We had a lovely time at Osteria Zaza. The waitress recommended an excellent starter, and the pizzas and pastas were delicious. Although the tiramisus were good but not exceptional, their generosity in size was appreciated. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gesture of the limoncello offered. The service was impeccable, especially when we stayed a little longer after closing, without feeling any pressure from the staff to leave. However, it's a shame that the menu is mostly limited to pizza and pasta, but that didn't detract from our overall experience, and we enjoyed our meal and the ambiance of the place.

Disappointing service. We are seated then asked to change tables several times We stand waiting in incomprehension... it seems that even the servers are lost In the end 3 simple dishes.... carbonara pasta with cream?????? A good pizza, pasta with tomato sauce ok nothing more A small bottle of water and 5dl of open wine charged 40 francs!! 2 express later the bill comes to 150 francs it’s a bit overrated After the poor reception it would have been quite correct to offer the two coffees but business is business.... and the evaluations follow!

Pizza was just fantastic, among the best I've ever had (and I'm Italian). The only negative is the limited menu choices. Still, I will come back, highly recommended

Great Italian food, good quality. You can see the oven from the main room. You can also sit at the bar if you come alone.

I loved the atmosphere of this restaurant. I usually try restaurants with immersive decoration and we are right in the theme. The atmosphere is subdued. The bar is splendid, that’s what makes the restaurant so charming. The dishes are delicious, everything is homemade. Prices are not cheap but are consistent. The negative point I found is that the veranda is very cold in winter. Additional heaters are not enough. We also had difficulty hearing each other speak because of the large table next to us. I still remain very satisfied with this restaurant and will happily come back.

The meal was excellent and the portions were very reasonable for the price.

Sorry, we had lunch in the veranda the pizza dough was soft/moist, weird. In addition it was cold, very cold, nothing more unpleasant than having lunch in these conditions, I would not come back, despite the presence of a single electric radiator which had no influence.

I had the opportunity to dine at the "Osteria Zaza" restaurant and I can only award five stars in every category. The Italian hospitality was exceptional, with welcoming and attentive staff who made the experience truly special. The pasta was delicious, handmade, prepared with skill and high quality ingredients. The pizza was also something exceptional. The desserts were a real feast for the palate. I highly recommend "Osteria Zaza" to anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine in Geneva and impeccable service.

Very nice place, staff very attentive to customer needs, preparation of dishes with scrupulous attention to detail. As an appetizer we tasted a mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses typical of southern Italy, excellent! The pizzas remain among the best in Geneva as the ingredients used come mainly from Southern Italy. Congratulations to the guy who manages this place with love and professionalism. I will be back soon!!

What a great discovery. One of the best Italian restaurants I have tried in Geneva (I am Italian). Very delicious food, starter, main course, desserts, I was very satisfied. Special desserts, so good and super instagrammable :) I recommend with my eyes closed!!

There were 3 of us on the terrace last Friday at noon. It's strange to leave the toilet at the same time as one of the employees who works behind the bar and wears a beret and who goes straight out without washing his hands. Unacceptable when you work in a catering profession. The food is ordinary and the bill is steep.

Very good Italian restaurant. We usually share starters with a few cocktails or wine. Personally, I always go for the carbonara, which is just too good 😋. I highly recommend this restaurant for a friendly dinner with friends the setting is great and the quality of the food and service incredible 😻

Very trendy and designer osteria/pizzeria, very pretty veranda and terrace. Not a bad choice, fast service and very friendly staff. However, the price is very high for the dishes and drinks, it's a shame because it's not great value for money... I won't necessarily go back...

Very good pizza. The prices are clearly exaggerated, as has become the norm in this type of restaurant (a pizza with a bottle of Prosecco CHF 40.- per person...). Normal service.

Descent Italian restaurant in a quiet residential area of Geneva. The place is modern and pretty trendy. Food and service are ok but for that kind of price I'd expect much better. I haven't tried the pizzas but they looked great. The restaurant will be empty by 2200 on a Saturday night. Dogs are not allowed.

Osteria was opened a few months ago. She became trendy and famous very quickly. True Italian cuisine. The pasta is as it should be. The pizzas are different from other Italian restaurants in Geneva. In any case where I was. Highly recommended.

Excellent pizza and tasty pasta. In particular fregola with seafood was delicious. I found also the service quite good and courteous. It is not cheap, but the prices are in line with the those of other restaurants in the area.

1st server very good: good advice, very friendly - perfect! good quality food There were 3 of us at lunch and we had starter-main course-dessert and wine: so a good table for a lunch service. At 1:55 p.m. another waiter came to clear up asking if we wanted coffees - we asked for the dessert menu and the reaction was a sigh...! He was careful to clean around us loudly to make us understand that we had to leave... it was only 2:15 p.m. We were going to leave of course but perhaps without feeling kicked out. What a pity ! I’m not sure I’ll come back to it.

We liked the pasta but our pizza was too soft. It's a blah Italian restaurant but unfortunately it has adopted Swiss habits, lack of generosity... each glass of wine contains 1 dl measured with high precision and the prices in piazza's are simply exorbitant. Fortunately the service and really TOP thank you girls! …one more comment for dessert..If you like Italian “Gelati”, I advise you to eat them elsewhere 😃

The flavors of Italy. I am Italian and Zaza is a very good restaurant. The tastes are as authentic as they are refined according to the dishes. Tender calamari as a starter, culatta (rare even in Italy an excellent raw ham from the Piacenza region) and good stracciatella. Then good southern tomato spaghetti, simple but good. Excellent squash ravioli!!!! And a royal tiramisu. Very friendly and cordial atmosphere... southern Italian style; after two times we are already at home. Geneva prices but the quality justifies them. Beautiful terrace in summer

Do you know what I always marvel at in Italian pizzerias in Geneva? Why in Italy even a glass of water is brought with a stand, and when the same Italians create their business here, they save on everything. I understand that glass holders in Geneva are expensive, but pizza cost is not 5 euros either. Listen, really, when you charge 60 francs per person for a very modest dinner, putting him between the kitchen and the toilet is it difficult for you to serve a napkin under a glass of drink?! La grandeza de Zaza es la oferta en Salami y Queso, probamos dos platos de Salami y Jamón Crudo de 36 meses y un plato de queso toscano acompañado de aceitunas y salsas. E inmediatamente después dos pizzas, perfectamente cocinadas al estilo napolitano, y decoradas con jamón y verduras, sobre mozzarella y tomates. El servicio es muy amable y acogedor. No falta nada comparado con las mejores pizzerías de Milán y Turín. Volveremos de nuevo.
