Completely incompetent and overwhelmed. It took 30 minutes before you could place an order because you didn't understand anything. During the order he simply hung up because he was overwhelmed. We had to call back and make sure the order was taken. After 2 hours still no delivery in sight. We tried again and again to reach her. When we finally got there, the pizza wasn't even prepared!!! My 2 children, my wife and I wait 2 hours for the family pizza!!! Totally disrespectful and unfriendly to the customer! We then canceled the order. Who knows, maybe the pizza wouldn't have arrived until after 4 hours??!!! Rappizza was dead for us. Actually, you should boycott such restaurants so that they learn to appreciate their customers! Without customers = no business.

One of my favorite suppliers. In addition to the regular sizes, Rappi Pizza also offers 40cm or 50cm. The prices and wait times are absolutely reasonable. However, in my opinion, there are no promotions for high-order customers.

I've never seen anything like it! I wouldn't even give it 1 star! Very sad how it all happened today. I ordered a pizza... which was supposed to take 50 minutes, but after about 1:30 hours. Still nothing came when I called and they told me it was on the way... after waiting for over 2 hours I called again. (It turned out that they forgot to do it at all!) Then they gave me a 10.00 discount and apologized and put me off. I thought it could happen to everyone and then waited again for the pizza. It came after half an hour... But this time it was the wrong pizza... When I told you about it, you apologized and said that you would give me everything for free... Yes, sure, I've been waiting for about an hour now and nothing was delivered. The store closed at 10 p.m. If you call, no one answers. I don't know what else to say here. What a cheek! We've been waiting for a pizza since 7 p.m. It's now 10:30 p.m. I'M STILL SPEECHLESS!!!

I've been visiting Rapperswill on Lake Zurich for years and always order pizza from Rappi. I have to say: I have never had better pizzas in Germany!!! Fresh ingredients and very tasty dough. Our special requests were always taken into account! I recommend Pizza Patrone... hmhnhmh :)
