I'm not one to make negative comments, but this is beyond reason!! Very, very, very unpleasant staff! Truly pitiful! They must be treated very badly by this company!! Really unhappy!! And given the amount of bad comments below, they don't seem to care! I will never set foot there again!

Professional, friendly and efficient

Mr Gilbert needs to be retrained in customer service. When I arrived he immediately started to berate me because I had entered the station the incorrect way. When I told him I had done it as a thoughtful gesture for the petrol cap to be on the side closest to the pump he kept on insisting I was wrong. Totally rude and unacceptable behaviour. Oh and by far the most expensive petrol in Geneva. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

I always visit to check and prepare my car for a trip at this place (checking oil/water level, tyres, etc.) Petrol more expensive obviously, but it's so worth it! I have known the personnel since many years, they are wonderful, hence I start any longer trip in full confidence!

Today i full the car with Plonb 95 the Total amount was 50,54 CHF but the payment in my card was 151.62 CHF ! I have the receipt how can I refunde the 100CHF ?

Very good experience at this resort. I parked the car a little badly and the gentleman helped me with the fuel pump. I went there off-peak, the gentleman was able and available to help me. He was very correct, pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended for premises, or not.

Regular customer, I go to Shell mainly for the practical side of service for refueling the motorcycle, the agent who provides the service is very professional and conscientious.

Too bad it's impossible to give 0 stars. It is the staff who provide the service, but the problem is that they have inadequate behavior (unpleasant and unfriendly). Additionally, they are slow and unmotivated. Small gas station, with three pumps. Suddenly, we find ourselves on the road waiting for several minutes. This therefore hinders traffic, access to nearby parking lots and risks accidents. The price of diesel or gasoline is more expensive than at all gas stations in Geneva.

The one and unique place in Geneva, where you have a person who refills your tank and cleans a windows. THE BEST!

The station includes: - Service staff. - Open on Sunday. - Set to cache or map. - Basic vehicle maintenance (car, motorcycle). The prices are high, the service is impeccable, a good thing for a bad thing.

Certainly one of the most expensive in the city. But it’s the neighborhood that wants that.
