They have increased the cost by 1 chf (2024) but the soft drink is always included, even if the soft drink was not included, they are the best I have tried in terms of quantity and flavor... They are my favorites from Bern... you must try them...

The taste far exceeded expectations, we ate here two evenings. Here, they put the meat that we look for in wraps in Turkey by the kilo. The employees are very polite and speak Turkish.

Everything great except the sauce had food poisoning afterwards. It's delicious, just order it without sauce

Doner kebab is so semi-good, when the employees eat behind the counter, smell the cans to see if the contents are still good, everything is lying around in the store, you see the mouse bait next to the table, then you lose your appetite there.

I ate the Fladenbrot, which is slightly spicy and has a large portion. It contains a lot of meat but also a lot of vegetables. I feel full after eating it.

Bad, I didn't have any fries in the dürüm even though I ordered it that way.

If quickly and well, Royal Döner can be the solution. The place reminds me of the Lokantas in Istambul. I love the Turkish rice with the fine noodles, the yoghurt sauce is the finest, the hot sauce is really something, I'll be back.

Unhygienic at its worst. You only have to go to the toilet once...

We ate there for the first and last time. Some of the meat was cold and had a strange taste when chewed. So we definitely won't go there again.

15.50 CHF for a Dürüm including a canned drink is certainly the upper limit when it comes to price. To this day I still don't understand what cucumbers and corn lost in a Dürüm. The size or quantity of the Dürüm is good and the staff is friendly. The ambience, however, is absolutely not inviting to linger. Huge heat and a small lounge create an uninviting picture.

We ordered something, but they gave wrong ordered. But immediately changed and gave us the previous order free too. Good customer service and foods tasty too!

I was looking for Halal food in the area and finally got it. It costed me CHF 15 but a jumbo one which I couldn’t finish in one go. Halal certificate was also there. Thanks for the nice food and will recommend.

Had two Dürüm today. Unfortunately, we didn't find the taste that intoxicating. There are definitely better offers in Bern! Price is the same as everywhere else.

With every meal you also get a free can of drinks at a specified time. The food was very tasty, the 🌮 felt like it had cheese and fries which tasted very good. The bread tasted delicious and crispy. There is plenty of seating and if the weather is nice you can also eat outside. Toilets are available. The employees are very friendly. It has various soft drinks, including those from Turkey, that cost around 4 francs as well as beer that costs around 5 francs.

Honestly the best Kebab place I ever had! I did a trip throughout Europe, this is definitely up there. I’ve been in Bern for 2 days and I have eaten here 3 times! Really affordable to everything else. I Can eat here religiously.

ATTENTION MICE!!!!!! Food was okay, a little more salt would have been great but that's a matter of taste. Service was friendly and advice was OK. But be careful: the door to the women's toilet is unhinged, the men's toilet stinks, the door cannot be closed. It's dirty and really disgusting. Tables and benches are dingy, as are the walls and if you look behind the counter where the food is prepared you regret eating there. It's dirty and everything is lying around on the floor. When we wanted to leave, two MICE actually ran!!! Across the snack bar...

Inner city kebab with a lot of content and a good hot sauce. a good deal although rather expensive (dürüm 12.50). For me the price/performance is still right.

The kebab box had soggy and not fresh fries, the extra portion of fries we ordered was fresh and okay, the toilets are a disaster and when we were finished eating and wanted to leave, a mouse ran down the aisle and in ran into the basement next to the toilets. Not recommended at all.

🚨Beware of fraud🚨 Don't take a kebab box with cocktail sauce, otherwise you'll be 😢sad😭😢 because the fries are without salt, the meat has a strange aftertaste and the sauce is like covering paste and doesn't taste like a cocktail. And the biggest outrage was the small box for 12.50 francs. Although normally a large 10 costs the competition. I’m updating this review 10 months later when I wrote a glowing review and gave 5 stars. New ownership has taken over, raised the price by 25%, reduced the portion size by 50%. Service is friendly but I’ve left feeling disappointed three stops in a row. I’d try anywhere else before stopping here again. Quick add-on to this review after reply from business…service is always very good 5-star service every time! But overall, food quality and portion size had been 1 star, sorry guys.

No better place to eat kebabs. Nice and big and filling. Maybe a bit too much for some, so go in when you're really hungry.

Very bad reception! We waited over an hour to receive our order, the other customers who were just passing through were served quickly while we were still waiting. Having still not received our order we left without paying for our drinks!! No qualms!!!!
