A very rude guy in the service part that could not even understand the basic instructions just ruined my night. All I ask was to put meatballs, green peas and mashed potato into separate plastic containers that I bought from Ikea for my autistic wife, because she does not like them to touch each other. But he was so illiterate and ignorant to comprehend even the simplest task, yet he throw the plate on us telling you do it yourself. Be careful if you see an overweight, emotionally imbalanced, underdeveloped waste of organic material behind the service. I am shocked how he is allowed to work at Ikea. He clearly has anger management issues and should be rehabilitated.

A pretty sad selection of cruelty-free options: - vegan balls, French fries + peas and a salad. Not even a vegan sauce. Pretty amazing for the 2020s... Addendum: Only temporarily improving the vegan offering marginally for one month per year for Veganuary is also pretty sad.

In the past, it didn't taste vegan yet. Vegan today, it tastes terrible, sorry. No offense intended, but there is still a lot of room for improvement with the pilaf and vegetable balls.

The food is nothing to complain about for this price range, what was annoying the day before yesterday was that there was a whole tray of cheese left on the clearing trolley to be thrown away, that's a shame!

Ate at IKEA again for 10 years. Either the food has gotten worse or I used to have terrible taste. Was in the restaurant on Tuesday evening at 6:30 p.m.: - Salad bar empty - In the showcase: Nut salad with egg, Caesar with chicken and Nicoise with tuna - so much for Veganuary 🤪 I then decided on the Chili sin Carne: a small portion of rice with a little sauce and a small tomato and cucumber salad. The salad was good. There were hard, indefinable pieces in the rice. The whole dish very dry, cold and tasteless. Afterwards, still hungry, we got a deluxe hot dog and fries from the bistro. I don't like throwing away food, but those soggy cold fries, the ugly hot dog sauce and jelly-like horseradish-flavored sweet mustard, the fried onions, and the artificial drinks were at "breast or leg" level. I felt sick for the rest of the evening... Thanks IKEA, luckily I didn't have the opportunity to buy anything. Ps: the menu that only flickers briefly on the screen is annoying. You never see the whole offer.

It's a shame, there's nothing gluten-free anymore. I have celiac disease, I thought a Scandinavian shop would offer a gluten free meal like they used to. :-(

I think that it is still not easy to find a good balance between the quality of food and its price in Zurich. Here, this criterion is met and the big apple pie is the best 🙂

Saturday night. Many people. There was a big rush to get the food we ordered. Had to queue for about 5 minutes. The staff was a bit overwhelmed. But the food is really good. Chicken rodents and hot dogs. Worth a visit or more 😀😀👍

New ordering system is more yucky than wow. Wait 20 minutes in front of the screens with mini numbers on them (larger font doesn't use more power). Screens on the seating would be something so that not everyone is waiting at the front like at a concert. The chicken cordonbleu with dates didn't contain any cheese, the chicken was dry but be careful: it had a date in it :D. The well thought out drinks station made me hurt just looking at it. One outlet for sweet drinks but therefore 4 coffee machines: I combine 8 coffee machines and 2 outlets. Nobody wants coffee, everyone wants sweet drinks. I'm not coming back, you know

Apparently the card payment upstairs in the IKEA restaurant was canceled. They said you could only pay in cash! My family and I all had to take the cheapest meal because we didn't have that much cash with us.

Great prices and they have kødboller. What more could you want

I was very disappointed that they don't have a lactose free option for the coffee. There used to be lactose-free and normal Rähmlis. And now there are no more Rähmlis at all. The only option is to press coffee with milk in the machine and a lot of milk comes into the coffee, so you don't taste the coffee at all. And so much milk for lactose intolerant people is not a good option.

Calling afterwards with a hellooooo and rolling your eyes should be avoided if you don't want to lose a customer just as a tip!!!

Big praise: The mask requirement is consistently enforced by security employees! New system for take away: Select on the display, pay and collect at the counter. It was super quick, the goods were already ready, but there were relatively few people. I like it very much!

Was on sale on Sunday from 10/27/20 There weren't even a lot of people (corona time) it was really fun to walk through. When parking, it's worth parking 1 or 2 floors further down - you can always find something.

Ending up at the IKEA cafeteria is the best part of shopping at IKEA. Good selection of warm food, desserts, and a salad bar. Very reasonably priced.
