Peking Garden in Dietlikon

This is the second time I've eaten there in the evening but first we ordered a starter then it was served at the same time and the main courses weren't served at the same time and a colleague of mine was after he had finished eating. The service was really disastrous but sorry. My main course comes last!!!! I'll never go there again. What's that supposed to mean!?! Wish you a nice day

Positive: Friendly staff and that's it. Negative: An absolute disaster!!! was the entire meal from A-Z I ordered a snack plate for 32.50.- and I paid over 50.- for a sweet and sour beef dish for which it was inedible. What is being sold here? Definitely not Chinese food but something warmed up with sugar sauce. Nothing like that really works. Not eatable!!! Once and never again.

I just ordered red Tai curry. Smelled like rotten meat. Everything was other than what was just described. Too bad.

Unfortunately, my experience at Peking Garden was not satisfactory and I would like to share a detailed review about it. The restaurant had some deficiencies that marred my visit. First of all, I would like to emphasize that the atmosphere at Peking Garden was quite pleasant. The decor was attractive and created a relaxed environment. However, this was the only positive aspect of my visit. The service in the restaurant left a lot to be desired. The staff wasn't particularly attentive and seemed uninterested in the guests' needs. Our orders took a long time to be taken and the wait times for food were unreasonably long. As for the food, I was disappointed with the quality. The dishes we ordered tasted bland and uninspired. The presentation of the food was also not very appealing. It seemed as if the dishes were prepared carelessly and without care. Another negative aspect was the price-performance ratio. Prices at Peking Garden were higher than expected, especially considering the quality of the food and service. Overall, my visit to Peking Garden was disappointing. Despite a pleasant atmosphere, this could not compensate for the deficiencies in service, food quality and value for money. I hope the restaurant can improve its weak points to provide guests with a better experience.

Hi, I just ordered fried noodles and duck chop suey, also with noodles. I don't like giving negative reviews, but I can't ignore this anymore. Negative points that I noticed: - the fried noodles are spoiled (smells very sour and like fermentation) - The duck chop suey was quite ok, I could look for the meat, it came with rice instead of noodles. Please check your dishes before they reach the customer... Rotten food is a big no-no. Now I'm going to bed hungry. Thank you for the inedible/poisonous food.

Unfortunately we got the curry with chicken instead of beef (1x -2.00) and the fried rice wasn't fried either (2x -3.50)! So we paid 9.00 francs too much for the wrong delivery!!! Is that on purpose? An error can happen, but just 3 in an online order? That's not possible, I think I ordered from you last time! I also sent this to the supplier by email, unfortunately without any response. And the food itself wasn't great either, the fake chicken had a strange taste and the Sichuan was bland and more of a roast jus than Sichuan.

Very bad service, I order a dish and only wanted a glass of tap water. The waitress brought everyone their drinks but mine, I asked for the water and said she will get it on next round. My dish came and it had mushrooms although it shouldn't. As I am allergic I could not eat it, I waited for her to bring my water to let her know, she never came but only to bring the bill. When she offered to pack the food for me, I told her no because I cannot eat it due to the mushrooms, she said ok and handed me the bill. I paid and just made a note to never go back.

Ordered food again but it wasn't delivered. Nobody loses weight and then the food is only delivered the next day when nobody needs it anymore. I don't recommend anyone to order food here in the evening. You wait almost an hour and think the food is still coming, but no one shows up and we aren't informed. It's the second time and there won't be a third.

Wanted to have a nice meal in the evening. The waiter simply handed us the card as we entered and told us to sit somewhere. Music was very loud. The order was taken quickly. Then we waited 45 minutes and nothing came. There were only 6 guests in the restaurant. When we asked, he didn't know what we ordered. Then the information he forgot it. Waiter said he has a lot to do. No sorry, nothing. This is absolutely intolerable! It's a shame, it takes a lot for a second chance...

The chicken wings were still raw on the bone. The satay skewers were cold. The main course was ok. The papaya salad had no papaya. Everything was just garnished with iceberg lettuce. Sushi on the menu could not be ordered. We regretted the visit.

Although my wife loves Chinese food, I have reservations about this cuisine. However, what we were able to experience yesterday in terms of culinary delights deserves five stars: food that not only tastes good, but is also affordable. The very friendly, charming and attentive service should also be mentioned.

We were there on Friday evening. Although I explained to the waitress exactly what I wanted to eat (just prawns in a slightly spicy sauce with Cantonese rice) she brought me prawns with tons of onions and peppers! I am a regular customer at Pho Vietnam in the city of Zurich. When I tried the same dish, Bun bo hue with shrimps and Vietnamese spring rolls, I almost puked because of the soup. Not comparable to the Pho Vietnam where I know. My joy of having a Pho Vietnam restaurant nearby is gone. I can't say anything about Peking Garden at this location. As a rule, Peking Garden is Okey.

We were eating in Peking Garden Dietlikon and the worst thing was there was hair in the food. Since the food was brought out, no one from the waitress has come by to ask if we liked it. At the end we had to pay for the entire menu. What a disgrace!!!

We were here recently for the first, but certainly the last, time. The food was not served on a rechaud as we usually do at other Peking Garden restaurants, but rather everything was put on a plate and placed there. The rice noodles were not lukewarm as described, but cold. There were no placemats the bottle of wine we ordered was very dirty and full of water stains.

I ordered Kung-Po with tofu twice to pick up. At home I see that I got both with chicken. When I complained on the phone, the employee rudely said that I should come and pick up two new meals. Finally they agreed to deliver the food to me, but this time the one was with tofu and minced meat. I don't know where the chefs are with their thoughts, but certainly not at work. Food is good but delivery time of more than 1.5 hours even though the restaurant is in the neighboring village is not possible. I think you should offer a discount for that.

Very friendly service. Yammy food and reasonable price. The ambiente is cozy. We went there for 2 times already and will go again for sure. They have parking lots directly in front of the restaurant. You can also order food and let it deliver or pick it up.

Were there for the first time and ordered for 4 people. The staff was super friendly and the food was ready quickly. There is something for everyone, good sized portions. We had pho and noodle dishes! Everything was delicious and really great! We'll definitely be back! Parking directly in front of the store is very convenient.
