We bought a pancake today and big disappointment it tasted like the day before. The patty was hard and not at all pleasant to chew. It even sank and broke when cutting. We bought one in Pouly de cirque and we were pleasantly surprised, but then it should be avoided! I put 1 star for the service because if the seller was aware he should have honestly informed us. I don't know if it's specific to the store located in Rive but we were burned and don't plan to set foot there again anytime soon. Disappointed and it is definitely not worth the price displayed...

15 minutes later I went to the counter to be served, and I had to get up to ask for a lent... They are still with the tel. Portable........ I wonder how much we would have to increase the price of coffee to get good service?

My husband came to get a prune tart this afternoon thinking it had the quality you are highlighting: Total disappointment! The tart was clearly not fresh, the dough was soft and brittle. If you sell yesterday's products (something I encourage), set your prices accordingly and don't take your customers for pigeons!

It’s really terrible that you changed the furniture! How to relax with your chairs? Why change the decor / concept remove all the sofas to make it less comfortable?????

Loved Pouly. It’s a Geneva chain of bakeries. It is a central that delivers to several bakeries in the city center. This is a very good bakery. Fair prices but on the other hand, the croissants remain small. We are far from French bakeries. Damage. Swiss prices for bread. We are certainly in Geneva.

Quiet café for a sandwich or a pastries. Several tables to eat on site or also to take away. Good service. The chocolate twist was excellent.

They offer a snack formula for 7.90 Fr. The almond and pear tart is very good! I think it's a very good formula. It seems to me that lately their desserts have improved.

I usually don't like leaving negative reviews but I think the management of this place is really wrong. The sandwiches were served to us FROZEN and tasteless. Absurd prices: 35 euros for a breakfast that didn't deserve 5. I'm sorry but never again. Disappointing.

Basic bakery with lovely staff. The food was somewhat disappointing for the price and though it was initially exciting to see pòke bowls and salads side-by-side, the quality of both was lacking compared to expectations and presentation. The saving grace was the pastries, the cafe eclair was delicious and well worth the price.

I came to eat lunch in a very good mood. near my drink and food (10 centimeters) the cleaning lady sprayed table cleaning liquid. I told the waiter that they don’t do that. the waiter responded rudely. the waiter said: I didn’t do this, why are you telling me this. spoke irritably in a raised voice. despite the fact that I made the remark calmly. disgusting service I will never come again and I don’t recommend it to anyone

An incredible choice of pastries and very fresh dishes in this very welcoming bakery and tea room

I came urgently to your place for the simple reason that my 5-year-old son had a pressing desire to go to the toilet, I was entitled to a vexing remark when leaving this establishment. For the number of times we have come to consume at your place, I find it inappropriate to make a comment to us, it is indeed the last time that I will set foot in your place.

Good service but products sometimes too expensive

blah blah, quality dropping, dry pastries and when we point it out to them, they tell us that yes, sometimes they have products left so they put them back on sale the next day. on the other hand, no small gifts or anything else, is it a joke or what? you don't want to throw away, so donate your products or sell them at half price.

There is starting to be competition, especially at Merveilleux de Fred right next door. So please, make an effort on the quality, the pastries not sold to you: no thank you. Orange juice sold for 7.5 chf with very questionable oranges, it's borderline theft.. These two stars are for the sellers who are perfect.

Croissant good coffee to review not good

in the lobby of the cafe the floor is dirty, the tables are not wiped after the customers... instead of a paid croissant we received a bread pudding or an offer to wait 15 minutes... Poor work organized

What a pleasure to come and relax in this tea-room bakery! The staff is dynamic, polite, and always in a good mood, very rare things that I only find here. I go there often, and I sometimes see disrespectful customers with the staff, who never lack class to keep their backs round and satisfy the most demanding or even dishonest customers! Thank you for the work you do, thank you for being yourself despite the current working conditions, please don’t change anything! Cora's team, the manager I imagine, is very different from the one I knew before her arrival. And that's good ! I don't usually comment or give my opinion on the internet, but clearly this bakery deserves to be visited and known. Congratulations again to the team, I hope there will be no changes because many people like me have our habits, our benchmarks, and greatly appreciate the current staff.

Establishment with recent decor and good products. The fresh fruit juices made to order are very good and the various cakes are tempting.

After having frequented this place for more than 10 years, we would not come back since hiring an arrogant waitress. To recognize her it's simple, a pretty young woman with dark arrogant skin, who asks to pay for each order even if you have 5 coffees!!! We are in Switzerland!

Very very difficult to get information on the composition of products containing lactose from a saleswoman. A young salesman took a lot of trouble!!! There are more people with allergies and it would be good to adapt.

For 4 croissants, 4 pain au chocolat and a bottle of sparkling water I got it for 23.80.- at the beginning, then the price increased to 23.20 when I was looking for my coins and as if by chance when I asked for the receipt I have 10 cents added... I won't have asked for my ticket I will have 10 cents less... at the time it's nothing but by dint of accumulation. In addition, I was told that my bottle of water was 3.- and on my ticket it cost me 4.- the same I did not want to spend more than 20.- frankly not recommended.

Nice coffee shop/bakery mainly local people. Nice menu snack for no more than 12CHF with choice of homemade fresh sandwiches/homemade desert and drink. With a Juice bar as well, so freshly made juices on request. Staff are nice & quite relaxed.
