We had a fantastic evening! The staff was extremely friendly and made sure that everything was according to our well-being. The food impressed not only with its appealing presentation, but also with its great taste - and at a fair price. The restaurant also offered a cozy, quiet atmosphere with beautiful furnishings. Highly Recommended!

Very bad service! At the take away our order (2* box of vegetarian noodles) was swapped and we received 2* box of rice with chicken. When we brought our order back, we were casually asked if we were exclusively vegetarian. One person replied that they were not exclusively vegetarian, but would rather not have meat. The result of this was that we were only able to exchange one box and the other, completely incorrect order, remained without a price reduction or apologetic behavior. This is the absolute opposite of customer-friendly behavior, especially since we previously visited the restaurant at least once a month and were regular customers!

I was in Langenthal for some days and I really enjoyed the food. It was relatively spicy and delicious. Would definitely visit again.

It's rare to find sushi made with so much love and dedication! The kitchen has conjured up an excellent aperitif for all our guests that is second to none! Everyone was totally thrilled and the well-deserved maximum rating comes from all of us with complete conviction! We will definitely be happy to be your guests again!

If you like spicy food you definitely have to go there. Restaurant is not very big, reserve your place. This can be done online and works very well.

I've heard a lot of good things about the restaurant, I'm just wondering why?.. We (2 people) arrived 5 minutes after the restaurant opened, after 5 minutes the cook came and kindly informed us that unfortunately the waitress wasn't there yet. After 20-25 minutes she arrived and came to us after a few minutes. No excuses, nothing. Starter and main course (sushi) were ordered. After about 15 minutes the starter came, after we finished it other customers sat down next to us (4 people). After 30-40 more minutes we still didn't get the food, the family next to us got their food. We wanted to get up straight away, pay and leave. 2 minutes later it came. The sushi was very bad, the fish taste was barely there. The rice came out even more. I complained about it before paying. This was followed by just ah ok... That's 112 CHF. Didn't feel like arguing, so we paid the amount and walked out. Never again! I strongly advise against it. Something can always go wrong, but not even recognizing the error and not responding to a complaint is the last thing!!!

The service quality is very poor. In the summer we waited on the terrace for almost two hours for our food and the restaurant was still half empty. Now we placed an order over the phone and nothing was ready and no one knew about the order. A pity! The food would be delicious but we won't come back.

Gestern haben wir mit ein Paar Freundinnen ein Treffen in diesem Restaurant gehabt. Wir kamen ausgewählt Sushi (Maki, Futomaki) zu essen. Um 19:15 Uhr haben wir die Bestellung gemacht und um 20:25 Uhr haben wir esrt die Vorspeisen bekommen. Viel zu lang. Die Misosuppe mit Pilzen und EdaMame schmeckt gut, der Reis aber in Sushi ist viel zu Roh gewesen. Also, wenn ihr einen richtigen Ort für Sushi sucht, dann ist es nicht. Alle Maki haben unterschiedliche Namen, haben aber gleich ausgesehen und es gibt keine Klassiker wie Filadelfia und Kalifornia mit Weichkäse :( Dafür war die Damme aus Service sehr nett. Weisswein . Rotwein ein wenig besser. Wir geben *** für das Essen*** für das Trinken**** für Service. Das ist kein Ort, wo man zurückkehrt...

Waited 40 minutes for a starter, then 50 minutes to clear the plates and then another half hour until food was there. People who order on the phone get their food handed to them at the door after 30 to 40 minutes, while the restaurant is full of guests who don't get anything.

Essen dann nach über einer Stunde. Das Essen ist ok, hat aber mit echtem Sushi nichts zu tun. Fisch ist viel zu dick geschnitten und die Präsentation ginge japanisch auch nicht durch. Die Preise sind dafür zu hoch.Die Bedienung ist eine Katastrophe, nicht zuvorkommend, auf mehrfache Nachfrage nach dem Essen lauter Ausreden. Laufen leere durch das Restaurant, alles auf absolutem Amateurniveau. Das Lokal ist nicht sehr gross, auch wenn es besetzt ist, müsste man da mit 2 Bedienungen eigentlich spielend zu recht kommen. Allerdings werden ständig Take-Away Kunden bedient, dafür können die Gäste im Restaurant warten. Für uns ein absolutes No Go. Wer sich einen gemütlichen Abend in schönem Ambiente machen möchte, geht an diesem Lokal am besten vorbei. Wir waren auf jeden Fall heute 2 mal da, zum ersten und letzten Mal.

Am Valentienstag gabs eine vorzügliche Bedienung und sehr gutes Sushi. Preise sind gerechtfertigt und mittelmass für Sushi etc. Online-Reservierung hat perfekt funktioniert, obwohl nur 2stunden vorher erfolgt. Jetzt brauchts nur noch Ramen auf der Karte und dann bleiben keine Wünsche mehr offen :)

Wer gutes sushi sucht ist hier am falschen Platz. Es ist klar take alway Küche Niveau. Also besser nach Bern oder Basel dort gibt es ganz klar viel bessere Qualität und Geschmack. Bedienung war nett war auch fast nichts los. Wir gehen sicher nicht nochmal Sushi ist eine Kunst und das muss man können und auch Interesse haben gute Qualität zu liefern.

Wir waren zu sechst zum Abendessen hier und haben verschiedene Gerichte probiert.Das einzig Gute war das Poulet Teriyaki mit Kokos-Reis.Das Sushi und die Woks waren geschmacklos und unauthentisch. Das Rinderfilet im Wok war meines Erachtens kein Filet, sondern knorplig und fettig.Die Bedienung war an sich nicht unfreundlich aber total gestresst, da sie alleine im Service war. Das Essen hat ebenfalls lange gedauert.Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist kalt.Wir kommen nicht wieder.

The waitress didn't have her best day...first a long wait for the menu, then she didn't clear the starter, but already brought the main course and finally she brought 2 sweets for 4 people with the bill. One starter, four main courses, five drinks for a total of CHF 129.00.

Wir waren zu zweit an einem Freitag Abend, unangemeldet um etwas nach halb 7 eingetroffen. Wir waren, bis auf ein Paar die ersten Gäste. Wir wurden sofort freundlich begrüsst und durften uns einen Tisch aussuchen. Dummerweise, wie sich später herausstellte, nahmen wir den hintersten in der Ecke. Die Location ist wirklich schön eingerichtet und schön sauber, die Temperatur angenehm kühl. Wir erhielten sofort die Speisekarte. Ich empfinde es als ein gutes Zeichen, wenn nicht übermässig viel im Angebot ist, ein Zeichen, dass die Küche frisch zubereitet. Viele würden sagen, es habe zu wenig Auswahl, dennoch finde ich, hat es bestimmt für jeden Asia- Fan etwas. Wir bestellten unter Anderem eine Sushi- Platte. Sobald wir die Vorspeise gegessen hatten, kam auch schon sofort der Hauptgang. Ich muss wirklich sagen, dass mich dies überzeugt hat. War wirklich sehr lecker! Hätten wir jedoch keine Vorspeise gehabt, wären wir noch nicht satt gewesen. Deshalb hatte es noch Platz für ein Dessert. Und da fing es an: Das Restaurant füllte sich immer wie mehr und wir konnten beobachten, wie das Servicepersonal und auch die Küche mehr und mehr ins Schwitzen kam. Dies zu Leiden der Gäste. Wir bekamen mit, das nebst uns viele andere Gäste lange Zeit warten mussten (Bestellung aufgeben, Speisen liessen auf sich warten, diverse Gäste mussten längere Zeit warten um bezahlen zu können), ebenfalls kriegten wir bei zwei Nachbars-Tischen mit, dass es Fehler bei der Bestellungen gab und zum Teil nicht das, was gewünscht wurde kam. Es lässt sich nun darüber streiten, ob das Personal überfordert war oder ob nun wirklich "zu viele" Gäste anwesend waren. Vielleicht einen 2er Tisch entfernen, gibt auch etwas mehr Platz. Fazit: wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder, da das Essen wirklich gut schmeckt! Preise sind meines Erachtens angemessen. Personal ist freundlich und gibt sich auch bestimmt Mühe. Und nicht wieder den hintersten Tisch wählen, da man dort schnell übersehen wird.
