We ate the potance, it was well served, but some pieces of meat could have been more tender

Italy in all its splendor! Attentive staff, very generous portions and delicious dishes. The welcome is very warm, the atmosphere pleasant and we have absolutely nothing to complain about…except that we will certainly come back!

Very pleasant inside, good rrpas, very good offer with the fork. Ideal to arrive on foot and. By public transport because it is difficult to park a car.

The service was very good, however I was disappointed with the dish I had (rib steak).

The dish was very bad, very salty perch fillet, no taste, no accompanying sauce. Very disappointed The waitress on the other hand was very professional, nothing to say.

The restaurant should be called “the treasure hunt” I had a ham pizza and I ended up with a shell of seafood and a piece of paper on the pizza…

Overall very good. I personally think the price is high and the armchairs were uncomfortable

It's been a while since I ate there. I was disappointed the last time (3 or 4 years ago). But here, we went there with 2 children and they were adorable! Pizzas for children in the shape of an animal, a menu especially for them and very friendly service and super reasonable prices! A very good surprise!

The staff feels a little bit unfriendly, but quite fast and organised. The Italian cucine is recognisable only in the first dishes, that are decent, instead the meat and desserts are not good enough. Crazy are the prices for the quality received, also considered the position.

This week I ate the dish of the day three possibilities, plus a menu I took the meat a real delight, tender, melting, served with fries and beans, and a salad or soup as a starter. all perfect, very good service, smile and speed, very warm welcome and very reasonable price, 21 francs with a glass of wine thank you.

Perfect quality/price ratio. The only downside is that the takeaway pizzas are pre-cooked and not cooked, add 15 minutes in the oven (this should be indicated upon delivery)

Ordered on smood with a request that my pizza be cut (as I am in the hospital I don't have a knife) and cooked well the pizza was almost undercooked and not cut, too bad the pizza is not bad but I won't recommend it anymore.

Nice service but terrible food, the perch fillets are frozen and not fresh at all to the point that they smell. The fries were well cooked but also some frozen and a lot of black fries like they weren't fresh again... Too bad because the portion was generous. For the price, it's a steal.

I have quite honestly lost count of how often I have eaten here, in my opinion better than the other local places, I went here for the first time when other places were too busy to serve me, limited menu but good food, cheaper than most places and for me has a good balance between cost and quality. Will return soon

Horrible staff, infamous boss, not professional at all. There are much better Italian restaurants run by REAL ITALIANS and with 100% ITALIAN products that do not come from la.migros. The blonde waitress was rude we will never go back there again.

The experience was not good, they are not serious with reservations, they change them at the last minute, the service was terrible and the food is not good. Ça était terrible all le service.

Le Restaurant le Ponte-Vecchio est un lieu où aujourd'hui même à l'emportez, vous mangez un repas extraordinaire.....Les Pizzas au Feu de bois....Les Pâte al dente ... Les Linguini au Vangole ....Sa souris d'agneaux est une merveille.... Moi je suis un adepte du Couscous .... (les origines Algériennes du Patron)Quant aux pavés de boeuf sur ardoise... il ne pèse pas au 20 gr.Tout ceci à l'emporter si vous habitez proche... Je lui fais cet hommage car il le mérite

Accueil de la part du patron qui nous propose de nous installer où bon nous semble. Nous nous exécutons en choisissant une table pour 2 personnes. Tout ok. A peine installer, la serveuse, visiblement handicapée par une attelle à sa cheville nous demande de changer de table et de nous rapprocher du bar afin de lui faciliter ses déplacements.Le ton employé par cette serveuse était vraiment désagréable, inadapté, avec un manque de respect inadmissible. Malgré tout, nous avons quand même changé de table. Commande faite de nos plats respectifs avec une pizza et un plat du jour. Oubli d'apporter le moulin à poivre, oubli d'apporter l'huile piquante pour la pizza. Ne demande pas si on désire prendre la salade ou pas, ne regarde pas si il y a les couverts ou pas! On avait vraiment l'impression d'être servi par une personne qui n'avait pas envie de travailler et pas du tout concernée par son travail.Fort dommage, le lieu est sympathique, bien placé. Rapport qualité prix correct. La cuisine est simple avec toutefois un manque de finesse dans le dressage des assiettes. Mais un rapport qualité prix correct avec les plats du jours. Par contre un service catastrophique qui ne donne franchement pas envie d'y retourner!

Nice restaurant for several reasons. First of all, it is large and the tables are far from each other, which is not negligible in times of pandemic. Then the quality/price ratio is good, the menu is varied and the quality is consistent. I cannot comment on the pizzas which I do not eat, however often going to the restaurant I am very sensitive to the welcome, and there it is very good and personalized, which is important, whether it is the boss and the two current waitresses (Rosie and Allyson).

The food was ok, the Viennese relatively small, but tasted good. The waitress was very nice and helpful but above all efficient in managing the interior and exterior. Good service time!

J'ai mangé au Ponte Vecchio avec le passeport gourmand, c'était très bon et généreux dans l'assiette, que ce soit mon plat ou les plats que je voyais passer. Le service est très bien et aux petits soins.J'aime beaucoup ce genre de restaurant ou on mange bien pour un prix correct.Il est aussi très bien situé avec une vue sur le pont. Une terrasse agréable qui fait oublier qu'on est en plein à GE.

First time here, the family already had takeaway pizzas, and have never been disappointed! Today, at eleven, for post-Covid... everyone is satisfied with their meal, parents, children and grandparents alike. A good little Montepulciano. The children enjoyed the desserts. We adults were no longer hungry. We'll come back!

Llamamos Ponte de Vecchio y estamos muy satisfechos con la cordialidad, el servicio (entregado en la puerta de nuestra casa) y la calidad de la pizza. El resto también tiene hamburguesas, etc. así que consultaré el menú en su sitio web la próxima vez que tengamos ganas de un cambio en el menú.

We were pleasantly surprised, we came on Friday, the tartare was very good, good wines and a very pleasant waitress, a pretty Italian lady who took great care of us despite the crowd in the restaurant . We will recommend the restaurant to our Geneva friends. Thank you for this party. Recommended

I loved this place before, it's disappointing now. Rude waitress, who insists on making us consume in a rude manner and move. I wouldn't go anymore even if the pizzas are good, the atmosphere is unpleasant.

A good restaurant as we like it

When you order a pizza called “La Vegan”, you would hope not to find any cheese there. And yet... the mozzarella is there, calling it vegetarian would have been enough. It's very sad that Domino's knows how to make this kind of difference and not small restaurant owners.

Honestly disappointed, I won't go back. Garlic shrimp casserole that is bathed in oil and has no taste. I have never had such bad beef tartare. My friends' pizzas were lukewarm almost cold. I advise against.

Nous sommes allées dans ce restaurant par hasard car c’était l’un des seuls ouverts un dimanche. L’accueil fut pour commencer exécrable. Même pas un sourire de la part de la serveuse. Ensuite s’en est suivi environ 1h d’attente ! Apparemment il manquait un cuisinier. Mais le pire fut le plat ! Nous avons commandé des burgers. Les frites étaient surgelées et pas cuites ! La viande froide, les oignons crus et le fromage pas fondu. Même dans les fast food, la qualité est supérieure. Quand la serveuse nous a demandé si ça avait été, nous avions répondu en toute honnêteté que ce n’était pas terrible. Aucune réponse ! Pas d’excuse pour l’attente et la honte de ce plat ! La serveuse était encore plus désagréable au moment de nous rendre la monnaie. C'était limite si elle nous la jetait pas au visage ! Quelle honte ! Je ne sais pas si nous sommes tombées sur un mauvais jour mais lorsque l’on travaille dans la restauration on apprend tout d’abord à être courtois... Nous n’y mettrons plus jamais les pieds ! Surtout passez votre chemin !

C’est un italien vraiment très bon et correct pour les prix. Ces plats sont bien servis et merveilleux (gnocchi bolonaise pesto et moelleux au chocolat)

La comida era decente, pero el servicio fue muy grosero.Vinimos a almorzar con un par de colegas. Estábamos casi solos en el restaurante y le preguntamos a la camarera si podía apagar la radio (no estaba reproduciendo música, solo un poco de discusión). Ella dijo que otros clientes podrían querer escucharlo. Respondí que estaría muy feliz de hablar con ellos al respecto (nuevamente, estábamos casi solos, y la radio transmitía una discusión incomprensible pero molesta). Mientras hablaba en serio y no me molestaba de ninguna manera, ella se ofendió y desde ese momento fue muy grosera, básicamente ni siquiera nos miraba cuando servía.Trabajamos cerca y solíamos venir con bastante regularidad cuando el equipo anterior estaba en su lugar. Probablemente no volveremos.

This is the 2nd time we're going there, and I'm mixed, the 1st time it was good, but the 2nd we booked with the "fourchette" one evening at 50% reduction, I had a pizza with boletes, and I found myself looking for the boletes under the thick layer of arugula, too bad. I'm not sure I'll give him a 3rd chance.

L’établissement se trouve non loin d’Uni-Mail, juste avant de traverser le pont des Acacias. La décoration intérieure est jolie, en particulier le chandelier dont la lumière vacille comme si c’était la flamme d’une bougie. Le sol est en carrelage, les tables noires en bois, les chaises sont confortables et il y a même une peinture murale. Seul petit hic, le ventilateur aurait été le bienvenu avec cette forte chaleur d’été. Deux serveuses s’occupent des clients. Une qui fait correctement son travail et, si vous avez de la chance, la blonde débordante de gentillesse qui affiche toujours un sourire.La carte propose un très large choix. En plus des classiques culinaires transalpins et quelques spécialités, il y a aussi des burgers et potages. Sinon, les pizzas à l’emporter sont classées à 10, 15 et 20 francs. Sans oublier les cinq menus groupes variant de 28 à 62 francs. Impossible de ne pas trouver son bonheur. Les prix sont en grande majorité corrects.Comme c’était le dernier jour du festival de la fourchette, j’ai profité de l’offre de 50% de réduction pour tester le restaurant avec quelques amis. La salade niçoise et la salade César étaient bonnes, même s’il manquait un peu de sauce. La pizza calabrese aussi était bonne et bien garnie. Mais surtout les pâtes étaient toutes excellentes. Que se soient les classiques spaghettis carbonara, les spaghettis vodka (que je ne connaissais pas) ou les gnocchis Sorrento. Les succulentes sauces ont fait la différence. Si cet établissement améliore ses salades et ses pizzas, alors il figurait parmi mes restaurants italiens préférés. Donc si vous franchissez la porte, il faut absolument tester les pâtes.

Good food, lots of choice, quick service

it was a Sunday the 2 waitresses without a smile. One of the waitress talked to us in a really rude way when we just asked if we could see the menu . We did not feel welcome at all it's why we left the restaurant after we waited for 20 minutes to get the menu. Plenty of very good italian restaurants in the neighborood, advise : avoid this place!

The homemade pastas are the best in Geneva and those "alle vongole" in particular
