Pho Na in Zürich

As a Vietnamese (previously lived in Berlin) I have to honestly admit that I ate the best BunBoHue outside of Vietnam there! Eat the soups there, they specialize in that. Price performance service top

We keep coming back for their wantan suppe and summer rolls. Soooo goooood

The two of us spontaneously decided to have lunch here. The restaurant is relatively small and is more geared towards take away. We both chose duck with noodles/vegetables. It was okay, the duck was too small for me personally, but the taste was okay. Next time I'll try soup. No wow factor, but will come back. Price/performance ratio quite ok.

📝 Good Vietnamese food and not pretentious at all. Prices are ok, good option for lunch. 🍴 I had one of the spicy soups: generous portion and flavorful. I only didn't like the abundance of coriander. There are many food options also for take-away, could try something different next time. 📍 The place is not too far away from the train station so can be easily reached. Decor is pretty basic.

The food was Delitious! Really authentic Vietnamese cuisine! From my observation - I think this place runned by viet family. And it will be nice if someone will help them with a service, at least, because, even the place is small, you need to wait for preaty decent time. But, it didn't ruined my overall experience!) the Pho Bo was one of the best I tried until now. And I was surprised by dessert (second position in the menu) I thought it's gonna be coconut ice-cream, but it was Warm rice bowls, simply covered with thickened coconut milk, the bowls tasted a little like "syrniki", if someone know what I'm talking about🙃, and this coconut sauce can be more sweeter, or can be topped with some mango jam to make the flavor more fragrant 😉 Just my opinion 😏 Thank you for the meal! I was satisfied 😁

Simple cafeteria vibe, in a cosy way. Smells fantastic, right as you step in the door. Staff were friendly but a bit distracted. After I caught their attention my food was served quickly. Portions are big, which makes it great value for money, especially by Zürich standards this is an affordable place. The food was fresh and tasty, and I had no problems getting a doggy bag. Located close to Hauptbahnhof, perfect for a quick bite.

Good meal, fast and friendly service

Very authentic Vietnamese noodle soup. You won't feel thirsty after eating it. The store really makes the soup base by itself. I highly recommend it to friends who like noodle soup.

Unassuming place, but they serve the best Bún Bò Huế in Zürich

My friends liked the food, but I didn’t like it so much - I’m not a fan of Asian food. I asked if the duck is spicy and the waitress told it isn’t, however, I found the dish pretty spicy, yet bearable.

3 stars for quite ok. The restaurant convinces with its restraint, simple and almost exotic between a local take away and a cosy pub. The food is nice, here and there it could be a little more flavourful. Service is friendly and quick. I'll to come back and bring friends for a relaxing evening.

10/10 Very tasty, aromatic broth with tender meat.

Recently went to this small Vietnamese takeaway that has the charm of a family business. The Cha Gio, the fried Vietnamese spring rolls, were particularly good – nice and crispy and tasty. The Bun Bo Hue was also delicious, especially the meat was very tender. The broth could have been a little spicier, but overall I liked it pretty much.

Tipr top the Pho is great and came very quickly. Food service and price are all great!

Very nice service and authentic ambience. The Pho Bo too, with balls, fish sauce, everything that goes with it. Good quality. The broth could be a little richer, more aromatic and more beefy. Then I would give 5 stars. Anyway, one of the better Pho Bos in Zurich.

The food is very good and close to the taste that you can get in Vietnam. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We will definitely revisit the restaurant again if we will be back to Zurich

Speaking as a born and raised vietnamese who have lived in different countries for some time, I have to say this restaurant had the most authentic vietnamese food I have tried so far. My family and I tried the com tam and bun mam; and I'm not exaggerating when saying we literally cleaned the plates. Could be that we were hungry and missed our cuisine like crazy after a long trip, but objectively speaking, the food was bomb af. Can't speak for every dish since we didn't try all, but can confirm that the bun mam and com tam are legit. Also, the ladies are so cute and nice, their vietnamese spirit and personality make us feel like home. 11/10 experience, would definitely recommend to everyone.

Best Bahn Mí I’ve had in Zurich so far - will definitely come back for the other dishes on the menu. Great price point for lunch items in Zurich, and do accept card payment.

We spontaneously stopped by Pho NA for lunch after Jack's Place Take Away is unfortunately closed on Mondays. We ordered 4x duck on jasmine rice and 1x prawns with vegetable rice and it was served to us outside. We enjoyed it. But the duck could be a little crispier. But the taste is quite ok. Ambiance is more take away than restaurant. If I have the opportunity, I would also be happy to try their specialties in the evening.

As a born-and-raised Vietnamese, I know my cuisine very well and this is probably the best place to get authentic Vietnamese food in Zurich. We ordered Bun mam and Bun bo xao and walked away full and happy. Highly recommend!

Good food at affordable price. Roast duck rice with mixed vegetables was real good. Pork shrimp omelette rice was good too. Restaurant is a little small but can fit small groups. There's a need to improve ventilation though, came out smelling like oil

Nice location for a quick bite on a lunchbreak. Fast and kind service. Interior is ok, very basic but fine for takeout. Pho was mediocre, thicker noodle than i was used to and the beef was very chewy/ low end cuts. All in all not worth $24 pricepoint.

This place is delicious! We wandered in here on a weekday around 8:15 and there was a table available. The waitress was really nice. By the time we left the place was full. We ordered beers, a papaya salad, tofu with vegetables and chopped up spring rolls over vegetables and rice noodles. Everything was absolutely delicious. Each table is given different sauces - soy sauce and three types of chili sauce. The papaya salad was really fresh and a bit spicy but also sweet and had a nice crunchiness to it. The tofu and vegetables were in a really flavorful creamy curry sauce. I enjoyed my spring rolls with noodles - the combo of flavors really worked well together and I liked that I could also add more spice if I wanted. We will definitely be back again!

Vietnamese dishes are always the most attractive. Anyone who wants to visit should try here. The owner and staff are very friendly - enthusiastic.

very good and I really liked it and if I had more time I would eat there every evening during my stay in Zurich. it was very close to my hotel in the quite street (practicaly next door ;) ). very pleasent staff.

We had our first dinner here and everything was great. Good food friendly staff, 2nd dinner we had was yesterday, theres was a new staff, its was her first day, we sat on the table and waited 10 mins for the Menu, we waited another 10 mins for her to ask for our drinks, another 10 mins for our drinks to be served. I had a singha beer in a bottle, she served our drinks and she gaved me the bottle opener i had to open the bottle my self! Food was great, she forgot one springroll.

Came craving some Viet food and due to the positive reviews. The offerings taste authentic, the pho broth tastes homemade. However, quantities are stingy. Everything from the pho noodle/soup quantity to the 3 tiny basil leaves I was given. The inside has no AC and is very stuffy so sitting outside is really the only option. But the servers are not constantly coming outside to check up on diners, only to deliver food.

It smelled so good from the outside, which is why we stepped inside this little restaurant for a bite. But even though the prices are kinda low for Zurich, it doesn’t mean things should be less than… The food was unfortunately too salty, and we were served the entrees & main dish so hot that we had to wait a long time to finally be able to eat. Which was a bummer. Other than that the staff was super nice and accommodating. My rating is only this low because I’m used to eating Vietnamese food & this wasn’t optimal.

I'm sorry to leave this review cause the staff was super nice, but I took a rice curry and it was SO SALTY my kidneys are hurting after I ate it. Never ate something with so much salt in a restaurant. Had to throw it away after some forks. Pity cause the ingredients were good and the taste would have been great without all of that salt. I hope it's just a case and is not always like that.

A quick Asian meal for lunch is great here. Flair isn't meant for lingering, it's about eating. And it's quite tasty and also reasonably priced. When the weather is good you can sit outside quite nicely, but indoors is fine too (if permitted). There is now also a vegetarian and organic meat product from Switzerland, which is really great! The extra cost is worth it, in my opinion. Great for me, I really enjoy being here for lunch.
