We were yesterday March 2nd. for dinner, it was sensational from the service to the kitchen. I can warmly recommend the restaurant.

My visit to the Quellenhof in Rapperswil was thoroughly impressive and clearly deserves 5 stars. It is definitely worth booking a dinner table 1-2 months in advance to enjoy this first-class restaurant. The service was friendly, authentic and professional, which made the evening particularly pleasant. The Austrian specialties and the exclusive house wine, Quellenhof Cuvee, were culinary highlights. The variety of amuse-bouches from the kitchen rounded off the taste experience perfectly. For me, the Quellenhof is the best restaurant in the city and an absolute recommendation for everyone who appreciates excellent cuisine in a warm atmosphere.

We celebrated our son's 1st birthday with 45 invitees and we were very impressed with the service, ambience and cuisine. So much effort has been put into it. There was even a little activity for the little ones and finally they were given a plush toy, very generous and accommodating!!! The meal was excellent. It was the best Wienerschnitzel we have eaten so far!! The plates were very nicely prepared. It certainly won't be the last occasion we celebrate at the Quellenhof Restaurant.

Salad, game plate and vermicelles, everything was great. The porcini mushrooms on the salad were wonderfully seasoned and the game was wonderfully tender. But the service was even better than the food: the waiters seemed relaxed, took their time and were extremely attentive. For example, one of us was a vegetarian. Just two minutes after she ordered a vegetarian main course, we were served the amuse bouche - and hers was already vegetarian. A small sauce stain on the tablecloth that we had caused was immediately covered with a napkin. Inside, the restaurant is quiet and it's easy to have a conversation, probably thanks to the sound-absorbing ceiling elements.

Excellent for eating, a real treat, the warm atmosphere and the dishes a gastronomic delicacy, I highly recommend this apetisan restaurant to great Swiss gourmands who wish to experience Austrian gastronomy.

Absolutely stunning. The food was amazing and the service was exceptional.

That was a great lunch. Irish entrecôte was exquisite, meatloaf was buttery tender and pork schnitzel was on point. “Little” menu dessert was heavenly! Dessert wine delicious. Service exceptionally good and professional. Location in the garden is in the middle of Rapperswil, but tastefully decorated. Prices follow the quality, in my opinion it is reasonable. Please come back soon!

The food was ultra delicious! The ingredients are seasonal and noticeably fresh. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the menu lacks a selection of warm vegetarian dishes. There was only one. The waiter kindly offered to let me put something together myself, which was very nice. In some restaurants they are not flexible at all, which I thought was great. Nevertheless, for the sake of sustainability, I would recommend adding one or two additional vegetarian dishes to the menu. Otherwise everything was perfect! The spaetzli are the best I've ever eaten.

Relatively more of an expensive restaurant. But I have to say that I haven't eaten so well in a long time. Hospitality was top, as was the quality of the products. We'd love to come back.

Ofcource it's a nice restaurant with good food and good hospitality but that's just what it looks like from outside, this might seem like a haters comment (review) but honestly i worked there for about a year as a dishwasher but working there is horror, they almost treated me like a slave until i stood up for my self and that's when i got fired beacuse i said the truth, very rude owner and the service guy called Hans omg better watch out how he talks to colord people might put him straight to jail, and the owners wife has no respect for the employees specialy the ones who cant speak for themselves. I will never forget one day i was putting the trash container outside like everyday and mistakenly i hit the door of the restaurant because the container was a perfect fit size to the doors frame so the owner came to me and told me that if it happens again the half of my salary would be gona and that i will be fired and sent back to my country i was very mad but didnt say nothing just laughed and continued with my work. So all of this is not to blame anyone but the truth should still be shared with all.

Absolutely incredible! We were just hungry, wanted food after a hike, and eventually stumbled upon this place. I thought It’d be like a Zeughauskeller, but Nohohohooo, it’s a very fancy meat restaurant, with fancy people on dates … and us, a ragtag team of misfits, marinated in their own sweat. Regardless of our appearance the staff was extremely attentive and friendly. At all times we felt super appreciated. Plus, the food was amazing!!! After Vienna visit update: Holy veal, the Schnitzel here was actually better than the one in Vienna. I’ll come here again, soon, hopefully.

The ambience is warm and inviting, with tables spaced widely apart to give each guest their own space. A special highlight is the outdoor area under the trees, which is simply wonderful in summer. Although prices are on the higher end, each dish is worth the price considering the quality of the food and service. In summary, the Quellenhof Restaurant is a must for anyone who wants to experience authentic Austrian cuisine in Rapperswil.

Great restaurant. The atmosphere outside is very nice. You can sit under beautiful big trees. Even though the main street is next door, you immediately feel at home. You hardly hear any noise and it's nice and cozy. The service staff is very attentive and the food is very tasty. The portions are decent and nicely presented. A very tasty greeting from the kitchen is also served. The prices are rather in the upper segment, but absolutely reasonable for the quality. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Very fine Austrian and other dishes are available to eat here. Not only beautifully presented but a feast for the palate. I can highly recommend it. Reserve early and then enjoy.

I was able to enjoy dinner at the Quellenhof with a good friend. I had a fantastic Wienerschnitzel and for dessert the best Kaiserschmarren I've ever eaten. The restaurant is beautifully designed and the service is at a high level. Here you even get a farewell from the boss himself. For me the best restaurant in Rapperswil-Jona and the surrounding area. Gladly again!

A revelation! For the birthday dinner, everything was pulled out to ensure that we still got a table for three, even though it was fully booked! Sensational! The non-Austrian cuisine is also excellent, everything is fresh, great service, super friendly, we'll be back!

The menu has a splendid choice of Austrian dishes, well cooked and presented. The service is extremely friendly and professional. The tables are somewhat too closely placed. It can get quite noisy if the restaurant is full, which it always is. Reserving a table in advance is recommended.

We were at the Quellenhof for the first time this evening and were therefore full of expectations... well, hours later we can say that our expectations were fully met. Food was fabulous, service was extremely friendly and competent, the atmosphere was cozy and tasteful and the "little things" like that “Greetings from the kitchen”, chocolates with your coffee… are the icing on the cake! And yes, the price segment is in the upper range. Such an all-round beautiful and culinary perfect restaurant visit/evening is worth it to us...we'll be back!

What a treasure!! Very distinctive restaurant with a warm welcome. Where else is there a place where your handbag is placed on a specially designed stool? The food was excellent, with fine bread and homemade mustard or bacon butter as an amusebouche. Dessert in sizes large to mini, also the Coupe Denmark. Simply a pleasure and exceptionally great service. Even if it's not around the corner, it's worth making a pilgrimage here.

Extremely courteous service and delicious food. We were a group of 17 people who had booked in for lunch and only had a good hour to spare. Everything was excellently organized and was carried out quickly and professionally without any rush. Special requests (allergies) were taken into account perfectly. In short: completely satisfied and thrilled!
