This evening we spontaneously went to Restaurant da Enzo without a reservation. We got a table after 5 minutes. We waited at the table for about 10 minutes. The service never gave us a card nor were we asked if we would like something to drink. Guests who came directly with us were served directly. The restaurant wasn't busy, but the staff seemed stressed. It's actually a shame because we were looking forward to a good meal. All in all it was unpleasant and unprofessional.
