Nespresso Point in Moosseedorf

We were in the Nespresso shop in Bern. Very friendly, very good advice when choosing coffee. We also got to try coffee. We found our favorite coffee.

It's a machine in the middle of the manor. Without a customer card, nothing works and you can type out the order on the screen and pay and then queue again later at the Manor checkout so that you can get the coffee. We are considering switching to another brand if that is the future. They would have been better off doing nothing at all. If you want to type together, you can do it better online. If we hadn't read Andreas Ryf's review, we wouldn't have found the thing at all. This is the worst shopping experience we have ever had.

Really now??? A screen that is 30 meters away to enter the quantities yourself, pay, print out the receipt, walk back to the coffee, exchange the receipt for coffee, then sign a torch????????? "I have a great solution, which unfortunately doesn't fit the problem at all, but I think the solution is so good that we'll just push through it anyway and don't give a damn about logic and customer experience..."
