You immediately feel at home with Sven and Bianca in the Mühle restaurant in Wunderklingen. Whether just for a quick lunchtime café or to dine, there is something for every taste here.

We really enjoyed our three-course lunch. Good cuisine, friendly staff, great on the terrace when the weather is nice. Also fits well on a bike or motorbike trip.

The vermicelle was delicious and the subtle smell of lunch wafted to our terrace. My sister and I only had dessert and water. The service boy was in a good mood.

A very nice restaurant with friendly staff. We were served straight away and didn't have to wait long for our food. It was also nice that we were able to eat on the terrace. The quality and taste of the food were excellent!!! The price-performance level is excellent, especially since we didn't pay more than in German restaurants! It is also pleasing that the origin of the meal is stated! We will definitely come back, not only because it was delicious, but also because as simple workers we can afford it. P.s I wonder how you can write a bad review for a restaurant just because you don't have WiFi.

We were once again at a butcher shop in the Wunderklingen mill. It was excellent and since it was self-service, they could serve you whatever you wanted.

Cozy, historic restaurant with a small outdoor terrace. Usually more potential guests than free places. BUT WITH THE OPPORTUNITY AROUND THE ROMANTIC POND to pamper guests at 6 to 9 tables under old trees. Attention for 🇨🇭 cell phones 🇩🇪 network pushes in and can cause surprises 😨. Unfortunately there is no WiFi reception in the restaurant

Do an experiment in this restaurant: a fitness plate with a piece of meat, dare to try a three-tasting white wine (Cuvee, Chardonnay, Riesling), a true poem that fits. I just wish you cheers and “en good”!

Great excursion destination with fine food and a warm host couple.

Went there with a club, the food was good but unfortunately it wasn't topped up. Most people would have expected a second helping. The price was rather expensive for this menu.

Visiting family overseas brought us to the Restaurant Mühle. I highly recommend that very nice restaurant. Lunch was excellent. You're looking to get in touch with the locals and into Swiss traditional food, that's definitely the place to go.Thanks for having us over.

das restaurant mühle ist gar nicht leicht zu finden, aber es lohnt sich dort einzukehren. die gaststube ist einladend und für ostern geschmückt und sehr liebevoll gemacht. die erbsensuppe zur vorspeise war fein gewürzt und schmeckte sehr gut. der gemischte salat war mit einem feinen dressing angemacht und schön präsentiert. die fischchnusperli waren sehr knusprig und die pommes frites reichhaltig und nicht überwürzt wie an vielen orten, dazu eine feine tartarsauce. sehr lecker. der service (chefin persönlich) ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. sehr zu empfehlen. (kleiner tipp: probiert den hausgemachten süssmost/apfelsaft)

Great butchers, pleasant that it was a buffet. This meant everyone could get exactly what they wanted; no food waist! Courteous, always present service. And Wunderblade simply has cult character for me! I'm already looking forward to summer and the great terrace!

The restaurant is located in Wunderklingen, which is just outside Hallau. It is easily accessible by car (address can be entered in the navigation system) and has plenty of free parking spaces. The service is very friendly and accommodating. We didn't have to wait long and the food was very tasty.

Das Wirtepaar und Team sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetent, das Essen ein Genuss, die Fischchnusperli es Träumil, rundum stimmt alles. Wir waren unter anderem auch Gäste einer Hochzeit in ihrem sehr stilvoll umgebauten Saal, sehr empfehlenswert für grosse Anlässe.... Wir wünschen Sven, Bianca und ihrem Team weiterhin viel Erfolg.

Per Zufall auf unserer Rückreise zur Mittagszeit in Wunderklingen angekommen. Einer der besten kulinarischen Zufälle seit Jahren. Das junge Wirte-Ehepaar hat den Betrieb erst vor rund 2 Wochen übernommen. Sie sind äusserst freundlich und motiviert. Die Karte ist sehr budgetfreundlich und ausgewogen. Ich habe mich für die Fischknusperlis entschieden. Es waren mit Abstand die besten Fischknusperlis die mir je serviert wurden. Auch die dazugehörende Tartar-Sauce war excellent. Wäre Hallau ein wenig näher an Bern wäre ich ab heute Stammgast. So muss ich mich aber bis zum nächsten Ausflug in die Ostschweiz gedulden um aus dem zufälligen einen gewollten Umweg zu machen. Übrigens ist auch der eigene Weisswein eine ideale Ergänzung zum Fisch.
