Dropped by yesterday to get a take-away duck dish. Food was great, service extremely friendly and the place itself is just the kind of family-run restaurant I like the most. Coming back as soon as I‘m in Sempach again!

Service very friendly and accommodating. Food freshly prepared, beautifully presented and very tasty. Price/performance ratio is ok. Will come again.

1) Chicken brochettes was outdated , bad smell and bad test that the child eating it wanted to throw out, it was returned and we told the waitress about the bad smell and test. 2) reserve made earlier , even though, three out of six of us had no glasses, no forks, serving water we ordered they didn’t bother to bring the missing glasses. We grabbed the glasses and forks from the table next to ours. 3) clearly the restaurant needs more staff, one waitress serving at least 4-5 tables is not enough. we had over 30 minutes waiting before taking our order, we noticed that other tables also waited. We had another waiting for the main course that we had to urge the waitress to bring. We noticed they prioritized takeaway orders. If they have no capacity to service the dining in customers they shouldn’t accept takeaway orders and prioritize that. 4) dirty glasses, stained chairs. 5) ordering main courses we requested minimum or not spicy, but we served very spicy 🥵 that we couldn’t eat. 6) when we told them that we are not happy about waiting ( bad service), one of ladies was really disrespectful making gestures by hand to the gentleman speaking to her. We were there last year, we went back because it was good and I recommended the restaurant to friends, the worst is the disrespectful response, never saw that in decent restaurants. After our bad experience especially the no apology and disrespecting customers reporting service problems, we regretted returning there indeed. I don’t recommend this restaurant unless you wish to pay for unprofessional service. Make sure to smell the food they serve especially if ordered for children that can’t in general differentiate bad test from outdated food . The child with us was saying it test strange but nobody listened and was told to eat what he ordered until he was about to throw out.

The food was fine and ok. The service (not the boss) was friendly. But the portions are very small! The prices are rather high. So we had to reorder rice twice, where the menu also said that the reordering of rice was included! The bill ended up costing 7.00 for 2 very small portions of rice. When asked about this, the staff suddenly didn't want to show the card anymore. Conclusion 90.- for 2x Thai menu and still hungry at the end. Wouldn't eat there again sorry.

This restaurant is very delicious. I've been looking for a Thai restaurant throughout my travels in Europe. From Switzerland to France and Italy and back to Switzerland. I stopped in every city and every restaurant that was a Thai restaurant...this restaurant was the best, very delicious, and the staff in the restaurant were lovely. Good management and advice to talk to. Give it five stars. Thai food that is Thai food abroad 🥰🌺❤️

It was the 2nd time there, the first time there was a very long wait, but the food was good. The second time there was a very long wait and the food was poorly cooked, vegetables were barely cooked, I had a yellow curry with duck and there were more vegetables and hardly any duck sauce was as thin as a soup. My girlfriend's sweet and sour chicken and vegetables are barely cooked either. Unfortunately it was the last time there.

I'm not impressed with the food at the buffet. The food containers were almost empty. The meat dish only had vegetables. There is still a lot that can be improved! Unfortunately I didn't take a photo!

Sweet and sour was a disaster...vegetables completely raw, sauce just water with flavor. Plate also became less and dumplings had mini fillings. I'm super disappointed. Before it was really awesome and I enjoyed being there. I have no idea why it isn't like that anymore :-(
