We go there on business lunches, we usually have one hour including commute from/to office, and most of the time you end up gulping down your last bit while you're paying the bill because you have to run back to be on time for your next meeting. Serving time really has to be optimized and improved because we now consciously avoid it if we have 1 hour sharp only.
