We tried the brunch, great value for money, great service. Great diversity of dishes offered. Very nicely decorated. I highly recommend. Be careful to book in advance.

It is just good to drink sth and snack while looking at the lacview. By drinking I mean a simple beer. The iiced coffee au lait wasn't that good and was 7 chf. They really can do better, I don't know why they don't care.

Nice spot close to the lake where i rested after a long cycle ride and drank a beer. Very relaxed atmosphère with people swimming, sun bathing and having lunch. There was only one waiter and the service was a bit slow.

Very welcoming and pleasant staff. I just took a children's menu for my two daughters and a starter for myself. So I can't judge the cuisine. The steak was plentiful. On the other hand, we were offered a dessert to share... a very good chocolate cake. Of course it was only one dessert for my little girls and me but they gave it to us like that...for no reason...just out of kindness and I really liked the gesture. Maybe it was just to get 5 stars on Google...but I don't care, I still enjoyed it

Anything. They don't want to serve us. There were still plenty of tables. The blonde waitress told us nonsense, why she didn't have a place for us. The kitchen is very busy, the people who have reservations don't want to wait too long. Etc. Very disappointed with this welcome. Maybe it’s our face that he didn’t like!?

Main advantage, the location by the lake, for the rest deplorable and certainly unprofessional service, average cuisine. Not many in the area but I still advise looking, the only risk is finding better.

Magnificent setting but too bad the welcome was not up to standard. It was cold - you feel embarrassed. Reservation made a week ago but not respected. Very expensive wine list. That said, the burger and dessert were great.

Really nice experience on a summer evening. The pulpo is excellent so do the tuna tataki. And the moelleux au chocolat was delicious. Others had the ceviche and the tartar, they enjoyed it a lot too

A wonderful experience! A romantic dinner by the lake, with a spectacular view, live music (there was a jazz festival!) and very tasty dishes. Perhaps it would have been better not to fry the chicken burger but the legume salad was very good. We also really liked the gourmand coffee. I advise!

If you want to wait 2 hours for a burger that only has a small leaf of crushed salad + mini slice of tomato + a dot of sauce, undercooked fries and a drink, for 19chf, this is the idyllic place! ✨ Don't waste your precious time eating your stomach and order yourself some food 🫶

We had reserved a table for 2 people by telephone 2 days before, which was not taken into account. At reception, not seeing our reservation, we had no excuse. The quality of the food was not up to par. Very disappointed, we advise against it.

This review only concerns the daytime bar and not the restaurant. Super super expensive for nothing more than service. The setting is super nice but there are so many people that you feel more like a wallet than a customer. 39 francs per bottle of rosé while the same one is sold 4 meters further (at the beach guitoune) for 29 francs, don’t go overboard either. The 50cl bottle of still water is sold for 5 francs! Do your shopping at the station coop before coming to the beach and you'll have a much better time, without having to deal with unfriendly waitresses just waiting for their tips.

It's not possible to eat at 8:30 p.m. on a summer Sunday evening because it's too late according to them.

Beautiful place, in the shade of a beautiful tree and view of the lake. All away from car traffic, these are the strong points. For the food, it's less great... I'm only talking about the dish we ate, the perch fillets. Never eaten fillets in my life that were so fatty, tasteless and in minimal quantity given the price of 44.-. The fries, good, are served in a basket the size of a 2 dl glass. All accompanied by a very small salad. The desserts were good, the coffees too, all with a slightly disorganized service, maybe not enough staff, no idea! Overall average, I won't go back, too bad, I thought the place was great!

Exceptionally aggressive disorganized snappy service on more than one occasion echoes the shock patrons around me comment on. Undermines a beautiful location. I hope they can learn the basics of restaurant and bar service and regulate themselves emotionally rather than take a lakeside location as license to verbally aggress customers asking for water or to opt to declare the bar closed if a black person requests a drink whiie serving others. I boycott the place due to needlessly poor treatment of myself and others - this includes a large drinks event I cancelled after staff treatment. This place is known for poor service at best, terrible inconsistent organisation and a needlessly stressful environment and experience. A beautiful location is no excuse to mistreat customers. Take a picnic instead.

Disappointed by the slow service and being served a steak tartare that had been in the fridge and basically had no flavour. A great location, but needs to put some love into the food, especially at those prices.

Superb place, unfortunately the waiting time is sometimes too long. 45 minutes for an order is still a bit too much. Otherwise if you have time it's really a great spot.

Terrible customer service. We were a group of people pushed away without any reasonable explanation. Be honest and say you don't have enough staff and not lie that all tables are reserved.

The setting is splendid. Unfortunately the service is not very friendly... We asked for a dish without salad for a pregnant woman, the waiter was more than unpleasant and said that the cook would not be happy... this is unacceptable. At noon this Sunday, I went to Nyon beach with a friend. Seeing that no one came to serve us, I got up after 20 minutes of waiting to order 2 cold teas. This is the first time in my life that I have been told: it's not possible, I don't have time. How is it possible not to have time to open a bottle of nestea and fill 2 glasses when it's your job! The restaurant wasn't even full. I insisted, believing it was a joke in bad taste. Then we picked up our things and left. Hire professional people with hospitality degrees instead of hiring people who are visibly completely overwhelmed to the point of not even being able to take an order for 2 glasses of cold tea!!

I came for a drink at 11:30 a.m. quietly, I was spoken to very badly by a blonde and Raf they didn't want to serve us because they would be on break at that time but nothing indicates anywhere bad mood etc.. I find It's crazy that in a bar you can tell customers to leave because the waiters are on break and above all that it's not indicated anywhere in the end and the sign clearly indicates that the bar is not closed at noon

4 adults and 4 children, 12:30 p.m., we are starving. “There’s a very nice refreshment bar over there, let’s go there.” And we're lucky too, there's a big free table waiting for us. We take our seats. We are already preparing our jaws for the burgers that we see passing by, but perhaps the perch fillets can be a good alternative. “The weather is nice, there’s the beach, keep smiling :D” more or less recites the motto that we see written on a blackboard near the counter. And in fact, this Geneva fast with friends has all the elements recited to be a great day. A smiling waitress brings us the menus and asks us what we’re drinking. It shows that there, they know what they are doing, THEY KNOW THEIR JOB. We are ready to order, when another waitress arrives quickly: S: “Have you made a reservation?” » Us: “no” S: “Yes. » NOT : " … ??... " S: “well, you have to reserve, so you have to vacate the table.” No worries. I get up and leave, because I know myself, it's better not to argue. On the other hand, my friend does not have the same opinion, and points out that it would still be appropriate to mark the reservation on the table, so that people know if the tables are free or not. Question of not wasting half an hour with children. S: “Sir, we know if the tables are free or not, no need to mark, WE KNOW OUR BUSINESS”. Except the first, smiling waitress, who obviously doesn't know the job because she even brought us a carafe of water we requested in the meantime. She was probably an apprentice. She was also the only smiling person in the entire bouvette, customers included. The discussion continues, I watch from afar because I prefer not to get involved. It's better. I keep the smile :D. My friend: “your colleague is still rude…” Boss: “you have to reserve”. Psychodrama from the customers who had reserved our table: “I’m not sitting there, they touched the cutlery, we’re all going to die from COOOOVIIIIDDDDDDD!!1!1!! » Take home message: people there are quite sensitive to the reservation argument, don’t joke too much. The food is good, the place nice, the staff too... at the refreshment bar next door. Or we still kept the smile :D

Two of us arrived last Friday on this beach with nice weather. A little air and around 22°C. Fish & Chips become delicious thanks to the quality of its fish and especially the originality of its pea puree enhanced with mint. We finish with a raspberry cheesecake and a coffee crème brûlée never seen elsewhere. All enhanced by a good bottle of local rose. In short, an excellent romantic moment on this Nyon beach.

They don’t even deserve one star Terrible customer service since the new owner took over. They don’t deserve your money for the moody, impolite experience they offer. Before the food was excellent now it is low standard for the region. Avoid this place, Nyon has much better places to offer. Let’s see how long they will stay in business with this attitude…

The idyllic location makes you forget the slow service, a recurring problem at the bar and restaurant. Reduced menu with above average prices but good quality food.

Very nice place in summer, the young people at the bars are cool but had turned on the music with enthusiasm, so we couldn't hear each other chatting on the terrace. Magnificent view.
