We chose this restaurant as it has a broad range of cusines (Swiss cheese fondue, Asian fusion, sushi). Food was good. We sat inside due to the weather. Atmosphere admittedly not my cup of tea, with a huge TV on. However lovely and helpful waitstaff and cocktails seemed to be well appreciated!

Had an awesome Fondue experience here. They used 3 kinds of mountain cheese that are stronger and more flavorful mixed with prosecco. Great ambiance and very friendly staff.

Edit 2024: Came here again after two years but dined in instead of takeaway. Food was still just as good as I remember. In general I find the prices pretty high for food in Interlaken as it is a touristy area, but here the food portions and quality are worth it. The sushi rice was a bit warm and watery as it seemed like they just made it, but food was still delicious. 2022: I’m always weary of places that have 5 stars on Google (most places pay customers to create false reviews), but this place definitely earned their 5 stars!! We got two orders of sushi boxes as take away our dog wasn’t calm enough to stay and let us dine in). The server was super helpful and quick to help us. We received our order without any problems. The sushi selection is small, but every type is delicious. Ok, first of all, wow. The quality of the ingredients is fresh and you can taste this immediately. I wish I took a picture of the food but I was too excited and ate it all immediately and tried to eat my husband’s food. Afterward, I wished we ordered more food because I am still dreaming of it. They actually provide you with real wasabi - the kind that is grated/shaved, not this pre made kind you get at literally every other sushi place or even coop. Honestly I have never seen any restaurant provide real wasabi outside of Asia. Well done on the sushi! This is one of the best I have had. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

This restaurant was a great surprise in Interlaken. We had the Bluefin Tuna and the Chocolate Fondue for desert. The service was one of the most gentle we ever had. Nice place, food and service

It was my first time eating out in Switzerland and the cheese fondue was crazy. Definitely enjoy it. If you click on my review, you will see that I have never written a review before, so why bother writing one? I'm currently traveling to 4 countries, and this is the most delicious of all ESP Youngs combined. The owner is so kind and I plan to go tomorrow too!! This is a truly delicious restaurant!!!

Had dinner here at New Years Eve with my family, and we had to come back a second time because the food was so good! Service was also amazing and the owner was very kind to us. I highly recommend this place, we'll definitely return if we come back to Interlaken!

This is our favorite restaurant in Interlaken, and we've eaten here every night. We are big foodies, so its not easy for us to say we can eat at the same place daily. This was one of the stores I visited late at night because I really wanted cheese fondue. Even though we arrived late, we were greeted kindly, explained the recommended menu in detail, and greeted customers with a smile. A highly recommended store. P.S. Cheese fondue can only be enjoyed outdoors, so be aware of that. If it's too cold, bring a blanket or hot pack.

I don't trust Google Maps' ratings. However, this place shows a performance that goes beyond the rating. Fresh salmon and beef pho made our dinner perfect. Next time I visit Interlaken again, I definitely want to have dinner here. Above all, it was nice that there were no Koreans around. Of course I am Korean. The reason is that people only follow reviews or blogs rather than visiting them directly.

We had cute sushi and we went to this place that had good reviews and the truth is that it did not disappoint, in fact we ordered too much and there were leftovers. Obviously high price (more than in Spain) but it was worth it. We tried most of the rolls they had and accompanied it with wine and beer. I definitely recommend it, even knowing that it is expensive

Would give it a 4.5/5! Amazing service and hospitality and exquisite atmosphere. The salmon delight lover sushi combo is amazing. The fish was not strong at all and perfectly flavoured along with the rice and sesame seeds. The Korean fried chicken has some room for improvement, with a bit more seasoning, and possibly some gochujang sauce - although it didn't taste bad at all, the portion was generous and they ended up making us a specialized soy chili sauce to accompany the fried chicken which we took for takeout.

This place is hidden in a street parallel to the main street and it would be a shame to miss it. Everything is perfect, the place is welcoming and sober while still being lively, the dishes are copious and fresh, a real treat, as for the staff... what can I say, they are adorable from start to finish, attentive, smiling, owners and employees Concerning the price, well these are the prices in Switzerland but Japanese cuisine is already expensive in France and I didn't find a big difference with us. Go there with your eyes closed, you will have a pleasant time there.

So glad we chose this restaurant in Interlaken! The service and food here were fantastic. I wish we could take the staff from this restaurant to every single restaurant we eat at, that's how great they were! The fondue and Ramen were spectacular. We sat outside to eat the fondue and they brought us warming bags for our laps and little blankets to wrap up in. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, they truly deserve it!

Outstanding! I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I am lost for words on how to describe the service, the food and the ambience. Many top establishments could learn a thing or two from this place. We found Pure8 by accident and so glad that we did. The food was really good but above all the service was just outstanding! The owner acknowledged us a few times and came over for a chat and the waiters couldn’t do enough for us! If you’re ever in Interlaken, be sure to visit. You will not be disappointed!

A very very pleasant experience, Lovely owners(a husband and his wife)! they are very kind , down to earth and helpful. I came two days in a row and tried different options and all options were amazing. I have tried it last year and couldn’t wait to try it again this summer vacation and it was excellent. Good food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. There was not a single thing that we disliked. We especially recommend the pure sushi, it has enough different options to make a meal. The pure Asia was also good, but only consisted of two pieces of tempura and gyoza.

Our first ever fondue experience and we LOVED it! The flavor of the local Berner Region milk produced and incredible flavor for the cheese fondue! Our waitress explained why Prosecco / White Wine is added to the cheese (to help aid in digestion as well as to allow the cheese to continue to stay melted rather than harden up). The attention to detail is impeccable with the spread! Small cubed bread which you can pull apart yourself, cornichon (pickled cukes), pickled onions, baby corn in the cob and salted French fries all for dipping in the amazing cheese fondue! Others in our group ordered sushi and they loved it! (Both vegan and regular!) As well as beers and cocktails. Atmosphere is fantastic! We sat outside and their egg hanging chairs are awesome! Definitely recommend stopping here to sit, relax, enjoy a drink and some DELICIOUS eats!

Wow! This place is a true gem. The service and attention to customers is well beyond expectations and some of the best we have experienced! Sushi was fresh and excellent. Goya and tempura were tasty. The entire team did a great job and the owner greated everyone who visited. Highly recommend!

Both the taste and service are excellent. I ordered cheese fondue and sushi, but they prepared fondue for me because they said I could only eat it outdoors. The fondue tasted a bit like wine, but if you don't like it, it would be better to ask for it to be omitted. The sushi was delicious too! I also ordered two cocktails. The atmosphere was so good that the photos came out great. 👍👍 They prepared blankets and hot packs for me in case I was cold, and they kept coming to check if I needed anything. It was a very satisfying meal 💕💕

Delicious, great service, and very clean. highly recommend! We ordered: -Salmon lovers. Fish was fresh and rolls were tasty. The nigiri had very little wasabi but they give you some on the side! -Pure Annyeong-Haseyo. Chicken was super crispy yet still juicy and batter was delicious. Also comes with sesame oil and sweet chili sauce on the side -brownie delight. Delicious brownie with melted warm chocolate on the inside and vanilla ice cream on the side. Service was spectacular. The staff and owner always checked in and even gave us recommendations for things to do since it was a rainy day.

Stoped by for a drink. The Negroni was balanced, although not super strong but quite enjoyable. Left early to give up our table to a family with kids as I saw they would probably be uncomfortable in the lounge chairs. Service was good. Kind and considerate. Although not the chelsea set of your options, it’s a good spot to chill, and relax without feeling rushed.

CANNOT LOVE THIS RESTAURANT ENOUGH! We are a group of 8 and we had no reservations our first night in town. We had 4 hungry kids and the owner went above and beyond to make a space for us and give us the BEST service we’ve ever had. The food was also amazing. On our 4th night, we had reservations elsewhere and we ended up not wanting to eat there. We walked back to Pure8 PRAYING that there would be room for our group again. There wasn’t, but here we are, a group of 8 ordering great food out on the patio. The owner moved tables around, brought us all blankets, and even hot water bottles! Mind blown! The weather is great and this was seriously such a save to our last evening in Interlaken. We are two families of 4 that love to travel and live in areas in Europe with huge traveling populations. We will definitely be spreading the word about not just the food but the world class, friendly service. Best family owned restaurant in Interlaken, if not the region! Thank you!!!
