We recently dined at La Table, and while the quality of the food was good, our experience was marred by disappointing service. Unfortunately, the waiter got two dishes ordered wrong, but instead of replacing them, he asked us to keep them due to their overwork. He assured us that he would do something to compensate for this error. However, in the end he only offered a bottle of water as a goodwill gesture, which did not meet our expectations. We were disappointed by the lack of professionalism and consideration of the staff towards customers. Despite the quality of the cuisine, this experience leaves us with a mixed impression of the restaurant.

Good service, inappropriate value for money and the room had a strong smell of food which was not befitting of a restaurant but rather of a fast food restaurant. Little variety of vegan or vegetarian dishes.

We appreciated the service which was pleasant as well as the cuisine. The steak on slate with fries and three sauces is excellent. The red fruit cheesecake is excellent, as is the gourmet coffee. For the cocktails I would say that the mojito was a little light. Very large table and super comfortable chairs.

Really perfect, a good meal with good friends. The dishes are very good. The setting is nice and so are the staff, the latter coming to us to make sure everything is going well. The price is right. Highly recommended!

We recently dined as a couple at this restaurant and the experience was overall positive. The meal was good and served in generous portions, although it could have benefited from a little more flavor and a touch of originality. The setting is absolutely charming, which contributes greatly to the pleasant atmosphere of the place. However, we noticed a fairly high noise level in the room, and cooking smells could sometimes be felt, which was a little disturbing. Despite this, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, making our evening truly enjoyable. We had a great time and recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to enjoy a hearty meal in a beautiful setting.

A long wait before being able to get our table despite the reservation, as well as the arrival of the dishes. Nevertheless, very good and plentiful and a warm atmosphere.

I came to dinner at La Table last night and I didn't regret it. An excellent meal, very responsive and attentive servers. A very beautiful setting and a good atmosphere. I recommend. Great discovery.

Discovered very recently, I was able to go there twice in the space of 3 weeks. Once as a family and once as a couple. We didn't have a reservation and the staff was able to find us a place. The dishes are excellent and the service is helpful, discreet and fast. A wonder. This is a Montreux restaurant to highly recommend.

The decor is nice, you feel at home there. Very pleasant setting and very good atmosphere. The friendly, friendly and top notch service. And the food... a treat. From mixed salad to dessert, absolutely all dishes are excellent for reasonable prices. For us, this is clearly our new favorite restaurant.

For my part, I had a great experience with their homemade burgers and the blackcurrant duck from the friend who introduced me to this place was delicious!!! Nice atmosphere and impeccable service. I recommend it to any gourmet (or not) ;) Enjoy your meal

We were very happy to have chosen this restaurant. The waiters were all very attentive and friendly. The food was also very tasty. I ate the entrecote cooked medium and it was really perfect. The doneness was excellent and it tasted wonderful. We can only recommend the restaurant and felt very comfortable here and would come back at any time.

The worst restaurant in Montruex. They served us burnt pizza and asked us to pay for it . They are unethical as well as racist . Never come here to eat even if it’s the only place open rather eat McDonald’s if you can’t stay hungry

Went here the first night of our holiday. Tried somewhere else for the second night, then came back to La Table every other night. Waiters all spoke English and the food and service were very good, except on Sunday when they were full and short staffed. They apologised profusely for the poor service and gave us free food. Wouldn't have got in without a booking on the Sunday, but every other night would have been OK.

Lovely place to eat, excellent service with wonderful staff. The food was very nice and the menu quite broad. The price was no more than you would expect in Switzerland and the atmosphere was always pleasant

5☆ is not enough, it's a shame we only discovered the restaurant on the last evening. Dear people, take your aperitif from me at the lake but you have to eat here!!! From the first minute when we made a reservation two hours in advance with a friendly waiter with glasses who was so nice and accommodating, to the last minute when we were greeted by our waiter with a handshake, everything was: top top top! My husband's meat was a hit and my linguine with mussels was fantastic and the portions were also very generous. The mixed salad was very colorful and delicately dressed. The gazpacho was great. Tiramisu delicious. And finally, two Grappes poured really well and at a really fair price. Likewise the wines on offer. The price-performance ratio is more than absolutely right here! And the waitresses are all really friendly, attentive and nice. Zurich can learn a lesson here - that's my opinion. Really great, we'll be back... ☺️🙋‍♀️🩵

Wonderful place! Beautiful and exclusive but you feel at home! Not only was the entire staff friendly, but we received the order very quickly! The highest class of serving! We were wondering if we should eat it or just take a picture because it was so beautifully presented! And of course it was delicious! In the pictures: Salade de La Table, Spaghetti alla carbonara and of course Tiramisu. P.S. I'm a fan of tiramisu, I eat them everywhere I go - and this was the TOP 3 I've ever eaten! Love you! After reading the reviews we were very hopeful, but unfortunately the experience here was OK at best. It was very quiet when we arrived (late lunch), and the waiter was polite enough but didn’t really speak to us. Service was prompt, but the food was below expectation - in particular the gnocchi was quite oily. Perhaps we just weren’t used to Swiss prices but for the cost, the quality was lower than expected.

New place, interior is nice, atmosphere not bad at all. Food: total disappointment. Burger bun was soggy, mushy and robber in the same time, it was stuffed with raw patty, caramelized onion in burger was undercooked. Rise bowl was just very super plain rice with liquid not tasty sous and chopped in huge pieces vegetables, mainly salad and readis. Pricewise: overpriced for what it is, I am very sorry for that quality 😞. I choose the places based on Google maps feedback, but rating in Switzerland in Google maps frequently is misleading. Wold I try this place again? Definitely not.

Warm welcome and very modern space. Super friendly, smiling and attentive staff. The food menu is very varied, you will surely find something that you like including pastas, risottos, meats, fish among others. Our plates had taste, the tastes of the food are well highlighted instead of adding seasoning which would hide the flavors. To do again and I recommend.

Good morning. So the dishes, presentations and settings are quality. However, having celiac disease, I asked the waiter about the gluten-free dishes. He tells me that he is going to see the kitchen (you should know that when booking I wrote that there would be a celiac person and they confirmed the reservation…). When I asked, the waiter told me that ALL VEGAN DISHES are gluten-free. “Vegan pizza”, vegan pasta… except that there are two vegan dishes, including 1 “toast with avocado”. Toast is bread. I really find this mistake in the face of allergies and intolerances. Celiacs deteriorate the intestines little by little, but on the other hand an allergic person could go into shock and die. Perhaps we should be clear about “what gluten is” and put a little icon on what is certified gluten-free. However, the risotto was very good, but probably contained a broth with gluten because I was very sick. Thank you for reading me

For me, this restaurant is one of the best experiences of my life. The portions are generous, the staff are really very welcoming and warm. If you want an excellent experience in Montreux, I can only recommend this address.

Nice place, nice decoration. Good dishes. But…. Invaded by mini midges that flew and landed on our food! We were on the wooden wall side. No staff member managed to do anything! According to them, it came from the air conditioning. But still unpleasant to eat well with that!

The place is also very elegant, located in a convenient location. It was a bit expensive, but it really shows in the quality of food. We will definitely come back.

Hit the spot for a quick meal when we were just driving through Montreux. I wish we had more time to enjoy.

After making a reservation, we arrived at the venue at the scheduled time. The welcoming person tells us that we have canceled; but if this was the case why introduce us? We wait 30 minutes during their “research” where the barista accuses in the distance swearing that we had canceled without obviously being able to prove it (our reservation being made by email we had all the proof); we are not offered a drink at the bar while waiting… awkward moment. So we end up getting a table and ordering. 50 minutes of waiting later, with apologies from the waiter in charge of our table, we received our starters. The meal continues until we ask for the bill and there, surprise, ZERO gesture, not even the offer of the only two coffees consumed. We expressed our surprise to the waiter who went to see his manager and told us that the only feasible thing would be to offer a digestive. So we left on this disappointing note.

In the heart of Montreux, very well decorated and underground parking nearby and with very welcoming service and friendly staff. Only downside was the meal serving time at midday which ultimately was worth the wait. I recommend.

The place and the decoration are very pleasant and friendly. However, I personally find that the bar staff share their rap musical tastes with everyone, which is not necessarily pleasant and less expensive would have been more appreciated. In addition, we asked for details on the composition of the plate (type and definitions of ingredients) to which the expected answers were not present. The Burger is very good just a little too dry, the classic fries nothing more, and the yellow chicken with morel sauce was good just the sauce which was too basic (like veal stock sauce and too few morels). Mixed opinion overall but I still recommend so that everyone can form their own opinion. 👍
