Fantastic place to have drinks in summer. Located under the thick shade of trees, with a view over the Rhine, good drinks, with a few eating options as well (pinsa, ice cream...). Of course this makes this place very popular, and most evenings or weekends, you'll have to wait quite a while for a table to become available.

Today I ate a very tasty pinsa with tuna and onions. Very crispy dough👌. About 20 minutes of waiting time (ordered on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at about 11:55 a.m.) - but it was worth it. Quantity: good portion for lunch.

Nice buvette on the bank of the Rhein. Under the chestnut trees so we'll shaded. It's small and so the service is a little slow, and choice of everything is limited - but it's quite good at what it has to offer.

After a long bike ride, we ended the day here. Great location for the sunset.

Nice place with rich shade to cool off. Delicious wine and beer, unfortunately the food options were extremely limited as they had run out of almost everything at noon when we went. We ate pinsa with what ingredients they had left.

This buvette offers excellent pinsa. Similar to a pizza, the dough is a little more airy. Excellently seasoned. On a hot summer day it is certainly wonderful to dine in the shade of the chestnut trees. Since there are no covered seats, the Buvette is probably closed in very bad weather. Even if it's a bit out of the way, the short walk from the Kunstmuseum stop is good and worth it.

lovely and peaceful place to enjoy a late afternoon. The ice cream is very tasty but unfortunately made carelessly. I ordered two balls and the girl only gave me 30 grams :/ after that I complained and in the end everything was ok.

Really love this place. Lovely spot under the trees along the river. Good salads and delish pinsa. Reasonable prices and a chill atmosphere.

Really good pizza and a beautiful view. Very calm and beautiful light. Reminds me of the old masters art. Like Monet or all of the impressionists. Come and grab a coffee there and chill some hours. I recommend to explore the old city wall next to the cafe. Safe travels Roman

Discovered by chance, really nice location right on the Rhine, unfortunately we didn't have much time to stay longer, but it was enough for a beer, but it wasn't the last time there. By the way, the staff is very friendly.

Nice little refreshment bar north of the Rhine, nice terrace, the pizzas are not the best in the world but they are good. The beer is very good. Good time in the shade of the trees.

Pretty spot under the plane trees with a view of the Rhine. It's a shame that the Apero Royal is only available in a plastic cup. I couldn't remember when I offered the service lady "Duzi".

Nice location, good beer but the pins are small and expensive. Also topped with homeopathic doses of ingredients! Find the Parma ham...

The Buvette, which opened in spring 2021, delights walkers and residents with a fine selection of Italian specialties (Pinsa, Panino). I was pleased to see that the majority of the wines on offer come from organic production. There is certainly still a little room for improvement here and there; But this doesn't detract from a relaxing visit to this magnificent setting.

Salads are no good: I had a burrata salad (15 FR), which consisted largely of cheap, industrial lettuce shreds and a tiny, white cheese ball, although I'm not even sure whether it was burrata and not just mozzarella. Not like that!

Great Pinsa, friendly and competent service and one of the most beautiful views of Basel - highly recommended!
