Last week I bought a really undrinkable coffee here. The service was very friendly and the croissant was great, but I really can't recommend the coffee.

Taste was ok. I was expecting a lot but we have better other options.

One of the best Ice Cream shops

My wife and I both had 2 scoops of icecream on the last Sunday of March. Both of us were disappointed. Wasn't like the usual Movenpick quality. Old stock?? Yup, a little hidden and thanks to Google review community, it is nearby the way down to Platform 34. I was curious about ice cream in Switzerland, my friend told me that is not much good as other Europe countries like Italy or Austria. I tried and confirmed. Ice cream flavor is not sweet, a plus for that part; however, the ice cream is not creamy and milky, it is a little bit spongy hehe. Staffs here are friendly so one more star for them ;)

Tea Lipton costs 5.70. That's no joke. Tea costs more than coffee. Hot water plus cheap Lipton costs 5.70 CHF.

We asked, in German , for an espresso, a latte macchiato and a "Rosa und Weiss donut". First the lady Gave my friend and I two donuts of different types, to which I objected. Then she gave us 3 coffees in total, which she charged us for. The coffee was quite bad, but besides that, i felt scammed and asked her to return the money of the 3rd coffee , which we hadn't asked for. She didn't. It might have been a misunderstanding, but i was treated poorly and won't accept that.

The rudest experience I’ve had in Switzerland. We, very politely, asked the attendant to use a new ice cream scoop for our daughter who is severely allergic to hazelnuts. Not only the attendant *rudely* refused (with suggestive arm movements), they wouldn’t even wash their scoop in between customers. We were shocked with the inability to accommodate a 3 year old allergic child.

Nice products, but annoying salesperson... Cookies, bagels, ice cream, everything is fresh and tastes great, BUT: The salesperson will always ALWAYS ask about three times if you don't want anything more. Are you sure you don't want a drink? Are you sure you don't want a coffee? Are you sure you don't want anything else? This has been going on for years and is just deeply annoying. Today I ordered my first coffee to go. And of course, without asking they serve you the large version. Any other place would just serve you the regular size or ask if you want a regular or a large. Please, who ever the manager is, you need to change this agressive sales techniques.

The waitress could say hello. If the red ice cream with black something is only labeled in English, the staff should know what it is in German. Maybe that's why it's the only one still in the presentation like new at 2 p.m. I would appreciate it if I knew which one had what percentage of sugar in it. Maybe then I can eat ice cream every day. This black currant was very fine, slightly sour. espresso, a little sweet but with a nice crunch.

Amazing service and great products, can only recommend! The lady at the counter is doing an amazing job, I hope she gets recognized for it!

Good ice-cream. The location of this ice-cream store is quite hidden in the train station near platform 34. The staff that served me was not friendly and was not in a good mood to serve customers. I chose one of the ice-cream flavours and she told me it was too hard so I couldn’t choose that flavour. She even decided to place the cone uncaringly in the ice-cream holder so it was broken on the bottom. The ice-cream tasted good - I ordered the Maple walnut and espresso flavours for 7.90 CHF which is quite pricey for ice-cream. Poor service but the ice-cream is good.

Produced in Switzerland, there are different flavors of ice cream to choose from, but the price is very expensive.

Really tasty ice cream, a bit pricey, but worth it! Shop is a bit hidden and it's the same as the Blueberry bakery. Next to platforms 33/34.

Employees were arguing with each other when I wanted to order something, that was rude. Moreover, the salesperson struggled with the register and I had to wait until she figured out how to calculate the price of the ice cream. I bought an ice Cream with panna-cotta-flavour and it was tasty. Prices might be a bit high.
