Oh My Greek in Zürich

Very cheap by Zurich standards and also very tasty. Had the gyros plate. It didn't look like much, but it really shouldn't be underestimated. The meat and fries are very filling. The fries were crispy too. Had the Tatziki sauce (very good) and the hummus (tasty but doesn't go well with the plate)

Oh my Greek is located on Kalkbreitestrasse in Zurich right next to the bus stop. Difficult parking situation by car. It's a small, cute restaurant. Toilets available. You can eat there or, like me, order something to pick up. I had a gyros pita with pork. Tzatziki was homemade, for me it wasn't seasoned enough like the gyros, but that's a matter of taste. Unfortunately, the French fries were very soft and not crispy. The service was very friendly. I think price/performance in the city is OK.

I still didn't feel very comfortable there and the food was difficult to eat, pretty crowded and the place wasn't in a great location. There was pretty little space there and you sat very close to each other.

Hello OH MY GREEK employees We were greeted warmly and then assigned to a table. A nice employee took our order and gave us good tips for choosing. Shortly afterwards the food arrived and we were able to eat it comfortably. At the end we had a very, very nice cheesecake with Nutella. Thank you for everything, Brumm👍👍

Thanks to the entire Oh My Greek team Unfortunately, Just Eat was unable to organize a supplier for my order and canceled it 30 minutes after I placed the order. Afterwards I called and asked if I could still pick up the order after the store closed and the staff was so welcoming and promised me this. Many thanks to the entire team! The food was, as always, excellent.

I came for lunch with a friend who also wanted to eat Greek cuisine, we took a mixed meat dish with pork gyros, pork souvlaki, beef bifteki, french fries, onions, tomato, bread and then added fried halloumi sticks . So I have to say that the bifteki was very good and juicy, while the other two pork dishes were a little dry in some places, then the bread and various side dishes were normal and the halloumi sticks were very good. Price 47 francs total

I visited “Oh My Greek!” in Kalkbriete on January 2nd on the recommendation of a friend. The restaurant is very nice, the menu rich with authentic Greek dishes and the service was quick and friendly. Although the food tasted very good (I had the gyro pita), I unfortunately suffered food poisoning after lunch here and struggled to recover for three days. As always with things like this, it's very hard to prove, but considering I ate the other two meals at home, it's very likely that the problem was at the restaurant and the timing of the symptoms also pointed to lunch. Hopefully they will take this feedback on board and see what needs to be improved in terms of hygiene so that others don't have to suffer as well.

We ate at your place, very bad food. Chicken gyros is definitely not fresh frozen or who knows what exactly. Staff very unfriendly, just don't eat there. I noticed afterwards that many people from oh my Greek had severe food poisoning. VERY BAD

Fresh and authentic Greek street food. Unfortunately no lamb or seafood but the simple restaurant doesn't promise that either. Very warm and good service!

Had a trip to CH earlier this year and it was the last day of the vegan festival in Zurich, and I had gyros for OMG, it was absolutely delicious: nice textures and full of flavour! 🤤🤤

The vegetarian/ vegan gyros club is delicious. Impossible to finish by yourself so recommend sharing. Lovely staff and nice atmosphere. Better to eat in person as pita and chips can get a bit ‘wet’ when ordering delivery

I've been to the restaurant several times. About the food, only praise. Everything very delicious. But every time I went to the restaurant, the same employee was always rude and unfriendly. If she doesn't know how and doesn't want to serve different customers well, sorry, she's in the wrong job. It's very embarrassing!

The pork was very gristly and was very dry, I was very disappointed as I thought they had good meat. Fries weren't bad but there was too much seasoning on the fries. The homemade iced tea was very good

Athenian gyro style, quite spicy and a few potatoes, a little yogurt...those of you from Crete will find it average.

She may not look too happy but it's not what it seems. She really liked the Gyros and was impressed by the decoration. Pork gyros is actually not the real thing you d typically buy in Greece. It's much better quality, probably Swiss standards for meat? It is however very good and clean! Obviously expect to pay Swiss prices, 4x what it costs in Greece. Very good business nevertheless.

I test a lot of street food locations, but this one is something different. Many people get their chicken skewers from production companies, but Oh my Greek makes their own chicken skewers. You can really tell that it's homemade. You simply have to praise people who make an effort and make the food and skewers themselves. Keep it up!!!

Yesterday we had lunch at Oh my Greek Kalkbreiten, the food was fantastically good, for us the best Greek food in Switzerland. The service was fantastic and very friendly, we had the best olives and the best feta cheese and asked where they were available, the owner told us so and we immediately bought them because they were simply a pleasure. The ambience, hearty and beautiful Greek. I've seen the food truck several times now at street food festivals or city festivals. Although the prices are a bit high, the service is always friendly and the food is good.

Excellent, hearty food. I had no idea what to order so I asked the server what she recommended, and she did not disappoint. Everything was so delicious! My only "issue" was that it was such a big meal and I had no more room for dessert, which also looked very appetising. I suggest sharing with your friends so you can try it all.

It has become my favorite place in Zurich and I am now a regular customer. If you are looking for something casual, with a relaxed atmosphere, this is the perfect place. The price-performance ratio is very good for Zurich, I recommend you try the tzatziki sauce! The hammer!

It was our first time eating with the family, 2 adults and 2 small children. Considering they were really annoying and loud, I was surprised at how friendly the waiter was. The food was very tasty and nicely seasoned. The spicy Thai sose was perfectly spicy. So we will definitely go there again :)

Food price performance top. Portions Potent. but standard ingredients. Service completely overwhelmed because extremely busy, well organized but busy. Service staff have no time to deal with a customer calling clearly. Ambiance you got the most out of the available space.

The food is really really good. Very very tasty. The service is even more appalling. There were six of us there. Since not everyone was there yet, we wanted to wait before delivering the food. However, the service apparently didn't understand that we would still like to have a drink. Main courses and starters were mixed up or brought at the same time (different for each person). And if you had to order something you had to make yourself very clear. The order "1x bottle of wine with two glasses" first became two open glasses of wine, then two bottles of wine... You can still live with the fact that you don't have the language skills, it can be learned. But giving a guest the feeling that he is a nuisance and not carrying out the orders correctly and ignoring the guests when they call... that's not great... I'll probably only get take away there.

Really rude staff. When asked if we could ONLY buy pita bread for our child, we were told: "No, we don't do that and it doesn't exist. Only the temporary help, who spoke Swiss German, was friendly. Once and never again. (Street Food Zurich Toniareal)

Food delicious, but unfortunately very rude waiter. Sweaty and stressed us out because we didn't know if we wanted chicken or pork. I ordered tap water (which was 5.00, OUTRAGEOUS), and at the end I wanted to put it in my pet bottle because I couldn't finish it, but the waiter snatched the bottle out of my hand and threw it in the trash .

I was there for the first time on Sunday and was pleasantly surprised. The food is really very good and is served beautifully presented. You feel comfortable in the restaurant. Sharing is no problem (other companies charge extra). You can also take the leftovers home. We will be back.
