I stayed at Osteria alone for 2 nights and 1 dinner. The reception was very friendly, at my request I was given what was probably the best room, number 8. It is small, but quiet and homely. Only the shower is too small and the shower curtain is terrible (too long, too wide). A small adjustment would be worth a lot. The dinner was excellent. A pumpkin soup as a starter for 16.- is a bit pricey, but for me it's almost pricelessly delicious. The breakfast is sufficient, but it could stand a little more "love". An ideal place for me as a cyclist, I felt extremely comfortable in this real Ticino osteria.

Five of us ate at Osteria San Giorgio. We liked it very much. The food was very tasty and the service was attentive and friendly. We can definitely recommend the restaurant.

Pension although can be noisy despite the luce e ombra festival be careful of the stairs no elevator
