Nespresso in Luzern

We are very happy that we can take part in the coffee studio. With the extensive knowledge about compostable capsules and tasting different coffee capsules, we had a great time! Also thank you for the generous gifts!

Bought 400 coffee capsules today. The staff didn't say anything that I could buy a machine cheaper. Is not conducive to good contact in the shop.

Fantastic experience. After having bought an original machine that did not suite my needs for a big cup of coffee, they were able to make a plan. I now have new Vertuo machine and am very happy with this new unit. Thank you Frau F for all your help.

I have been a Nespresso customer for years and buy coffee for several hundred francs. Yesterday I bought again for 125 francs and misposted 5 bars of it. Today, less than 24 hours later, I wanted to exchange the coffee. Corona regulation doesn't work. The saleswoman said you have to throw away the coffee. Had to pay again. I think there is more than one corona virus on the upper floor of this company. Maybe this coffee pharmacy should be thoroughly disinfected. An impudence.

Incompetent operation didn't work at all... When buying a new Vertuo machine, I wanted to make you aware that you first have to buy capsules for 150 Fr so that you can benefit from the 100 Fr free coffee capsules. After much intervention and persistence on our part, the employee was unable to prove his version to us. Because if you buy a new machine you have 100 Fr capsules to spare when ordering online!
