Service nice. Ordered ramen with shrimp to take away, discovered when I got home that there were no shrimp in it. Otherwise very unspectacular soup, there is really better. We wouldn't choose ramen again...

The first restaurant where I didn't really like the food. I gave it a few chances for different dishes, but unfortunately everything was bland every time. Shame about the money. I would rather recommend Negishi, Nooch and Yoojis!

I really like the Ramen, the taste of Classic Miso is really great and refreshing. The noodle is cheewy and I love it. Of course the staff serve very well. It was a great time for me taste it and being my first food in Luzern.

The food has nothing to do with ramen, which one might normally expect. Any ready-made ramen made from powder tastes better. The ramen was also significantly too spicy.

This is the best poke bowl I've ever tasted!

Upon arrival you can order from their order station or via the staff. We used the order station and it was super easy to do. I did not have the Ramen choice so can’t comment on that but the poke bowl was delicious. Plenty of teriyaki sauce and all the ingredients fresh and crunchy. The place itself is located in the train station underground, with maybe 8 to 10 seats if you want to sit inside which we did. Overall a lovely place to get a fresh poke bowl 🍲

I ordered a rice bowl with shrimps. The rice was warm which I actually loved. The shrimp was cold and cooked via air fryer. Very nice and helpful female employee👍🏻
