Coffee at 4.50 you ask for a glass of water possible fresh, the water is hot, very very expensive for coffee, I banned, definitively, in any case too much shop too expensive, to the best of my knowledge

6:20 p.m. Saturday No longer possible to have a coffee. However it closes at 7 p.m. To avoid There is a good cafe upstairs

The waitress is not helpful! She doesn't even listen to what we say to her!

If I could have put less I would have put less the staff finally the only person there is unpleasant cold looks down on you speaks badly to you! For the price we pay I think that hiring a nice person would be better to avoid completely

Panini of very poor quality. Tasteless. Water purchased in supermarkets in Italy, resold at a high price. Panini + water: 16.50 :-( The manager didn't seem concerned by the feedback I gave him. what a shame.

Cheese pancake, 🤢 inedible, cardboard pancake, with melted fat dripping from the cheese, don't even try.

We wait at the bar on the other side for the waitress to take care of us. We didn't even get a hello, a wait a few minutes I'm yours...it's shameful to treat customers like this. We left empty-handed. The least we could do would be to say hello. But where is politeness gone?! You have lost customers... it's lamentable

Great fruit juice! Contrary to the previous comment, there was a varied choice during my visit! With even the option of adding ginger or other for a minimal extra. Super friendly staff, I recommend. The only downside is a little expensive (8.- the juice with booster) but it was worth it.

Welcoming staff....but not what is offered on the menu. Only Orange juice for a juice bar. Only 3 types of pancakes out of 7 on the menu
