The team is very attentive and very, very warm! We felt very comfortable! The food is wonderful, a good portion and very nicely prepared! It's really warm here. You receive very friendly service and feel welcome. The chef de service is very friendly and sweet The food is very good. I had the Cordon Bleu. Everything freshly prepared and very tasty! We'll definitely come back.

Unfriendly arrogant waiter. (Boss!]Although everyone plays boss there! The waiter, the little man with a bow tie, is very cheeky and arrogant. We have been visiting the Ochsen restaurant for decades! Unfortunately that was the last time. There are other very good restaurants that have decent employees and good manners.

This unassuming restaurant manages to surprise me every single time. It’s a good mix of neighbourhood cafe and fine dining in the sticks. Today I had the lamb with rosemary and it was delicious in an amazing way. The herb and spice combination used takes the meat to another level. The food gets to the table still hot, the portions are enough for two to share and the prices are quite affordable. The staff are quite friendly too. It stays my go to at the drop of a hat place.

Ambience is a matter of taste, someone else will probably like it.

Despite a late arrival we received a very warm welcome, friendly waiters, warm atmosphere, typical cuisine.

I had already heard a lot of good things about the Ochsen restaurant, now that I have had the opportunity to test it myself, I can highly recommend it, the atmosphere is very nice and bright, the service staff is always friendly and fulfills your every wish. Very fine green salad, with homemade salad dressing (French)..to lie in! Spaghetti al Aglio...also good, and Tagliatellen Salmone were very, very nice. Service: TOP and friendly...and accommodating! Long waiting time of 45 minutes (Mother's Day?).

The menu is far, far too big, nobody needs 8 different cordon blues. At the beginning the food was very good but unfortunately the quality has lost quite a bit. Too bad, too bad, too bad.

The service is super great (extremely professional, courteous, binding, very well-groomed, calm & always with a smile). This sets a relaxed atmosphere and you feel very welcome! The restaurant is also beautifully decorated. Regarding food: I would say that there is definitely still room for improvement. So I would recommend it more for the exceptional service than for the dining experience.

We were there after a funeral. We were more than disappointed! Unfriendly greeting, poor service, no empathy and made us feel unwelcome. The buffet for 30 people was more than measly for the high price!!! I will not visit the Ochsen again, not to recommend it to others.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed! We visited the ox after a funeral. We were surprised by the level of participation and that's why a few more people came than registered. The reception was unfriendly and there was no understanding. The expensive wine was literally sold on and orders for coffee, for example, were only accepted very reluctantly. The empathy was absolutely non-existent and the prepared buffet was puny and of low quality. The braid pieces were almost counted out and far too few overall. This restaurant is definitely not recommended for after a funeral, even if the restaurant is next to the church. They would rather drive or walk to another pub where people can have empathy for a loss. We don't even want to go into the price we paid. The good rating comes from the previous hosts. The inn used to be excellent and the tenants changed around 2019. So don't be fooled by the good rating.

A huge compliment! I visited the inn for the first time. The restaurant was FULL at lunchtime! When I asked if you had a free table for me, the response was immediate. I ordered game. The food came faster than I could even look at my phone :) the young gentleman who served me was so accommodating, just PERFECT!! I felt really comfortable and also ate very well and drank very good wine based on the recommendation. I'll be back :) thank you very much and see you next time.

Was there last night and picked up the spaghetti with seafood from the summer menu. Really recommended! The service was, as always, courteous. Again any time.

To be honest, I can't quite understand the good reviews. Service didn't convince me, totally overwhelmed even though there were few guests. Entrecôte was almost subterranean, ordered medium and we received 4x rare | very bloody. In addition, the meat was very fibrous and of low quality! There was also a not very tasty salad. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Everything OK, large selection of standard dishes and pizza. 08/15 cuisine for everyone. Quality okay, service quick. The only thing that bothered me was the noise level. Far too many tables and the restaurant is full, resulting in noise like a construction site. Not ideal for a cozy, quiet dinner (Saturday)... otherwise okay.

We had a very good meal here and were served very friendly. There was also always room for a little snack, which our son really liked. The Cordon Bleu are highly recommended.
