Indeed, the dishes are exquisite, crafted, balanced and consistent in their quality. It's relatively rare in an Asian restaurant to see so much regularity in the preparation and to be able to order without ever having to worry about what we're being served. I mainly take away, so it is difficult for me to judge the waiting time and the quality of the service on site, but I am always well received with a smile and tangible kindness. Only small downside: The mustard sauce is missing for the starters... This is the detail that would make this restaurant perfect for me. I will still add that 2 of the entries should (in my opinion) be reworked due to lack of taste. That being said, the 5 stars are well deserved because the perfect restaurant does not exist.
