Stopped in spontaneously for lunch on January 20th (Saturday). Friendly staff, short waiting times and delicious food characterized the restaurant

Only the location is great. I can't recommend the food. The prices are way too high.

Wonderful place, with swimming pool / restaurant/camping🤩 A dream place to go on holiday if you're going on a camping holiday. The restaurant is super nice, with a large playground for kids. There are also water splash cookies for kids. No matter if it's a wedding, birthday party, etc. there's plenty of space. Sundown, bimene fine cocktail gniesse det esch mer in the right place🤩🍹🥂🍻 simply fantastically beautiful. It's worth six verbizluege🤩😉🏖️🏕️🌅

Tasty, innovative, lots of new, good ideas. Something for every taste...

What a worthless event. Food was greasy and tasteless. And we had to pay €75 for it (schnitzel with fries, veggie burger and a salad). We are not young anymore, but we did bring the average age down. Looked like the Benidorm of Switzerland.

Incredibly beautiful location. no service: still very, very expensive. Unbelievable 2x3dl water and 1 roll for 11.80 Fr. And we didn't even consume it in the restaurant. Will the water be flown in by helicopter?!

Drinks and food a bit expensive. But a nice place to stay for young and old. Large parking lot in front of the entrance.

Tasty food, well located, enough parking spaces (chargeable). Great both during the day and in the evening. Especially the beautiful sunsets, a dream.

A beautiful place to dine in and outside. Nice view especially the sunset over the Sempacherlake. But the restaurant is most time very crowded and the self service system is bit confusing for new comers. That’s why you always have a mess of people traffic when picking up your food. The food is good but don’t expect something extraordinary. Normal good food. There’s also children play ground and lying chairs by the lake. You can have a nice long walk around there. I can recommend this place if you’re nearby.

Hamburger unfortunately inedible.

When I asked if I could have Thai chicken curry with noodles instead of rice, I was immediately told no (the pan with the noodles was right next to it). And that cost 27.- in a self-service restaurant. impudence. Very unfriendly ladies behind the counter. There was rubbish lying around everywhere near the lounge chairs by the lake. Was there the first and last time.

Very nice place by the lake. Food was very good (cordon bleu) and inexpensive. It was just too hot today 😥😥

The restaurant is in a beautiful location and some also have live music. Nice atmosphere in the evening. Unfortunately, the food is far too expensive, even for us Swiss who are used to a lot... and small portions despite the high price. If it weren't for the Badi next door, I wouldn't go there to eat. A drink outside at the bar is okay.

The food and the view are very nice but over 8fr for a fries I think it's a bit much. Otherwise it's very relaxed and with life music performances it's generally very pleasant if you bring some money with you

Why wander into the distance when the good is so close. Since I discovered Seeland, I no longer have to go on vacation. I enjoy many cozy summer evenings in Seeland. It's simply beautiful there and a big thank you to the whole Seeland team.

The Seeland ambience is very nice. But the restaurant is far too expensive for self-service... Aperlo Spritz 14.- That's not normal........ It doesn't even cost that much in a full service restaurant in Ascona. The food is delicious, but unfortunately it is too expensive for self-service. Huge rip off.........

Unfortunately, expensive even by Swiss standards. There is no service in that sense. Everything is based on self-service. Mainly fast food. Small portions and expensive. The ambience at the top of the restaurant with the plastic chairs and tables isn't great either. In the evening at the bar downstairs it is nice but also not cheaper a Hugo, for example 14 francs beer over 5 francs iced tea Fanta Cola as well.

Went to Marc Pilcher's concert on Thursday. Another great occasion. Everything was right. Hey, keep it up. Great address.

Simply wonderful with the perfect sunset. The food is in the upper price range but very tasty. There was a great concert <The Bend>. We always enjoy coming to Zealand.

Unfortunately, the food was not edible and caused stomach pain. French fries are too salty and hamburgers are tough as leather.

This restaurant could definitely do more. The prices are very high. The location and the sunsets are very beautiful.

Unfortunately extremely overpriced for a self-service restaurant. The prices are simply overpriced for “fast food” from a canteen. Even by Swiss standards. 2x schnitzel fries 2x nuggets fries (not a handful of fries)(children's menu only 4! nuggets) With 4 drinks over 90 CHF! The prices feel twice as high as if you were eating and drinking in town. The ambience is only very nice at the lake, the rest has an outdoor pool feel. I can't recommend it.

My spaghetti was scooped with my hands, which I found unhygienic. The food in general is too expensive and is not cooked properly.

This store is incredibly bad. We were observed choosing our food. I haven't come across such a dirty shop in a long time.

Very high prices for a self-service restaurant, we simply paid 120 CHF for 4 meals (including 1 children's menu) and drinks (no alcohol)! I think that's too much for a restaurant without service. The food is good and tastes good. Unfortunately, the employees seem stressed and therefore there is no great friendliness.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. Something like that is absolutely not appropriate. All employees are unfriendly and bad-tempered. The food is totally overpriced and not tasty at all since it is frozen food.

Subterranean service quality. Apprentices have no idea how much something costs, the food is anything but creative (fries, nuggets, schnitzel, burgers), but Hahnewasser costs 2.- per glass right next to a water purification system (nonsense!), just so that people have the 6 francs Choose unhealthy sweet drinks.

Nice atmosphere, felt like you were at the sea, nice children's playground. Unfortunately, much too expensive, 6 fr. For a slice of cake, 3.50 for a scoop of ice cream. This is abnormally expensive.

Went there for lunch today. The canteen atmosphere is absolutely okay and the furnishings are clean and reasonably modern. However, our meals (burgers with fries and veal sausage with onion sauce) were rather bland and not very tasty. The burger consisted of a fully cooked patty topped with a kind of gypsy sauce between two medium-dry buns. No salad, no cheese, nothing. The fries were good. The Thai food looked very appealing and might have been a better choice.

Once and never again!!! For a portion of fries to take away they charge Fr. 8.30😡😡😡 If you consider that 1 kg TK in purchasing is around Fr.3.50-4.50!!!!!!🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

The same unimaginative and far too expensive menu and poor cuisine for years. With little effort and a little creativity you could achieve some charm and warmth, but the owner isn't interested in that. There is a reason why the locals avoid Seeland and prefer to go to Nottwil. It is not noticeable that the work here is done with enthusiasm, passion and joy. The homepage is designed in the same careless way as the food and the ambience

Food is simple. The menus stay the same day after day and year after year. There is a Thai corner which is appreciated, but never varies either. On the other hand it's very nicely located at the Sempach lake, so great atmosphere.

The best thing about this restaurant is definitely the location!!! Directly on Lake Sempach with the most beautiful sunsets. The food is kind of the usual self-service offering; Greasy food, a salad buffet, but everything was a bit monotonous. The employees don't seem to be particularly motivated. Give guests little attention and friendliness is limited to a minimum!

The restaurant location is good but a few kitchen staffs are disrespectful and very rude especially the Black lady chef who has a very bad attitude towards customer and rude behaviour. It is unnecessary to think that you own the kitchen so you can ignore and treat customers badly. If you do not like service job you should not come to work here. Such a pity. The food is simple and not fresh. Definitely not eating there again.

Modern self-service restaurant right on the lake, I chose a Thai menu with giant prawns, which was super tasty - the price-performance ratio was right...

Very good lake restaurant, good and inexpensive cuisine and drinks. Very close to Lake Sempach. We will come back.

Food overpriced for portions that are too small.

Great location at the lake. Restaurant personnel rude. They mainly sell deep frozen fried food which tastes old oil. I ordered thai curry ( avilable lunch time and dinner time only). The shrimps were undercooked and a health hazard. Food is expensive: 33€ for the curry. 4€ per chicken wing

The location of the restaurant is very nice. The restaurant is neutral and unspectacular. The prices are expensive and some of the play equipment in the large playground no longer inspires confidence (swings, tunnels between the towers). In my opinion everything would be ok if the playground was renovated.

Very nice campsite!!!! But for 2 small pet mineral.....10.fr. just isn't any fun, it's a shame...

We went for a walk along Lake Sempach and took a leisurely stop on the terrace at the self-service restaurant, right next to the lido (and near the bird observatory). Our daughter was able to have fun at the playground and slide/climb as well as splash around in the water playground (spare clothes are an advantage). We also ate in the restaurant. It tasted good and the plates were beautifully presented. There was a good selection of different dishes, as well as cakes etc. We would be happy to come back.

If the location wasn't so beautiful, I would have avoided this restaurant for a long time. I can give 5 stars for the location. The clearing and checkout staff are very friendly. Unfortunately there is a female very unfriendly and moody person in the kitchen. The boss also often walks around the restaurant in a bad mood. Too bad for the restaurant. Even at the campsite, there are incomprehensible, hard rules as campers visiting coffee. I hope the boss thinks about it...

Completely overpriced. Sorry, but charging 4.30 francs for a cup of tea bag tea in a self-service restaurant is just audacious.

The meeting point between the seaside resort and Camping Sempach. Ideal place on the lake to stop off. Nice playground for children.

The cafeteria closes super early, if you want to eat after 9 p.m. go into town instead! They serve late
