Service was very good, and very hospitable. Food was very tasty and came after a short time. The ambience is very nice and the toilets are clean.

Luckily we ended up here, with Marc and his team. Great service, very attentive people and excellent food. Simply perfect and everything at eye level. We would be happy to come back should we be in Silvaplana again. Thank you very much for that, Thomas and his ladies 👌😉

Friendly and owner managed restaurant with mainly Italian with a few international surprises. Perfect Pizza!

The restaurant is modernly furnished, but does not lose the rustic charm of the "cellar". The kitchen transforms traditional dishes into new taste experiences for the guest with new components and arrangements. The selection is very diverse, but not too large (which is positive). The service is also super friendly and accommodating. All in all a very great restaurant.

The restaurant impresses with its friendly atmosphere and warm hosts. We were pleasantly surprised by the creative culinary creations and the quality of the food was at the highest level. Despite a full restaurant on Saturday evening, they made the effort to accommodate us. We felt very welcome and look forward to our next visit!

The PopUp2 is always worth a visit! You will be welcomed with a lot of heart and accompanied throughout the evening in a friendly and attentive manner. The menu really leaves nothing to be desired and the pork belly is definitely no longer an insider tip. Chef Lukasz knows how to juggle flavors and textures and the attention to detail can be found on every plate. Just as brilliant: the pizzas from the stone oven. To top it off, the two hosts Hanu & Marc also have a cellar full of super-tasty, insider tip wines. We have been able to enjoy New Year's Eve parties here, as well as other visits with friends or as a couple. Thank you for this cool restaurant in the heart of Silvaplana, keep it up!

Top restaurant with delicious cuisine for every taste - whether pizza pasta pulpo or ribeye there is something for everyone! The only shame - it's only available in Silvaplana and unfortunately we have to go back to the lowlands! Thank you for the lovely evening with you! See you soon!

Nice pizzeria restaurant, Swiss price, a pizza about 25 francs

We recently dined at this restaurant and were thoroughly impressed. The food was delicious, highlighting the chef's talent and dedication. What really struck us was the evident professionalism across the board, from the kitchen staff to the management. Their expertise shines through in every aspect, making it a fantastic dining choice for those seeking quality food and service.

My absolute favorite restaurant in the Engadine. The service is phenomenal, friendly and accommodating. The dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients, which you can really taste. There are very few restaurants where I could try the entire menu but this is absolutely the case here. Bravo and keep it up!

Nice atmosphere and great hosts. We immediately felt very comfortable thanks to the friendly welcome. Here we cook freshly and creatively with love. The prices are really fair for the large number of complex components in each course. Good wine selection. Absolute recommendation, we'll be back! :-)

Stylish restaurant, very good service and super fine food. Always a pleasure!

The restaurant offers a carefree mix of creative gourmet cuisine, tapas and pizza. We decided on a few pearls from the menu and the daily specials. The homemade chicken soup made from a soup chicken and additional wings with mushrooms, spaetzli and an egg yolk was just REALLY good! The tuna tartare with mint salad and avocado was presented simply and carefully, a poem! For the main course there was pulpo on kumquat foam and with parsley sponges... a very creative and harmonious combination! The lamb loin, cooked sous vide, surprised on a purée of broad beans with mint. Delicious! We'll definitely be back! We wish the host duo Mark and Hanueli continued success and joy!

The Engadin nut cake was probably homemade and was very delicious. Service friendly and attentive. Clean. We also really appreciated that a restaurant was also open in the off-season. According to information, the restaurant is open for 11 months and closed for 1 month in spring, which is great for guests who want to enjoy late autumn. :)

Like every year, we were in Silvaplana for a few days and discovered this wonderful restaurant. The ambience is nicely decorated and has an interesting mix of rustic and modern/alternative. But what impressed us most were the really delicious dishes. The food was very fresh, high quality and the dishes were pleasantly “different”. Different in the sense of alternative, excellent in taste and still filling. The staff was also very friendly, warm and accommodating! Our dog was also brought a bowl of water and we simply felt welcome. We can only recommend the PopUp and will definitely come back next time we are in Silvaplana!

Recently renovated premises. The atmosphere is relaxed and the environment is welcoming. The staff is very kind and attentive. The hosts, Marc&Hanueli, are two nice and friendly managers who convey their passion for catering through attention to detail and the creativity of the menu. The restaurant dishes are original and very good, the tapas are a novelty that was missing in the Engadine. If you don't know what to choose from the kitchen menu, there is also the possibility of enjoying an excellent pizza cooked in a wood oven. Highly recommended!

The restaurant looks very fancy, but the food doesn't live up to it. It wasn't bad, but for what the ambience promises, the food was very bland and not well seasoned. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant. The wine, Sauvignon Blanc, was mediocre and the house drink was rather boring. The service was very friendly.

Last weekend we were guests again at Marc & Hanueli's pop-up. The pop-up has now become one of our absolute favorite restaurants in the St.Moritz region. This time Marc recommended a 600g rib-eye steak from the Daily Specials menu. The meat was perfectly prepared and served to us at the table along with the side dishes. An absolute dream! We were Kite Surfing on lake Silvaplana in the afternoon and were really hungry:) It was the second time we opted for the rather new restaurant near our hotel (Conrad) The staff was amazing, very attentive and the food very delicious😃 We loved the atmosphere. We ordered 3 pizzas to go at the weekend, all of them were very tasty. I ordered a vegan pizza (vegetariana without cheese), which was extremely rich and delicious. It's rare to get such a fully packed vegan pizza. I will definitely order these again!

Excellent service that is highlighted by the friendliness and, above all, the courteous nature of the owner. Every time, more than just worth a visit!

Simply great: inconspicuous via the stairs to the entrance. Then a small gastronomic paradise opens up. Above all, the extraordinary hospitality should be mentioned. Eye contact, subtle mischief and authentic joy in entertaining. If you don't feel fully welcome as a guest here, you won't feel welcome anywhere else. The ambience with an Italian touch and the fully booked seats speak a story for themselves. And then the food: varied, from the real Italian pizza to the chef's creations, no wish remains unfulfilled. The right wine to go with your menu, the advice is spot-on. And as if that wasn't everything, there is also the open heart for families and the moderate price of this evening experience. I don't think I've ever been able to give such a praiseworthy report in all of my applications. Make sure and form your own opinion - it's worth it.

New food in old rooms. Everything freshly cooked, good pizza bread for the table. Good wines at low prices. Interesting mix in the audience, very friendly. Gladly again! Attention: If you eat soup as a starter, you risk being full afterwards. It's worth leaving room for dessert.

We came across this restaurant by chance for lunch after a half day of skiing and generally had a good meal. I recommend the artichoke soup and the pasta. The pizza however was too dry. The service was very fast and courteous. Good value for money.

We enjoyed dinner for two and ordered Pulpo and Wienerschnitzel. We followed the boss's wine recommendation and enjoyed an orange wine, which went perfectly with both dishes. Pulpo and schnitzel were tender as butter and the side dishes were creative and tasty. The friendly and motivated team ensures hospitality and a cozy atmosphere. We are thrilled and will be back!

We loved it so much that we visited again for lunch the next day with the kids, and all loved their pizza, club sandwich and the huge and tasty burger! It was with great anticipation that we were able to celebrate the opening of the restaurant and enjoy the long-awaited cuisine that was new to Silvaplana. This, together with the young, extremely friendly service, was completely convincing. All of the dishes were exceptionally good and prepared with a lot of love. My favorite was the egg with truffle together with the foam from the mashed potatoes. The PopUp2 in Silvaplana already receives its first star from me. Keep it up!
