The staff are always lovely at this place. Unfortunately, the prices are a little high.

We came this Sunday for lunch, the waitresses were smiling and warm, the service impeccable and the products were excellent!

The products are always fresh and very good, always well received and with a smile by the waitresses, ideal place to drink a coffee and snack

Unfriendly, dishonest, insincere, the waitress when complaining on Rue Haldiman. Orders with UBER delivery service are catastrophic. Were almost never in stock, orders are not canceled by Pouly. And that regularly!!! I can't say never again because there is no competition at UBER!

How do you explain a chicken sandwich, basic, priced at chf 9.90??? increase in raw materials, I can understand it but this is theft. Just further down, an excellent salmon sandwich costs 6.50 at Buet, just 2 steps further down...ABE

I ate a chicken sandwich and a Caesar salad twice in this bakery and I was extremely sick both times. Poorly cooked chicken with questionable smell! I do not recommend this bakery! I'm not even talking about the prices.. for not fresh food..

I bought two pain aux chocolats. I told myself I’ll pay the price but my pain au chocolat will be a treat 😉 Well no 😡 I was very disappointed especially since the price is outrageous.

While visiting Lausanne, we took our lunch break in this sandwich shop. Very warm welcome, there is a lot of choice, both for sandwiches and desserts. Good value for money. The three stars are due to the waitress's disparaging remark about the time it took us to choose, while we let her serve the people behind us.

Very poor service. Bakery saleswoman alone to serve, collect at the Bakery, serve Tea Room Interior and Terrace and clear the Tables. It's better to go to the Coop self-service nearby because at Pouly it's a waiting room and self-service if you want to drink something. Not surprisingly, the staff is not really smiling.

Every time I go to town I stop at Pouly for a coffee and a little treat. I appreciate the quality of the products as well as the warm atmosphere of the place. Today, however, my experience was disappointing: a sandwich whose cheese was dry and a savory one with sugar whose dough was also dry and lacked its usual softness. Did I come across yesterday's products? The price on the other hand was great!
