Delicious food, very nice staff - and they offer sheep's cheese for the kebab or Jufka!!!

I only have a chicken kebab and no fried vegetables with chili pieces of chicken. It tastes more like Asian food but unfortunately it doesn't taste good and that's for 14.50fr😵‍💫

I made the mistake of visiting this Turkish restaurant, which is 9 minutes and 2 stops away by train from Zurich airport. I live in France and since I don't speak German, I asked the person at the counter if he spoke Turkish, and he answered in Turkish. I placed my order, pointing at a menu with my hand. The answer is exactly this: 'Don't you see, it's the student menu'! Let me answer in his style; Woodman, if I knew German, I wouldn't ask if you already knew Turkish?! He can't talk like that to a Swiss! This is entirely because I am Turkish. By the way, doner kebab (not meat) + a coke costs 18.00 CHF, I leave the evaluation to you. There was a Turkish lady in the restaurant, she was very polite (I hope it's not his wife, shame on her :)) If you want to eat doner, there is another doner restaurant a few meters behind, I suggest you try it.

Unfriendly staff, bad service and miserable food for 16.50, how can you survive? It used to be the best shop, but today it's just a money laundering operation

The kebab shop is my absolute favorite! The kebabs are delicious, the ingredients are fresh, and the service is always friendly and quick. The cleanliness in the store is exemplary, and the cozy atmosphere invites you to linger. The price-performance ratio is also great. Definitely recommended

For CHF 14.50 the kebab was quite pricy and the quality, especially of the meat was not the greatest. Was there several times before already and had a better impression. The service was ok. Only 2*.

Enjoyed a delicious flatbread kebab with warm, crusty bread. The kebab seemed a bit small to me, and the price of 18.50CHF with a canned drink seemed high, even for Zurich. Expected more for the price. The service was friendly and the facility was clean.

Doner kebab was served very spicy even though I only wanted it a little spicy. The chicken kebab box was totally over-seasoned when we complained and they reacted angrily. But the person in charge reprimanded this i***n. We will still avoid the restaurant in the future.

Never again! We waited over 15 minutes and were treated rudely. The owner was disrespectful to employees and customers and even said "You won't get food if you stand outside" when a customer, out of consideration for the other customers waiting and ordering, went outside to wait for his order. They were very disorganized and didn't prepare anything in advance.

Ugh! Unpleasant, doesn't want to answer when asked questions! I asked to pay for an extra fries, he replied “No, it’s only for children” 🤔🤔🤔🤔 I PAY FOR THE FRIES!!! We don't care if it was a child or an adult who ate it!!!

I've been eating kebabs there for almost 10 years because they have certified Swiss veal...and I always pay after eating in the restaurant like any other customer who wants to eat there and doesn't take away. And that was always the case, regardless of whether the shop was full and there was a table at the back or there were only a few guests. Yesterday I was extremely annoyed by the poor service from someone who worked in the background and didn't serve at the front, suddenly came to me and said that I had to pay in advance, 41 chf before the meal!!! The first person who served me from the beginning told me that I had to pay and was very nice, and when I asked why different now? and that I always pay after eating, then the lion from the restaurant came and told me in a very unfriendly and aggressive manner that this is now the new system because several people leave after eating and without paying!!! It was around 7 p.m. and the shop was empty...and only one guest was eating and I, I couldn't understand what kind of stupid employee is this who has no brain to think about and appreciate what kind of customer is in front of him. If this were a new system, then they would have had to put a board next to the cash register and write on it that payment must be made in advance because our employees are unable to manage the guests who want to sit down in the restaurant!!!! It's funny and it's a shame... I'll never go in there again in my life. This shop has always had employees changing, always, like passers-by in the train station, and it was always obvious that the job is available to everyone and whoever comes in, I've never been interested in the boss or who owns the shop, I always am Went there just to enjoy my trusty veal kebab and I went there yesterday with my wife.

I got very little meat and for a dönner box plus a drink 20fr is a lot. After being approached about not having enough meat, they also became cheeky and very poor service!

Kebab meat was really bad. Price/performance also bad. 18.5.- for kebab + drink too expensive for this quality. In the evening, the kebab meat is served from the pot and not from the kebab skewer. You also save the meat when serving. Meat tastes like plastic/cardboard. The restaurant is in a central location. There is enough space to sit, including a garden. But the food is just bad.

Actually, I'm a New Point fan. Unfortunately that has changed. I had a foreign body in my Dürüm. A green plastic part. This shouldn't happen. The employees denied that this was from “here”. Unfortunately it was still in my Dürüm. This will probably be my last visit to New Point as the food safety leaves a lot to be desired. It's a shame, the Dürüm would actually be very good.

Ordered pide with sucuk on the first visit, there were only 3 pieces of sucuk on the whole pide. (16.50 CHF) On the second visit I ordered the same thing again with the request that there was a little more sucuk on it. For this little bit more sucuk I had to pay 5.- more. In no other shop in Zurich do you pay 21.50 for a pide with a bit of sucuk Price performance is not right, I can't recommend it!

Very bad experience for service and foods

Really nice and fresh food. Good size portions and very reasonably priced, especially given the area.

The chicken in the doner was not up to the taste. I ask forgiveness from God. I don’t know how to describe it. Cold pasta and the price is too high for lunch. It is not worth it.

Worst Kebab in months. Totally overpriced at 14.50CHF, received a half empty Kebab with sub par meat and only green salad and tomatoes. The staff was also not really friendly. I can really not recommend this place.

The reason why I’m posting this review, which I rarely do, is just that the food quality is simply horrible. I don’t know how a person preparing kebab sandwiches as a job can make them so badly. We ordered kofte and falafel fladenbrot and were simply disgusting.

A must try restaurant in Zurich, right beside the train station. The staff are friendly. The food is so yummy and authentic and the price is reasonable. They have variety of beer and open until 4 AM. Highly recommend it.

This place is just amazing. The owner is super friendly and caring. You can see that the cleaniness and tidiness are carefully taken care by the owners. The food is fresh, homemade style, delicious. Can't wait to come back.

The food was pretty good for this class of restaurant, but unfortunately the tables and chairs/benches in the entire restaurant area (including the terrace) were not cleaned or disinfected. The toilets in various areas also fail to impress positively. Actually, after this visit I would rather give it 2.5 ☆. >>> Now there are definitely only TWO (2) left ☆!!! : Some of the tables are unappetizingly dirty! I attribute this to an understaffed team. The individual employees are very friendly and prompt, but they reach their limits and sometimes seem exhausted. In the men's toilet you are greeted by a horrible and indescribable stench and are extremely happy to leave it as quickly as possible. It would be interesting to know how authorities would react to such a restaurant. I'm considering giving up my status as a regular guest. A PITY!!!

We're all used to the prices in Zurich, but 14.50 CHF for a kebab is simply beyond belief.

Good choice for when you're a little hungry and when you're in a hurry. Chicken kebab in flatbread tastes good but could be a little bigger. Combination with cocktail sauce is good with less yogurt. The chicken in paprika sauce with rice was particularly tasty. The service was also very friendly. Ambience is OK - I took the food as a take away.

It's best to call in advance, otherwise you'll have to wait a long time. Otherwise, eat well, price good 👍

The pocket bread is very fine, crispy and baked and the meat is not cheap minced meat but the finest Swiss meat. Excellent!

Dear reader, dear reader I had never eaten a bad dürüm like yesterday. There was only salad and meat, corn, tomatoes, carrots etc. a foreign concept and this for 18.50 without a drink... You read that right, 18.50 was completely cheeky and overpriced. The Dürüm lay on my stomach all night. Ordered chicken box. Received little chicken lot of vegetables and fries in a box. Found 2 hair in first 4 bites. Upon bringing to the desk was told its not their mistake. Unapologetic staff and terrible quality. To avoid at best.

If the French fries kebab had been cheaper and the 50 centime coin hadn't been found in the meal, the rating would have been better. As a result of this experience, I will unfortunately only eat out very rarely.

14.50 for a Dürüm is usury. If the waitress tells you “haram” when you pay, then the fun ends. For me it's by far the worst kebab shop in the city.

It is central to eat something quick like a Kebad or something else, but because it is in the place it is, it is more expensive than other places that sell the same thing. Eg, the place next to it. They have the same product, cheaper. I don't think I'll go back. If you have time, walk around and there are more options, more or less with the same cost.

Simply top quality Simply very, very fine and the quality is top! Many people don't know that there are different types of kebab. There is the minced meat version (frozen meat with lots of preservatives, cheap) and the Plätzli version (fresh). New Point has the Plätzli version. This corresponds to the original and is produced by the Angst butcher shop in Switzerland. New Point also offers homemade seasonal dishes. Simply irresistible... Disadvantage: Drinks are a bit expensive

Set your expectations, this is an "always open" fast food kebab chain in Zurich. It's the kind of food to satisfy that late late night craving, perfect after a night out. I wouldn't recommend to get anything other than doner kebab or Pepitos. The former is very greasy and fatty but sometimes that is what you crave and it always satisfies the hankering.

Very nice staff. The best chicken kebab ever! Lots of vegetables, lots of good chicken meat, everything freshly prepared in front of the guest and great sauces. If you're not a fan of lamb but still love kebab, you'll find a brilliant alternative here!

The kebab wasn't bad, but I think the price was too high.

Where should I start…. The staff is very unfriendly and the price for such a small kebab is way too much. I ordered a jumbo kebab and got the smallest kebab ever. When I asked if I could get more meat, the employee said there was already enough. The meat quality is also pretty bad. Personally, I never set foot in this store again.
