwhelmed by the high demand at the moment. Our food didn't arrive even after 2.5 hours. After the 3rd call we were told that we had canceled, which was absolutely not the case... It's a shame about the long wait...

Absolutely the Best delivery Burgers IN Zürich ! Super Fast, upfront and friendly lads, I order regularly at Mikis, I can only recommend them deeply also as a sit in.

That won't be a problem if you just go to the excellent restaurant and have very good, hearty service!! For those on a diet it's a no-go. Perfect burger only in Miki Burger!!

I haven't eaten such a disgusting burger in a long time. The meat was really disgusting. I don't know exactly what kind of meat it was, but even at McDonald's I actually like the burger better. I'm a big burger fan and thought I'd try something new, but dear people please stay away from it. It's just a waste of money! Better go to Burgermeister, b.good or helvti diner, they have really, really tasty burgers.

I agree with my former reviewers: the owners are very nice. Very friendly. The meat was edible but i was disappointed by the meat. I strongly doubt the patties were freshly made. They were pretty dense and tasted like the frozen patties one can buy at the supermarket (apologies if I am wrong but that was our both impression). I go for burgers once a month or every 2nd month. Therefore I would rather spend 5 or 10 chf more and get a proper meat patty. Also the ventilation was very bad and the whole place smelled like food. All clothes went into the laundry.

I ordered four burritos. Was terrible. Of the promised contents (green salad, rice, fried pepperoni mix, onions, corn, salsa, BB cheese mix, sour cream and guacamole) There was hardly anything there. It's like wrapping a two-week-old pepper in a flatbread. There wasn't even sauce in it. Better eat the burgers.

Very pleasant experience! Food was well prepared, we had burgers, will be coming back for the Burrito. I’d suggest to the owners (from gastro experience) - add some music and some nice decoration on the tables, as well as prepare the tables for lunch/dinner service, with cutlery on the tables, or an A-sign outside with offers. Just something to draw attention.
