Very friendly staff and very tasty food

I was there with friends on Thursday evening. We had the Korean BBQ. The food was very tasty and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We were thrilled and would love to come back. You get one portion of meat and if you want more you have to order. When it comes to vegetables and rice, you can add as much as you want. But I have to admit that the portion given is already big enough. So I can recommend it to everyone to try it out.

I would have even given it a 6th star if it had one :) I was at Miss Miu on Saturday evening and it was fully booked, but as a customer you hardly noticed it. Despite so many people, it was quiet and a pleasant atmosphere for me. The staff is very friendly and attentive and we received excellent service and advice. For food, just a dream and I will come back until I have tried everything. Simply a restaurant that deserves high praise and the 6th star from me. See you next time, that's guaranteed. Marina

Food is good, service is all digital so kinda boring

Food items are average in taste. Kimchi is really not real kimchi, it doesnt taste authentic at all. Felt that the chef probably never tried real Kimchi.

Putting a bottle of beer on the table without glasses is ok. for a snack bar not for a restaurant. Broken chair, broken toilet paper dispenser... Service and quality have declined quite a bit in the last few years.. :(

my second visit to Miss Miu and I'm thrilled again. Friendly, competent service, the food comes quickly and is incredibly tasty! The only disappointing thing was the shaved ice with melon dessert: served in half a melon, where only a small amount of fruit is used and you as a guest are unable to spoon out the rest, so you practically throw half a melon in the trash and 15 Fr. pay for it. I'll definitely come back and have another dessert :)

We had to wait 50 minutes for a waiter to come and serve us. Unfriendly and just bad service. Eating isn't worth it either. Does not come.

Place is great, busy for a Sunday night. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food was disappointing. It was not hot and flavorless for Asian food.

Was there for lunch today. The handling of the menu really reminds me of Korea. Everything is done via QR code and also the deposit. The service Tik is very friendly and the manager Thomas is a very warm guy, which is really surprising because my order was taken personally. The food and drink selection was great and the quality was excellent. I look forward to the next visit.

Beverages are good, food (had the fried chicken) below average: chicken was tasteless without the sauce, and not well cooked. Fries too salty and arrived cold. Unfriendly sitting/reservation policy where they tell you you can’t sit inside when the room is half empty. Outside tables were dirty. No smoke free area outside, so smokers sat everywhere next to us and had to move constantly (I am pregnant) - I do not recommend this place.

It was very fine and beautiful, but the price was a bit disproportionate.

Food was ok - but completely overpriced. In addition, you are informed about tipping about 3 times and we were overcharged for 2 glasses of water (for 5.30 Chf each). The payment system isn't fundamentally bad - you just don't see what you're paying for. So we only noticed it on the invoice that was sent to you by email.

Unfortunately, the service was very bad and you almost didn't understand the waiter, and that wasn't because it was too loud, but because he simply spoke quietly and mumbled. We had to wait 10 minutes before we could even order something to drink and we only received the Menucubes then. We were also extremely disappointed with the food and we know Miss Miu differently, especially the BBQ. We got the same portion of vegetables for three people as for two. There were also two salad bowls for three people as well as the kimchi. The kimchi used to be a lot better too. We were a little late, which we made up for over the phone. That wasn't a problem at all, but the waiting time in front of the restaurant was a disaster. Which basically wouldn't be a problem if you didn't only have two hours to be there. The ambience was nice as always that's why there are a few more stars. Unfortunately we will no longer be guests.

One of my favorite restaurants in Zurich. Really delicious food and drinks and location is really convenient.

The food was satisfactory, the service was standard, and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, the kimchi soup was not worth the price.

As a person with Korean parents, I can say that this is NOT a Korean restaurant, it’s a restaurant with Korean inspiration-fusion asian restaurant. Food is ok, but not authentic traditional, which is also very ok, just needs to be specified. Portions were not too small, but obviously the prices are Swiss. All together it’s ok.

Very well furnished. Food is also very good. The fries for the fried chicken are especially great. Highly recommended if in Zurich. But I recommend making a reservation.

Fatal experience poor service at the Barbecue unfortunately I had heard good things about this place but our experience was horrendous.

Personally, I found the ambience of Miss Miu attractive but a bit overloaded. There are basically Korean dishes here but also sushi, which comes on a steam bath and tastes good. The staff was very friendly and tried hard but also a bit clumsy at times. I think it was definitely worth the visit, but it is more for young people.

I've never had such good Asian food before, I ordered fried chicken and I have to say it's outstanding, the service is terrific and incredibly nice to all the customers. I would recommend it to everyone.

Bulgogi is always super tasty and highly recommended. I think it's a shame that since the menu was changed there is no longer the IRON POT, for example, and I also got the impression that it's moving from fully Korean to more generally 'Asian' (i.e. also has ramen or something like that). , which doesn't have much to do with Korean). That is too bad. But otherwise if you go for a good bulgogi and leave out the ramen etc. it's really tasty :-) service was also great!

Four of us were in the restaurant on Thursday, February 15, 2024. Tik served us very quickly and very friendly. She answered all of our questions. She always had a smile for her customers. We will go again. Bao Buns are awesome!!!

It was my first time having Korean food. I enjoyed it very much and I will go again. The starter was particularly impressive. The service by Tic was attentive and prompt.

Price performance is completely fulfilled. The atmosphere is really cozy and not everyday. We had the Korean BBQ, the room is well ventilated so that sweat doesn't drip from your forehead or you can't enjoy the food because of the heat. A great experience for couples, friends or families.

Good food and great vegi options, unfortunately the service wasn't that good for me. The waiter was friendly, but only sat at our table once. We then tried to call him several times to order more drinks, which was unsuccessful. On Valentine's Day they had a great burlesque show and a champagne, we particularly liked the show.

Very bad experience. The waitress Carole is very rude. She rolled her eyes while we talked to her and very impolite. The hall has a lot of empty seat but she lead us to the place next to the wall where is narrowed, dark, without any view. The food is also really flavorless.

The food portions are small, the price ratio does not make any sens. The shaved ice is flavorless and the toppings dont seam fresh and are tasteless. Some of the drinks are bland and are more water than anything else. The service and the ambiance are nice.

We tried all the starters once and they were really tasty. There was also some sushi, which didn't really impress us. Ambience is super pleasant. Somehow there was a bit of a draft where we were sitting, so we were a bit cold. Overall it was a successful lunch.

MISSMIU perfect place -fantastic food - best service!

Positive: - Free tap water to refill yourself - Korean Fried Chicken and Bibimbap (we shared the menu for two, highly recommended) - The ice cream desserts are great! - Furnishings and decorations are cool - Paying via QR code saves time Neutral: - Clothes smell very strongly of fried food after the visit. If you have an important business meeting or date in the afternoon or evening, you should keep this in mind. Criticism: - During rush hour the restaurant is really full and the waiting times are accordingly. This speaks for the success of the restaurant. However, we had our table right where all the staff and guests had to go through, which wasn't really pleasant. Miscellaneous: Paying via QR code (optional) is really the future. It's amazing that more restaurants don't do it this way.

Silim Lights - Bibimbap with beef. Hot and delicious - until the end, I can only recommend it!

The restaurant itself offers a pleasant atmosphere in which you feel comfortable. The appealing presentation is visually impressive, especially with the well-seasoned frozen fries. Unfortunately, the chicken dish was a major disappointment. The chicken wings were inedible, some were difficult to bite off and appeared to be under-fried or under-fried. The meat itself had hardly any flavor, and only the breading could compensate. At a price of over 30 francs, I expect a much better dish. It is unfortunate that this otherwise lovely restaurant disappointed us. A fast food restaurant could potentially be a better alternative, both in terms of taste and price. Regarding Miss Miu's feedback: I deliberately did not describe all the events in detail. My goal was to write the review as neutrally and yet honestly as possible. Obviously there were misunderstandings here.

Just raw chicken, I'm disappointed

Very digitalized restaurant, from reservations to payment, everything is digitalized. The best thing about going to a restaurant is when it remains authentic, especially if you want to have a nice evening. Our waiter probably noticed this and then served us in a friendly manner. The food was very tasty, the menu could do with a few more variations on the noodles, for example with tofu. Otherwise a visit is recommended!

Great restaurant, the food is very good

Food was OK, but nothing I would especially recommend to e.g. a friend. Tables are very crowded, it is hard to get in and out of your seat without smacking everyone around you. I asked for substitution, which the app lets you enter as a comment, but the servers aren't notified of comments, so you have to explain it to them anyway - completely frustrating experience. The server only spoke a bit of German, so it took two tries to explain. Overall, certainly not worth the money, but if everything else is closed, this might do for lunch.

The food and the ambience were very fine and beautiful. Both can be recommended. Only the ice cream didn't taste good, but that may be due to the taste. The staff was fine. However, I don't think 2 hours are enough for a group of 6 and since you can only reserve 2 hours, I didn't decide on the full number of stars.

Unfortunately the Korean Barbeque was a bit disappointing as a vegi. I wouldn't recommend. You get planted chicken, a hot dog sausage and something else. Unfortunately, everything didn't fit with Korean cuisine. But you pay the same amount for that as you would for the meat option. Unfortunately, the service was also a bit disappointing. Even though we had reserved and ordered, it took almost an hour until we had the starter.
