I can highly recommend the restaurant. It is very clean and Mr. Gajic does a very good job. I think it is extremely difficult to find such an employee.

Because of my work, I eat at Coop restaurants every day and I have to say that this one is hands down the worst in every way. Today I went for lunch at 11:30am and when I arrived there were only a few people there so I was alone in the grill area. I ordered salmon and after a few minutes three people came and ordered salmon and meat. I was the fourth to be served. When the unfriendly chef asked why, I didn't get an answer. When I complained to the manager (Mr. Kühne), he was also rude and told the chef the reason... Both should respect the customer but there is just no courtesy in this restaurant. This should definitely be avoided

Bought a cheesecake today. It was still raw at the bottom. Staff received the complaint with indifference. After ten minutes I told her if she didn't give me a replacement I wanted the money back. Annoyed, she had to go to the office and book a return trip all morning in order to collect again later without any delay. Do you need a receipt? Great apology. Apparently Coop doesn't like giving money back if it's so complicated to book...

Unfortunately, what it is is rarely if ever written on the buffets. doesn't change even though several people ask questions in a row. Yesterday spaghetti tomato sauce was called vegan. piccata and bolognese nothing denotes. Always eat well, inexpensively and hope it helps to avoid waste. 9/21/18 unfriendly and unhelpful staff. At 6.30 p.m. not enough dishes and spoons for 2 people. for coffee and dessert. It wouldn't have been washed yet. unkempt buffets and old coffee is there etc. although there were hardly any people there on a Saturday.

There are daily changing menus and a self-service buffet and a stand where you can have steaks prepared. The quality of the meals is very good and commensurate with the price.

Food and atmosphere very bad leader..

Inedible pork breadcrumbs, burnt and dry, not to mention the chips... The pork breadcrumbs were served to me with the burnt side underneath so I couldn't see them..

Super nice service at the self-service bar; competent and friendly. Thanks also to the lady at the checkout for putting up with my clumsiness and allowing me to scoop up more fries.

Today I found out from my wife that the restaurant manager complained to my wife and her colleague about the two children playing in the play area because other customers had allegedly complained that the children were playing too loudly. Hello, it's still OK. These are children playing... in a specially built play area. Explain to two or two year old children that they should play more quietly.... 🤦‍♂️ anyone who has children will understand that. Sorry but that's a no go. This man is definitely in the wrong place of work.

Worst experience I've had at a restaurant in my life!!!!! This evening, April 25, 2023, my family and my colleague's family met at the Coop restaurant in Dietlikon at 6:40 p.m. for dinner before we go to the bowling club (5 adults & 3 children). We asked if we could order a hot meal. The receptionist replied very nicely that we could order something warm until 7:30 p.m. We ordered Olma sausage with fries, chicken nuggets with fries, etc. The receptionist gave the order to the cook named Nat***ha, I happened to be standing there and found that the cook was not enthusiastic, at best she didn't want to cook for us. I tried to ignore everything and sat down at a common table with the family and colleague's family, after waiting a while, the same cook/ Nat***ha put the plates on the table and left quickly, everyone was shocked. Then we started eating, the fries were very salty so you can't eat them. I tried to complain to the cook, unfortunately she shouted at me "I don't have any salt, the salt was out of the bowl" and wanted to ask more questions but told me/us loudly that she doesn't have time to argue and left. Trying to get the manager's email address from the nice receptionist or speaking to the person in charge didn't work at the moment either........ .......Although there was a lady in the house with glasses who seemed to be in charge. Unprofessional and discriminatory staff by far the worst food quality ever. 100% Not recommended!!!!

Clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the staff is quite inattentive and more concerned with themselves than with the customers. Smiling or saying hello is out of place. You're probably just a spending consumer. A pity. We won't be coming back again.

Friday morning at 9:20 a.m. no selection of whole grain products. According to an employee, everything has already been sold. No boss on site. That can't be the case and that's at Coop where there is a huge bakery. I won't visit again. Not suitable for breakfast.

My wife and I ate in the Buffet coop Dietlikon Center, eating and Good only one thing gone wrong in the wok Buffet area, as a Vegetarian I took rice and grune mixed curry, then at the Buffet there was Baked Cauliflower, I wanted to take them but only the cook it was needed, there was a black chef, I asked to have caval fiore (Broccoli) from the Buffet he replied, you have already taken from the curry, but it is the same thing as Brocoli baked and cooked with mixed curry, same, rude

The coop restaurant is a great place to get a bite of food. You can chose between a lot of different menus. These range from kid menu to freshly grilled fish. Also they have a very great Ice Tea I never saw somewhere bevor. Also the prices is very acceptable and not to fancy. The people are very wholesome and will talk with you for a short period. Next to the restaurant is a very big coop supermarket so you can get everything there you just ate. Can recommend.

Had a beef fillet. Was really good. Price performance is right. I can only recommend.

After a long day of shopping, I was hungry and I discovered this Coop restaurant by chance and didn't actually have any great expectations of the food. I was pleasantly surprised It has a good selection and very friendly and competent staff. I ordered a veal schnitzel and it was amazing. I was served by a Mr. Bleisch and he fried this schnitzel to a perfect golden brown. Nevertheless, it was still nice and tender inside. Just like a gourmet chef couldn't have done it better. His manner was also very accommodating despite extra requests. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit. If I ever come back to this region, I would like to go to this restaurant again

At 7:50 p.m. they didn't want to serve us anymore. We just wanted to have a drink outside. The waitress sat there smoking until 7:59pm when she came in and turned off the lights. The timetable sign says they close at 8pm, but everything closes at 7:40pm. Waitress rude, unfriendly and not very polite to customers. We have never experienced this level of attention and this lack of respect in the Coop. I kept the comment. The complaint is a month old. I just deleted the photos

I ordered a coffee, the machine was broken and didn't dispense enough. Instead of getting a refund I was simply ignored by the staff. In my opinion it's just a disgrace!

I was ripped off with a latte macchiato and only received half of it and then I only received milk instead of my latte macchiato cheekiness!!!

Vegetables, meats, chicken and more... come on. Try it and not expensive.

You can say Nayaiana ( hope it is right) she does a great job, she is super friendly and customer oriented.

At the buffet the price is coffee+cake combo CHF 5.20. However, the price will be calculated individually at the checkout. How come?

My favorite restaurant. Cheap, fresh, good. You pay according to the size of the plate. This is more straightforward.

At 12:55 I go to the COOP Dietlikon restaurant and have some warm meatloaf with fries (cold) and brocoli (cold). I'm not complaining because otherwise the meat loaf would also get cold. Shame

Great for families with small children

This morning around 10:00 a.m. I went shopping at the Coop Center Dietlikon. I had my grandchild, 18 months old. He showed me a croissant in the restaurant, which I also bought for him. A quiet atmosphere, 2-3 people. The saleswoman said I had to fill out a form...which I refused. Firstly, I don't have to do anything, especially when a child is impatient. The saleswoman didn't let up and said that if I didn't fill it out, I would be banned from the coop. Who says that??? "I'm saying that," she said. I asked her if she was the boss here, she laughed ironically and said "no, but I say, you are banned here!". So dear Coop entrepreneurs and chairmen...we've come so far. No respect or patience towards customers. And that already at 10:00 in the morning. I'm wondering, and so are you...how do you think "the boss" reacts when there's a lot to do??? For me...never shop there again. The rest...I'll leave it to you.

No menu can be ordered at 4:30 p.m. Next time we'll go somewhere else to eat. Employees are busy with the end of work timing.

Went there for dinner today around 3:00 p.m. The food was good, there's nothing wrong with it. BUT the hygienic conditions at the tables were substandard, especially at this time when hygiene should be given twice as much attention. I could hardly find a table that was clean. There were smeared food residues and grease stains on practically every table, breadcrumbs and dried residue from sugary drinks on the chairs. I implore the management to ensure that more attention is paid to this aspect. I usually wipe things like this off with a napkin at a time. But given the current situation, you really should wash it with hot water and clean rags, and not just once a day! Sorry for posting this publicly, but there is no email address on your website.

We were there on the terrace on Saturday, I took the hamburger twice for 16.90 Lucerne style with fries, unfortunately both hamburgers were still raw inside, which we didn't like, I took it back to the chef who said I wasn't a gourmet. The hamburgers are never cooked through, they are then fried really well, sometimes charcoal black, well I can recommend this restaurant don't recommend at all.

The resto is spacious and the food taste really good.

Good outdoor area with sun protection and there is the Portocennerie for smokers. Sufficient number of fully automatic coffee machines with all ingredients, latte machiato + chocolate powder / long spoon. Snacks for lunch from salty iklemti to canapes and sweet. Highly frequented at lunchtime because the menus are well received.😁

Multicuisine. Prices are good compared to other similar places. The price doesn't depend on the weight of your plate but just the size of your plate, whereas in most places its always on weight.
