The best pralines in the world are available here. Large selection and very friendly staff. You can also linger in the Nostalgie Café on the 1st floor. In summer you can also have fun outside. Great thing ❤️

Very attractive display and friendly, warm, competent staff. Should have tried it first. We took 2 small bags of chocolates with us as they were praised in the reviews as the best far and wide. I can not confirm. Thick chocolate coating that is too hard doesn't taste particularly cocoa-like, more like plain milk chocolate. The fillings, for example with olive oil, weren't bad, but overall I've had better chocolates. Rather average chocolates for my taste.

What a pleasant day in St. Gallen, walking by the old Town we stopped for kaffee und kuchen at Praliné Scherrer. We stayed outdoors. service was very attentive and we enjoyed all their suggestions.

It was very nice and I felt very welcome. On this day the confectionery had a wonderfully delicious apricot cheese cake. And a very nice employee...

Very high quality chocolates and truffles and a great selection. The chocolate evokes nostalgia. This is how first-class chocolates used to taste: like cream and butter and roasted cocoa; In terms of consistency, they have more bite and are crunchier than those from other chocolatiers. Truly exceptional quality. I found Praliné Scherrer in the “Choco Guide 2023” magazine and was not disappointed. It's worth making a detour here if you're in St. Gallen.

I've feasted my way through all confisseries of St Gallen that I could possibly find, yet I kept coming back to Scherrer. Wonderful service, great quality, and even those I thought I wouldn't like are surprisingly delicious. I can highly recommend their products!

We ordered small boxes of chocolates for our employees. Everything worked out wonderfully and the MA's were all very happy about it. And of course the pralines were super delicious! Very friendly staff, keep it up!!!

The world's best chocolates are only available here. The chocolate melts in your mouth and an explosion of flavor fills the palate. Actually, you should put a second one in your mouth straight away. My mother grew up in St. Gallen, she loved Scherrer chocolate even as a child and passed this love on to us. A little history: Georg Scherrer took over the business in 1939. The chocolate recipe once came to St. Gallen from Ticino and was adopted by Vittoria Kreis in 2008. As always, the product tastes excellent. But you have to admit, the creations are not cheap. But it's worth paying the price. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. After every purchase you get a praline to try – I love that.

When I saw the sign outside the shop I knew I had to go in. The sign said "fall pralines with apple, pumpkin, and chestnuts" a d I wasn't disappointed. The apple was the least magnificent but still delicious. The chestnut had a wonderfully dark dark taste that became more evident after a few seconds. The pumpkin was delightful, orange, and hit the spot. These fall specialties oy come in boxes of 9 with three of each taste. Perfect for sharing, or just indulging.

My online order got lost somewhere in the system and nothing was delivered. The response to my email query was world class. Ms. Kreis called me immediately and apologized several times and very warmly. She didn't let herself be talked out of sending me her favorite pralines to make up for it. Top products, great reaction to a mishap - hats off, it couldn't be better!!!

2 weeks ago surprisingly friendly and last week again extremely unfriendly in the store and very arrogant. That's exactly how it was before corona. And if I choose a pattisserie and the price is always the same, then I expect it to be brought to the table. With self-service, the price must be reduced, as always with self-service!

The cakes and confectionery on offer are super good. The staff is super friendly, accommodating and polite. We recommend!!!!

I came across the chocolate Easter eggs by chance (a local shop gave me one as a thank you when I went shopping) and I have to say, these Easter eggs are really very successful. I can only recommend these chocolate Easter eggs, it's worth it!

We wanted to order two cafes today June 20, 20 at 4:35 p.m. We got the answer that they closed at 5 p.m. and the cafe machine had already been cleaned. We find it incomprehensible that people treat customers like this these days.

For me the best chocolates I have ever eaten! Compliment! So don't pass it by but definitely take a look!

Hearty coffee right next to the church with very friendly service. The coffee shop on the upper floor is small, but the spacious corner window and the old closets make the rustic room appear homely. I felt very comfortable here.

Small but excellent chocolate shop with a small coffee shop on the first floor. The managing director is always developing new creations in amazing combinations. Highly recommended, exclusive but worth it. By the way: you can always find a suitable souvenir for an invitation here.

A place which you have to visit whenever you're in St. Gallen. Real chocolate, prosecco and coffee with a variety of delicious deserts- and of course- best pralines ever!!! Special atmosphere at the fist floor to have your coffee break, where you experience authenticity and tradition. The friendly staff is the cherry on the top!

First: very tasty! Cozy atmosphere, casual and nice café and for those who want to travel back in time there is also the “Nostalgic Café” on the 1st floor. Absolutely great.

Every chocolate is delicious at its best. It is a traditional chocolate which used a lot of Swiss typical raw materials. The shop is very pretty and you will want to go shopping many times. It is my favorite shop.
