The guest can decide whether salad, soup or spring rolls accompany the chosen lunch menu. Beef, chicken, fish/shrimp or simply fried rice/noodles as well as business lunches are available on the lunch menu. Prices match the performance. Just great :-)

One of the best Chinese restaurants far and wide.

Today the beef was a little drier than usual. Conditions were great as always!

We were there with a group of 10 people and had reserved weeks in advance. The atmosphere is really nice, although I found it a bit cold in the restaurant and I'm one of those people who always feels warm. The food was fine and the main course was a good size, but the portion of brown rice is rather too small for a hungry adult man and you have to order extra. The pricing policy is a big drawback at the restaurant. The prices are quite high, but the side dishes (pasta, rice) are charged extra and the prices for them are steep. Small bowl of dry ice CHF 3.50, fried rice between CHF 7.50 and 15.00 (with max. half a hand of vegetables in it). You can easily spend over CHF 50.00 for a Chinese dish with a drink, without soup and dessert. We are here in Langenthal and not in Zurich or Geneva. In addition, the food was served in a completely uncoordinated and chaotic manner. Some got their side dish first and others already had their main course and you had to wait 10 minutes for the rest. The small tealight plates couldn't keep the food hot, the serving plates were cold and so the food was lukewarm everywhere when all the food was in front of you and the group started eating. All in all, my summary. No further visit planned. There are many better restaurants in the area.

Ordered take away, portion size to the minimum, thought it was an appetizer. After I asked, it was confirmed that this was normal. Very high priced, not recommended.

It was once very good food Unfortunately the quality and quantity has drastically decreased! So that you are still very hungry after one portion! That's really a pity

Chicken meat from Brazil - it's a shame they don't focus on quality here. The prices are rather high. The side dish (rice) must be paid for separately. We were never asked if we wanted something more to drink or dessert. It's a shame if you are ignored as a guest. I would understand if the place was full. But with two tables, the understanding of this is rather limited. I probably won't come here again, there are better restaurants that try harder.

The restaurant is one of the best that I know. The furnishings may not be to everyone's taste, but they shouldn't be the most important thing either. Those for whom food is the most important thing will be able to look past the prices. Because anyone who eats here gets their money's worth.

Overall, a wonderful atmosphere, very fine food and really hospitable staff/owners. The only negative point: the chicken comes from Brazil. In Switzerland there would be enough of our own chicken

Large selection of popular and traditional Chinese dishes. Great for groups or alone, also do takeout. A very special treat in langenthal if looking for something beyond the fairly homogenous offerings typical to smaller Swiss cities. Menu will seem pricey to tourists coming from places where Chinese is cheap and somewhat fast food- this is not Chinese fast food. Menu dishes are plated in centre on rack kept warm by tea light candle with serving spoons - you serve into your own plate

Super friendly staff, food also delicious

The food was wonderful! Large selection and everything prepared and served with a lot of love. The hosts are very warm. They give you privacy and are not intrusive. If you've known each other for a long time, great conversations happen... cordial and familiar. Many thanks to the entire Winn Fat team for a great evening.

Very nicely decorated restaurant. It is cooked with love and dedication. And you can feel and taste it too. The food is fantastic every time. Pure pampering. In my opinion unbeatable. Reservation highly recommended. A real insider tip. Celebrated my mother's 86th birthday. Was the top hammer. The food was excellent as always, the table was beautiful and decorated with love. Dessert was served with a sparking stick and Happy Birthday music and offered to the birthday child. It's a shame there isn't 6 stars.

Good traditional Chinese cuisine

Good food, as you wish. The vegetable platter was a bit small for many of us, but otherwise ok. The ambience is as it should be in a Chinese restaurant, pleasant and somewhat exotic. In my opinion the price level is in the upper third.

Wir waren schon des Öfteren zu Besuch hier, das Essen war jedes Mal ausgezeichnet. Die Wirtin begrüsst persönlich und hat für ihre Gäste immer ein paar freundliche Worte übrig. Die Speisekarte ist sehr üppig und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas, auch für Kinder. Zu empfehlen sind die mehrgängigen Spezial-Menüs, welche bis jetzt immer schnell an den Tisch gebracht wurden. Familiengeführtes Restaurant (1-2 Servicekräfte), deshalb kann es vorkommen, dass bei vollem Haus der Service etwas langsam ist.

Essen war sehr gut. Schade nur dass der Service schlecht organisiert war. Zu wenig Personal für so viele Gäste. Es hatte Gäste die bis 3/4 Stunde warten mussten bis das Essen kam. Man hatte das Gefühl vergessen geworden zu sein. Die Küche war bestimmt unterbesetzt. Service Team war nicht eingespielt und taten einem fast leid.

Habe kurz vorher (15min) per Telefon die Crevetten Szechuan bestellt und dann abgeholt. Kann daher nicht viel über das Ambiente sagen, jedoch ohne es besonders positiv oder negativ formulieren zu wollen: Es ist, wie man es sich von vergleichbaren Restaurants gewohnt ist: Diverse Dekos mit goldenem Drachen usw.Das Essen war sehr gut. Und erstmals seit langem, war ein als scharf deklariertes Essen wirklich auch "pikant" und sehr gut getroffen für meinen Geschmack.Die Portion für einen Takeaway auch angemessen (eine übliche rechteckige Kunststoffschale voll). Für 23.- CHF etwas am oberen Limit für einen Takeaway, nach meinem Empfinden.

Wer nicht in einer der Grossstädte in der Sc hweiz wohnt, kennt das Problem der offenen Restaurants am Sonntag.Da ist das Restaurant Winn eine löbliche Ausnahme. Sehr freundliche Bedienung und eiine abwechslungsreiche Karte. Als Vorspeise war der pikante Kohlsalat eine echte Erfrischung. Knackig und sehr aromatisch würzig. Die pikant-saure Gemüsesuppe regte den Appetit richtig an.Empfehlenswert als Hauptgang: Gebratene Ente (sehr knusprig) und Rindfleisch an pikanter Knoblauchsauce. Als Highlight können einige Gerichte als "Tibis"-Variante bestellt werden. Das Essen wird in einem glühend heissen Gefäss serviert und bleibt dadurch lange heiss.

The food is fine and the service is very friendly

Wir waren spontan in diesem Restaurant und wurden sehr positiv überrascht. Die Ente war wie versprochen knusprig gebraten und das Rindsfilet an Zwiebelsauce war auch ein Gedicht. Bedienung war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Küchenchef kam noch persönlich vorbei um zu fragen ob alles i.o. alles frisch und hausgemacht! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Good food, slightly long waiting times, becomes relatively expensive if you order accessories.

The food was good but unfortunately not really hot. Unfortunately, the service wasn't great. Full shop but only one person on duty... You should avoid sanitary facilities! Only cold water and the rest of the 1970 standard. It's a shame because most of the reviews on Google spoke in favor of the restaurant. The disappointment was even greater...

If you like duck you definitely have to try this!

Fine Chinese dishes, light, wholesome food

We have dinner in this restaurant. Everything was very good. Had spring roll with vegetables, lamb, fish, rice and noodle. Not cheap but the usual price for Switzerland. Before you make a order ask what better feet to each other cause meat or fish are without side dish. Everything is served on the spot that heated with candles. So first good to test for several people and you don't need be hurry, you food all time will be hot. If you want save some money choose meat or fish with simple rice.

I have been a guest at the Winn Fat restaurant for many years :-) and always enjoy eating there. There are great starters like the “spicy, sour spice soup or baked ravioli”. The main courses are also very good. Whether it's duck, curry, pasta with chicken or prawns, everything tastes great. Can recommend the restaurant to everyone.

The food is very good and the employees are hospitable and interested in us guests. My drawback was that we took a menu for 3. A couple at the next table took the same menu. Unfortunately there were no differences in the quantity of the menu so the food for 2 was simply calculated for 3. We were then asked if we would like anything else. Our thought was that this justified the menu quantity for 3 people. Unfortunately, the additional plates were charged in full, so we will refrain from visiting this restaurant in the future.
