The best thing is the residents! 4 stars The second best thing is the employees = 3 stars The third best is the superiors = 2 stars and the worst thing is the regulations, the management and the superior offices in Pfäffikon ZH = 1 star

The GerAtrium is a modern care center in which the needs of residents and their relatives are addressed competently and personally. I am proud to be part of the GerAtrium team and to be able to make my contribution to the well-being of the residents. Working here is meaningful and valuable for society.

No place for very old people if they don't die within a short time! Commanding tone to patients, telling them it's time to go - or even "not again" to another nurse when a patient needs anti-nausea medication. You are not taken into account for hours. Unfortunately, these negative experiences outweigh the help of other friendly carers. In addition, the responsible department doctor from Pfäffikon (general practitioner) was never available to speak to, never informed - he was simply not interested. Apparently he too is of the opinion that at 98 you deserve the minimum treatment, so why talk to your family?

Visitor-unfriendly house. Inconvenient masks for older visitors i. HANDLING. Poor selection of cakes at the buffet on Sunday afternoon. Staff polite but not friendly. The machine exudes more emotions. I'm reluctant to come back.

It's nice that you get an answer when you apply for an advertised job and don't get any response when you ask.

Hello everyone, I'm a very young resident in the GerAtrium, but I still feel like I'm at home among all the residents, so to speak, "almost a family." I'm totally satisfied with the GerAtrium, it's just right in every nook and cranny, or better said, everything is right - the staff modern, the rooms are modern, the food yes you can't exactly say modern but you can eat it :-)) no no they don't cook badly. But what I think is important is just to say thank you for all the good, loving and professional services that everyone who works in the GerAtrium does for us residents every day. I am accepted, respected, loved and understood. My wishes are ok, they are not exactly the greatest but they will be fulfilled. I'm looked after really well, I'm looked after really well, and there's always something going on even during the day. If I'm bored, I go talk to the charming ladies at the reception. If my hair is too long, I go to the in-house hair cutter and have my hair done so that I can then say "I have nice hair." Every now and then you meet someone too The line, which is always set up and available for a bit of fun, is still waiting for the whiskey :-)). You also get tighter as you get older, sometimes your shoulder cracks, sometimes your back cracks, no problem, our team of therapists is always on hand to debone the whole thing gently and well. :-)) Sometimes something is defective because you may have done something wrong or just one word and the technology is at the door. And during the week you can sing, whether right or wrong, as long as you're there, or do some artistic work in the AT where there are also very lovely women and they're also very pretty :-)) or if you don't do anything like that The really super brilliant care also wants to go for a walk or talk to someone, the watching is very good, we even have a cinema and imagine Mozart and Strauss were already there and we were allowed to sing along, and in the winter there is often raclette Although I don't really like waiting for a fondue, and much more, they do so much for us that our hearts are happy. All in all, I give the Geratrium 10 stars out of 5 and would like to advise anyone who can decide where they want to go to which nursing home to always choose the GerAtrium first because there is no nursing home anywhere that is as great as this one. No, I don't work at the GerAtrium. I am a federally qualified patient who can enjoy all the good services from the GerAtrium. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for saying yes every day and lovingly caring for us. That's not a given and the fact that it's so great here is because every employee, no matter where, is positioned and lovingly does their work for us and you can really do that for miles you can only find it in the GerAtrium.
