Food was good, it would have been better if it had been warm. The chickens are probably less responsible for this, but the waiting time of around 25 minutes for two normal menus - with "normal" restaurant capacity - is (spoiler) too long. I'll be quicker if you let me use the deep fryer. Our table also had a screw loose, which spoiled the atmosphere…

This place between Coop and RiceUp! has already experienced a lot! Not long ago there was a "Chickeria" here. Now it's chicken again: This time it's from Louisiana and "hand-beaten"... the poor chickens! ;^) The food is: Crispy and fatty. The "coleslaw" instead of fries is delicious (but could have had a little more carrots...)! Whenever something is going on in the Hallenstadion, it is very crowded. But most people take takeaway... On Saturday evening the customers are very young... ;^)

ordering only via unsavory touchscreens. supposedly freshly made, but only got a lukewarm burger. too expensive for what you received. zero healthy thing about it with 2kl. Gürkli in a soggy bun. The best thing was the really damp cloth for cleaning my hands. from the USA?

This place has the best fries 🍟! They are actually seasoned really really well and they are always hot. They have this meal deal that is such a bargain. It’s 14.90 for a regular burger, a drink of choice, fries, and a sundae! The burger is very juicy and delicious. Their chicken is also packed with flavor and texture.

Good service, but very little what they serve.

The service as always is very slow compared to the other fast food places. But the taste of the chicken keeps me returning. If you are not pressed for time I recommend it.

I eat here regularly every week, last time I was there there was plastic in my burger. Absolutely disgusting, didn't even finish dinner, went home and puked. I definitely won't eat at Popeyes again.

Positively surprised. In my opinion the food is better than McDonald or Burgerking. I ordered my menu with coleslaw salad. Was forgotten and immediately re-served after a complaint👍. Staff friendly.

Best fast food in Zurich. Food for fast food standards top service too. Ambient is not good, which is not what you expect from a fast food shop.

I bought a wrap menu here today for 9.90 CHF. After I saw the portion, I thought it was for a child. I believe all portions were halved at some point. I haven't been here for a long time. Unfortunately, you can't see the realistic size of the food in the pictures (like everywhere else). The staff hardly speaks any German and communication is difficult.

The food is okay for what it is. In all honesty, the Mini Wrap for 4.90 is not worth it (you get one leaf of salad, a small bit of sauce, and one chicken tender, wrapped into a tiny tortilla). The chicken tenders are alright, maybe a bit too greasy for my taste. Buffalo sauce is vinegary, a bit too much for me but that's not the fault of the restaurant. What is an absolute game changer are the chips - crispy, well seasoned, and hot. All in all decent, at Swiss prices manageable but definitely not a spot to visit every week.

Doesn’t compare to Popeyes in the US. The chicken was way too salty. It did’t taste anything like the US version. No mac-n-cheese or mashed potatoes and gravy. 😕 Biscuit was dry, like a hockey puck. Service was good though.

Waiting time was far too long. The food was still only a few degrees warm, but the bun was soggy. You can go, but you don't have to.

The branch at Letzipark is more generous with the chicken pieces. In Oerlikon, You are given a chicken wing which they see as a piece of chicken... the batter in the Letzipark branch is also better and does not fall off the chicken

For 34 CHF for one person, the food was rather poor and didn't stand out from the competition to justify the price. Ordering was very easy and was ready quickly. In terms of seating, there was a large selection of 4-seater, 2-seater and single seats.

Food is okay, but nothing more. Chickeria was much better. KFC is better too.

A whopping 5.90.- for a mini wrap is just incredibly expensive. It was as small as a small cookie. You got a large lettuce leaf plus a wrap that was extremely small and then still dry without any sauce. Didn't even get a refund even though I asked for it to be returned.

Great food and fast service. They also have outlets and internet so good place to work if you don't mind the noise

I wasn't aware that Popeyes was present in Switzerland. When I visited Oerlikon again today to see how it has changed over the last 20 years, I came across Popeyes (the Cindy Rest used to be there.) The Spicy Chicken Crusted wings were really good👌🏻

The food took a while to arrive, but otherwise the staff was very friendly and the restaurant itself was very clean and tidy I can only recommend a visit here

Disappointed with the take away working together with uber eats, 1st didnt got the food worth of 75 chf was stolen by a driver. Popeyes would deal with these but unfortunately you need to deal with uber for a refund which would have you a stessfull couple of days ahead.! 2nd just order again via uber eats! Missing some items not the fault of uber eats but their staff incompetence! Control order before passing for delivery! People pay 100% to eat! spend 100% money to eat. You guys should give a 100% as well. Like the 1st problem they would not deal with it instead i should contact uber eats again for refund. And its a sunday!

worst ever fried chicken. salty, oily, not fresh

Ordered a chiken spicy burger priced at 10.80 CHF The bread is soft and chiken is crunchy and good in taste. Leafy lettuce is also very good which added to the taste of the burger. Don't order the spicy one, looks like they sprinkled chilly powder in it. Menu is very minimal and you'll get burgers/sandwiches.

Popeyes is conceptually between KFC and McDonalds. Had spicy chicken wings menu. Both good, can keep up with KFC in terms of taste. But I think the price is overpriced even for Zurich standards: 5 chicken wings with small fries and cola for 15.90. In addition, the atmosphere is not exactly inviting, which is why it only gets 3 stars overall.

They gave me the wrong food, also spelled it wrong on the receipt. Afterwards they didn't want to believe me that there was a mistake.

We ordered via Uber Eats and we didn’t received our order! The lady on duty who answered the call and the Manager said they have nothing to do with it, didn’t even try to solve the problem! They didn’t care at all! And the lady who answered the telephone hang up the phone while i am still talking!! So rude!!! We regularly order here but you don’t care about your customers!!! What a shame!!! Very bad customer service!! We paid for the food we ordered and DIDN’T RECEIVED ANYTHING!!!!!

"Best Chicken Burger in Zürich" In my opinion it's The best fast food restaurant in Zurich when I was there I took the spicy chicken sandwich It was really Nice and juicy The chicken patty was very big and generous although the price is a bit high it's worth for what you get in my opinion There is also a nice atmosphere and you don't have to wait to long

We usually order via UberEats, and there was rare times they didn’t mess up the order. I can’t eat spicy and most of the time they gave me a spicy burger. Sad, after so many times i will never ever eat there again.

Chicken wings are great!! But price to quantity ratio can be better, because it’s a quite expensive for a fast food restaurant. I ordered 14 tiny hot wings for 24 chf (no side and no drinks). With that money I can still get a nice sit down meal in restaurant.

The food was delicious as always, but we are very disappointed that we were not allowed to refill the drinks in the Zurich-Örlikon branch, like in Zurich-Altstetten. The prices aren't exactly cheap for the family and that's why we really appreciate the refill option at the other branch. I won't be in Zurich anymore Go out to eat in Örlikon. The employee's response was: I don't know why. Here you have to pay.

The chicken quality is great. Well cooked and it stays perfectly moist. Unfortunately the batter is way too oily. After 1 tender, I had to remove the crunchy batter from the rest of the tenders.

The food is not worth the price. The service at the checkout was incompetent and unfriendly to us. What else made it worth going to this restaurant was the free milkshakes handed out via the QR code on the back of the receipt. But the website was deleted and the codes we still had, despite the promise of being able to redeem them in 30 days, were invalid and we were denied the milkshake. Conclusion: Not worth it!!

By far the best chicken burger in town

I would like to give 0 stars, unfortunately that is not possible. The "food" is a disaster. How can you serve up something like that... this chain won't survive long in Switzerland.

I was skeptical at first because I've been disappointed with Popeyes at another location, BUT... this place offers really tasty burgers and fries. Both were excellent and prepared quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. All in all, I am now positively convinced of Popeyes.

Looks beautiful ! The service is not friendly and barely understands German and English at all! The food is far too expensive for the small portions. The burgers and fries taste good, the sauces are ok and the salads are bad.

Best fast food chicken sandwich

We were sent away 45 minutes before closing time with the message that there was only takeaway food available. Not like that, catastrophic customer service, you've lost me as a customer!

I recently had the opportunity to visit Popeyes and although the staff was very nice and friendly, I was disappointed with the food. The fries were horrible. It was a disappointment because fries are usually a simple and tasty side dish, but these just weren't good. The chicken wasn't good either. It was dry and chewy, and the flavor just wasn't good enough to make me want to eat it again. Although the staff was very nice, that's not enough to compensate for the quality of the food. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Popeyes if you're looking for good food. There are better options for good food and better fries like McDonald's or Burger King.

Honestly, it's just 'alright'. It's tasty, but quite dry. What's not alright though is the price, it's just way too high. The alternatives are much better in terms of juiciness and price. Update: Well, there was a major change. The food's not greasy anymore and is absolutely delicious, the fries aren't soggy, and they are jaw-droppingly blazingly fast. The price is also, considering todays time, much more fair, especially when ordering with friends. You got your redemption, I'll be coming back.

Slow service (even when there's no customers), but amazing chicken and burgers. Oh, for the final hour before they close, they clean everything, and mysteriously start telling you that they're out of burgers, so they don't have to ramp up the grills again... it's happened a few times to us.

Popeyes sandwich very simper and very tasty. Tip: it's better to get it straight away, so the chicken stays nice and crispy.

We ordered a combo sandwich menu for two. The chicken in the spicy Cajun slaw was dry and tough. I called out to the cashier, she saw the state of the burger without any reaction to remedy it. It's a shame because the rest of the menu was good.

The food is great, but not the best Popeyes that I've seen. I had the tenders and fries. The tenders were juicy and plentiful, while the fries has a delightfully unique taste to them. My main complaint is that the menu is limited compared to other countries. No biscuits or free refills on soda. Heck, they only have fries and coleslaw as sidedishes! Still, the place was half empty during lunch, which is nice.
