Although reachable by car, I highly recommend you do the fairly easy hiking loop from Les Rasses to Le Chasseron, the views are amazing and this restaurant is placed exactly where it should be for a pit stop halfway. I had the Rösti with goat cheese and it completely blew me away. The service was outstanding, and it was a great privilege to meet the little donkeys and to eat with the sound of a symphony of cowbells.
