PARADICE Bienne in Biel/Bienne

Poor service. The young people who hand out skates are rude and uncouth; The skates they gave us were old and had holes. We went to change skates and they gave us even worse skates, with studs in the soles. Then they didn't want to change him at all, the child burst into tears and was upset. When I asked if the manager or senior manager was available to speak, they said no. Very disappointed, I won't go back.

I think it's a great event, finally something for young and old. The food was super, very, very good. I recommend the Älplermagronen with bacon. Was super good. Keep it up great guys. Big praise to the organizers. 🙌🙌

Well, it's a nice facility, but it's not really impressive. The staff can hardly make any progress, you have to wait up to 35 minutes until you get the rented skates. Three stars just because of the facility

There's certainly still a little something to improve, but it's a beautiful facility, a nice atmosphere with employees who are there with a lot of joy and warmth! A great experience and always highly recommended!

Nice ice rink and excellent fondue

The facility was very well done, the restaurant was also nice in the evening. BUT the restaurant was open from 2 p.m., but it was supposed to be nothing. Restaurant was almost 1/4 full, waited 20 minutes when the waitress came by the table "we would like to order" answer I'll be right there! She went to the counter and waited for her order🤔 After about 15 minutes she showed up again, in the meantime we had ordered from the other lady, when we said we had already ordered the comment "I said I'd be right there 😳 15 minutes = right away? Next question is there fries , chips something? Answer: NO, we worked until 3 a.m. and we're not sure whether there will be anything in the evening because we don't know whether the chef will come😮. If you put a market cart on the market that makes bratwursts, something would have happened today.

Magnificent temporary ice rink organized and built on the Place de l'Esplanade by very deserving entrepreneurs. The result is excellent! Entrance is free for children under 16. Symbolic price of 5 CHF for others. (Skate rental possible for 7CHF) It is possible to take out a subscription for 30CHF. Or even make a donation via the ParadIce-bienne.ch website.
