Very friendly and the food was very tasty😁 I can recommend the Vietnamese soup and the spring rolls, very healthy and tastes good👍🏻

With each bite I told my mother that it was very good!! We ate spring rolls, vegetable noodles (and sauce) and pork ribs (+salad/fries). So I recommend these dishes but there is also a varied menu to satisfy your hunger :) Looking forward to making the trip from Geneva to eat in this restaurant again The atmosphere is friendly, like a meeting of friends. The waitresses are also very nice, thanks again to the whole team! Beware of some misleading Google reviews before. Only negative point: the salad leaf decoration faded/blackened in places.

The Vietnamese pho is very delicious and the soup is delicious, perfect for winter!

Plate served as in a canteen with a salad leaf. Beef with red curry without coconut milk and super fatty sauce. We sure won't go back for the price we paid! Value for money, a shame!!

A very nice restaurant, a very friendly and smiling waiter

Disappointed… The noodles were dry and too salty and had like little white crumbs in them... I wondered if they had fallen to the ground, and then I found a kind of metal wire in my dish. I went to show it to the boss (he barely said hello to me) and he didn't even apologize. For me this restaurant remains affordable but we quickly understand why, I do not recommend.

Takeaway! The spring rolls and summer rolls were excellent! Only downside: the boxes are not very resistant and permeable

On their website it is mentioned Vietnamese specialty including boh bun once there there is only a Chinese menu. When I ask the waitress she doesn't even know what a boh bun is I show her on their site and she tells me it's noodles with grilled meat. Meal without taste, no interest

Good food, lots of noise, lots of flies, staff not very attentive to customers, we had to go find the waitress on the terrace chatting with regulars.

The Vietnamese specialties are excellent and the service very friendly, all for a very reasonable price.

Honestly very good! A majority of dishes are homemade, fresh and tasty. We went there as a family and the waiter, son of the chef, was attentive. We had spring rolls, crispy beef and water bindweed. A delight! We will return there for the pho, the bo bun, and the sesame balls. In addition, the prices are very affordable. We highly recommend it!

Excellent meal and original recipes. The waiter is very friendly and knows his cuisine with interesting explanations. The only downside... an outdated and very "station buffet" establishment. Recommended for cooking.

Hearty and tasty dishes, just a little lacking in cooking for the steamed ravioli and the very crunchy vegetables. Very good service, very welcoming owner. Decoration needs to be refreshed because too many things everywhere, wrinkled and old tablecloths.

It's a shame they seem to have good, rather fresh products but taste-wise it's always very bland. Big downside: their packaging carried away gives a plastic taste to the rice which is saturated with oil.

We had their Vietnamese dishes (very little choice): -Unfried spring rolls -Traditional Pho soup -Noodle vermicelli with lemongrass beef Although the dishes were a little expensive for the quantity (in the dining room, decoration and atmosphere very minimal and kitsch, covid?), we appreciated the dishes which we preferred to the Chinese dishes on the menu

Following a breakdown with my small car near this nice Asian restaurant, I took refuge inside, nice and warm, having two good coffees with a croissant! This Restaurant also serves as a Buffet because it is located inside the beautiful Gare de Romont (FR)! Welcome to report good ❤! On this Thursday, 04.11.2021 between 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., returning from Friborg with the blue rer of the Grisoni Group, I stopped at the Buffet at Romont station (FR) or the Restaurant la Baie d'Halong which is very nice of which here is an old painting!

Very average restoration, even disappointing. 1 menu of the day entrecôte fries, salad for 28.70 all served cold (good for frozen that's normal)... LOL We expect better when other restaurants make their daily specials for 17.- and really take the trouble to make good food. Even when explaining my disappointment, no action was taken. I don't think I'll go back and I really don't recommend it.

We just moved to the town and ordered some take-aways! The food was cheap and still hot, so we would definitively re-order again during this special time.The service could be improved with the option to order online directly or easier case to have the print menu available...

Ugh! Soup put in an aluminum container, really not great to take home. A little disappointed.

I usually like coming here but the waitress today was insufferable. This woman is mean unfriendly and got the orders wrong without saying sorry. Aside from that I like the restaurant and the owners are really nice & sweet. The food is good and reasonable price.

Slightly meager quantities (for the main course), but several choices suitable for vegetarians (at least 4 of tofu, the basil is extraordinary, and noodles), including the Cantonese rice which, without being particular, is without ham for me great pleasure ! Fair prices.

If you want to eat well in a nice place.... well you should avoid this restaurant. I have been there for more than 2 years.... but the quality, the quantity, the welcome and the politeness are nothing. Places like that are just for a drink, that's all... and once again if you're not polite!!!! Never again no thanks

Chicken fried noodles, lack of taste...

The restaurant doesn't look like much at first glance, and the fact that it is located at the station is not to its advantage... Small surprise, upon entering, the waitress is not as usual. Asian custom, I understand that this establishment is above all a station buffet with Asian cuisine. Coming back to the dishes, I loved being able to customize my summer rolls given that I am allergic to shellfish and also asked to personalize my chicken rice with cashew nuts... Good discovery with personalized service, I I appreciated the effort on my part.

Nice restaurant for the short time I stayed, located near Romont station, nice terrace. I only stayed long enough for a drink, but I would happily go back.

It's an excellent place for afterwork, excellent shrimp chips and a Valais beer that is worth the detour

Nous adorons mangé asiatique, et lorsque nous avons emménagé dans la région romontoise nous cherchions un restaurant où nous pourrions aisément commander à l'emporter. En 2015, notre 1er essai s'est donc porté sur ce restaurant qui se situe à la gare de Romont, et nous avons été vraiment très déçu au niveau gustatif.Résultat, à moins que le cuisinier est changé, nous n'y retournons pas et sommes toujours à la recherche d'un restaurant asiatique abordable et digne de ce nom en Glâne.

Je prends souvent chez eux à l'emporter , rapide, très accueillant , prix correct , toujours bon ...A part tous les cas sociaux qui traînent toute la journée dans ce restaurant ... ( heureusement il y a une salle à part pour manger en famille ou en couple tranquillement)

Arrivées à Romont sur le temps de midi avec une activité prévue peu après, nous nous sommes arrêtées à ce restau dans/en bordure de la gare dans lequel nous avions déjà mangé il y a quelques années.Il ne paie vraiment pas de mine et ce serait facile d'y remédier : il faudrait laver les vitres, les rideaux, actualiser les nouveautés de 2015 défraichies, faire une petite vitrine.Alors que dans la plupart des restaus asiatiques, le personnel parle très mal le français, la serveuse le parle et le comprend très bien même si elle a une toute petite voix. Elle a pu aussi citer de tête les vins suisses ou français au verre. Elle a aussi été sympa, polie, rapide.Nous avons commandé les 2 plats du jour de 18 et 22.- Fr. et les avons vite reçus : rouleaux de printemps thaï, pour une fois, frits mais pas trop gras avec une grande feuille de salade fraiche qui l'était encore. Très bons pour ce type de met et de restaurant. L'autre entrée était un potage aigre-piquant qualifié de moyen bon : le liquide avait un peu trop le goût de soupe à la tomate suisse-allemande mais il y avait les petits légumes et des bribes d'omelette traditionnels à ce type de soupe.Ensuite, c'était tofu aux légumes et riz nature saupoudré de quelques graines de chia ou de sésame noir, bien présenté et l'autre plat était des crevettes grillées sur plaque chauffante avec une petite sauce et mini légumes. C'était aussi très bien présenté, bien assaisonné, bon à très bon.Les vins étaient simples et bons, la serveuse a vraiment apporté de l'eau tempérée, ce qui est rare.Vu que le prix des boules de glaces était à 2.50 Fr., nous avons pris une boule moca et une boule chocolat. Il y a encore parfois de bonnes surprises qualité-prix mais là, la glace était banale et bof.Les cartes bancaires sont acceptées, les toilettes sont accessibles sur demande avec une clé vu que la gare est vraiment adjacente. L'endroit est grand, assez spacieux, il y a les journaux régionaux du jour. Une très bonne adresse avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix pour manger vite fait bien fait.
