BIG DISAPPOINTMENT IN THIS HOUSE! We have been eating here as locals for over 18 years. It goes without saying that our tables always cost +1000 CHF or more for a meal. We have never eaten here with less than 6 people. Today, on our fourth brunch visit this year, one of our guests had to be admitted to the hospital the evening before. When we arrived at brunch, this was immediately communicated to the service staff. When we finished eating, the deputy restaurant manager came and told us that we had to pay for the 6th place because we hadn't canceled it. There appears to be a waiting list of over 50 people. The funny thing is that there weren't enough registrations to open Namun??!! They were asked about these circumstances and were immediately told that it would not be worth opening the Namun for just 50 people. We are deeply disappointed in the way we treat well-paying customers. At the same time we receive a voucher for an amount that we are now supposed to pay first. This will by far be the last time we visit the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz. Absolute no-go for such a hotel/restaurant. By the way, the payment process with the homemade circumstances took over 50 minutes. That was the peak.

Have enjoyed eating here multiple times. Service is normally wonderful but try to come early as it ca get busy. The bread and olive oil is divine! The lamb dish was surprisingly large but I still managed to enjoy a chocolate gelato for dessert ;). Looking forward to trying other dishes next time!

Daneben stand aber ein sehr grosser Tisch, an dem mehrere Personen Platz nahmen (6 Leute) und auch für uns genügt hätte. Das Essen war gut, aber die Portionen bescheiden. Der empfohlene Wein wurde professionell kredenzt, doch löste er bei uns wenig Begeisterung aus. Der Hauptgang wurde zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten serviert, da ein Tisch vergessen ging.
