Were there for the first time. At the beginning we were warmly welcomed and a place was organized for us, even though it was full. But the service was overwhelmed (wrong money returned three times) and were always ignored when we wanted to order something. Glass was dirty, was supposed to be on the house, but was ultimately charged for. We wanted to talk to the boss, but according to the waitress he wasn't interested in talking to us.

Best bar in Lucerne. Super cozy atmosphere. Friendly staff. Fast service, Large selection of the most delicious drinks, Good music, and outdoor seating when the weather is nice! Definitely recommended.

Tolle Bar, gute Auswahl an Drinks und herzlicher Service. Gute Musik, durchmischte Gäste und guter Abed. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Bad service. There were 4 of us at a table, had a good meal and were then sent away because they had just got a reservation...ridiculous. Probably our last visit there.

Schrecklich. Die ersten Gäste des Abends waren wir, Konsum unsererseits war gross. Plötzlich wurden wir aufgefordert, die Bar zu verlassen und zu bezahlen, aufgrund einer neuen Reservation an unserem Tisch. Nie mehr.

Ambiente simpatico. Prezzi nella media (per il quartiere). Ma la persona che mi ha servito è stata molto scortese:1) quando gli ho chiesto se parlasse Hochdeutsch ha iniziato a trattarci come dei pezzetti di sterco viventi.2) quando gli ho chiesto quali birre avesse alla spina (visto che da menu esiste solo “Stange”, me le ha enumerate, ma quando gli ho chiesto di spiegarmene una, si è stizzito e mi ha detto che è una birra normale. Così sono rimasto sulla classica e annacquata Feldi.3) ha considerato che perché io volevo una birra, lo stesso valesse per la mia compagna, senza domandarle.4) le birre ce le ha lasciate sul tavolo.5) per fortuna almeno il conto non ce lo ha riscosso lui.

Wer es unter der Woche eher ruhiger mag, der ist im Platzhirsch richtig. Ein netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber und tolles Personal sind hier garantiert. Am Wochenende kann dann schon mal die Party abgehen. Im Sommer laden Tischlein vor dem Lokal zum verweilen ein, im Winter der schön gestaltete Innenraum. In den Sesseln des Fumoirs vergehen schon einmal Stunden...

Guter Service super drinks und immer gute Stimmung in dieser Bar. Super um einen Freund zu treffen und zu Plaudern.

Platzhirsch es una muy buena ubicación para bebidas. hicieron atractivas con las luces y el interior. el humo en el salón de fumadores no parece muy sofocante.El servicio es amable y las bebidas que tenía eran geniales, promedio de precios para la ciudad de Lucerna.
