What an insult to call this Ramen. A hard boiled egg and it tastes nothing like Ramen. Avoid this place.

Food was great! Sooo flavourful and delicious! One Bowl is more than enough to get full! And the Chicken Gyozas were the best! The ambiente was soo cozy and Minimalistic perfect for a date. Sadly i cant even rate the food due to the fact that after waiting for 25 minutes and being ignored from all 3 staff members we didnt even get to order drinks. The restaurant had 3 other tables apart from us one was eating and one just got served. The table right next to ours got to order and the guy serving them was capable of going back to their table to chat about 3 times but totally ignored us. We tried to get their attention but after 25 minutes of not even ordering drinks I happily left. When we walked out it was like they didnt even care that they just lost customers. Yeah wouldnt go back..

Very expensive for what you get. Kitsune udon ordered. For 20+ CHF I expected way more. It was not a big portion and there were only 3 small pieces of fried tofu.

Our visit to this restaurant was far from enjoyable. My husband and I ordered dishes, while our vegan family ( sister and brother in law) brought their own burgers. The waitress created unnecessary drama by claiming they couldn't eat their burgers even consuming things from this restaura. Attempting to cancel the order was met with false claims about it being prepared(impossible because we had arrived a few minutes ago) . We ended up paying only for the drinks, and the whole experience was awkward and disappointing. Not a place we would recommend to others.

We arrived as soon as they opened. We ordered and soon brought my order, but they totally forgot about my friends' order. They didn't notice us trying to tell them. In the end, my friends' food arrived when I had finished mine. The food per se was quite tasteless. A little sad if you think about the prices. We still decided to order dessert that didn't arrive. I had to go and remind them of our order. They apologized and gave us a 20% discount.

Such a disappointment. Worst ramen I ate in my life. Even the noodles taste bad and they stick together in clumps like in the picture. The 1 chf instant ramens taste better than this really. Ramen is my favorite food and this place ruined it. I would not recommend. Atmosphere is good and that’s why it looked so promising and I wanted to go there for a long time. And I needed to save money to go there for this disappointment. Overpriced and tastes horrible.

The staff is very friendly and they help you in case you don't understand anything. The ramen is also quite similar to the one you can get in japan so it was tasty. The noodles are a little hard (like real ramen in japan) so if you want them softer you should tell the staff. The portions are also good so if you are not too hungry you can get the small one and it will be enough (it is just half the quantity of noodles). The decoration is not too much but it is cute and the flags in the entrance are just like in Japan.

Namamen in Bern is probably the best ramen restaurant in the canton of Bern. The quality of the food and the price are phenomenal. Everyone should stop by there at least once for a portion of noodle soup, it really is that good! The ambience is perfect, with small but nice places, the traditional bar seats right in front of the open kitchen and the music, everything is top! My only criticism, which is really the only reason it doesn't get 5 stars, is the waiting time. Unfortunately you have to wait some time until your food is ready. My recommendation, hire a little more staff! Especially in the kitchen. Otherwise everything is great.

Ich fragte, ob wir an einen anderen Tisch dürfen, da das Resti leer war und sie meinte genervt, dass dies nicht möglich sei. Sie würde sich nur an die Regeln halte (dies mit der Maske unter der Nase). Nach langem hin und her wollte sie uns nicht mal bedienen unf lief davon, obwohl der Koch uns beschämt Recht gab. Weiterhin wollte sie uns auch nicht die Möglichkeit geben, mit einer anderen Person zu sprechen.
