I have been a regular guest at Randolins for many years and it is always a pleasure! A beautiful hotel with a family atmosphere where you simply feel comfortable ☺️ Everything from the staff to the kitchen is perfect, and I can only recommend it!

Service employees who speak no German and little English, but who smile all the more, are not uncommon in St. Moritz. This also applies to this hotel. Despite initial communication difficulties and superiors not listening to complaints about food, this didn't really affect the stay. The reason for this was a very friendly waiter with service DNA from Crete, nice rooms and good infrastructure for families with small children. It is largely thanks to the waiter from the land of the Acropolis with his good knowledge of German that I actually really enjoyed my stay. This despite a bit of chaos and sometimes incomprehensible menus for half board. You have to know that the children's playroom, restaurant, wellness and ski room are housed in four different houses. Bathrobes cost extra, although most guests have to leave the house to relax. This hotel is less recommended without a car. You also have to know that you shouldn't place higher demands on your food. Veal knuckle with polenta as an almost unavoidable main course, unless vegetarian, is not for everyone. I've never seen a roast the width of cold cuts before. When I asked, the boss explained to me that they were doing this because of many complaints about pieces of roast that were too thick. A dessert with a black sugar-chocolate syrup sauce didn't just make me frown (see photo). Ultimately, one has to say that this three-star hotel in St. Moritz is an asset with a bit of generosity because of the price/performance ratio.

Great hotel close to nature above St. Moritz with beautiful rooms (we had a pine room), a stylish little à la carte restaurant with local products, which also offered a game dish, and a nice wellness area where couples can also relax. at least in the off-season☺️ - feel good. The hotel is well located for bikers and ideal for an alpine hike to the Piz Julier, a must for fans of alpine hiking (T4, well marked) with a fantastic view. Afterwards, the restaurant's sun terrace beckons with a view of the next destinations such as the Piz Surlei and the beautiful, modern wellness area. Here we missed the usual tea and snacks as well as more bath towels. The bathrobe is available for a cleaning surcharge of 10.-. However, this also made me think: the hotel's approach is undoubtedly very sustainable; A three-star hotel can do that better than a four-star hotel, and they do a great job of it. The restaurant impresses with Swiss products, well cooked, maybe a bit too much butter, but fine, the open wines were not to our taste. The breakfast buffet is great; great breads and lots of local semi/hard cheese as highlights. The staff is very friendly, and at the reception the questions were asked in advance and answered competently. So: very friendly and recommended, gladly again!

The hotel is located about 200 meters above St. Moritz (a free shuttle service is offered), it is very quiet, is almost in the middle of nature and has a great view. Different room categories for every taste. Great service, courteous staff. Extensive breakfast buffet. Restaurant with good à la carte offerings.

It was a special evening - in collaboration with Veuve Clicquot. The ambience and setting were special, but there were many classic dishes there. And it was really good! Thanks for the great event!

An absolute gem in the mountains of St. Moritz. I usually do not eat seafood in the mountains as a rule of thumb but here I always make an exception. The seafood is flown in fresh daily and is exquisi
