The service was very friendly but the waiting time over lunch was far too long. All in all quite ok but nothing special.

Great restaurant. Very child friendly. Service very friendly and down to earth. The pizzas were very tasty and the large children's plate with the spaghetti was also excellent and the “cheese grater” was also a highlight! Top! The excellent home-made iced tea and the good quality of the green tea surprised us very much and are recommended. The menu has everything you would expect in an Italian restaurant. The children's card that they could fill out themselves was very exciting for the children. To pass the time, each child was given a coloring book and colored pencils. The small final gift for the children was another highlight for them. I can highly recommend this restaurant for families!

Went there with the team for Christmas dinner. The location in the wine cellar is absolutely top and offers enough space for groups of up to 20 people. However, the aperitif in the same room was very tight and had been agreed upon in advance at the bar, hence a star deduction. The salad buffet, which you share with the evening guests in the restaurant, was also not really designed for the rush of an additional 20 people. Overall, a very successful evening in a very uncomplicated setting and great ambience.

Great pizzas with 2 different doughs to choose from. Antipasto buffet and great Italian dishes. Staff friendly, nice garden restaurant in the city. We will continue to celebrate our wedding anniversary there in addition to separate visits.

Pizza knife completely blunt, service reacted rudely to complaints. Pizza dough became a sparring partner, tough and impossible to cut. Menu selection unsatisfactory. Waiter with unmotivated behavior and waitress almost unbearable to complain about knives. never again!

Mega fine Italian restaurant. At lunchtime there are menu offers for good value for money. They also have a salad and antipasti counter for you to scoop yourself up. Highly recommended. The pizza was very tasty and so was the soup and salads.

A safe value - you won't go wrong, but you won't experience culinary highlights either ;-) It's easy to visit alone, the staff is always friendly and attentive. Sometimes it takes a while for the food to arrive - no problem for two people. The prices are rather high.

Hello, I wanted to eat with you in Switzerland, the service is understandable. Man doesn't understand German. If you are in Switzerland you should understand Swiss German. At least understand!! If I go to New Zealand or Australia and don't speak the language, they won't even let me in. I don't speak another language in my country when I want to read something?!! Not recommended and otherwise send someone else who understands it.

The food was delicious and was served very quickly. However, there were difficulties with the service and the arrangement. First we were instructed to go to a table that was reserved and when we didn't even touch the chairs, we were not particularly politely pointed out by another server. Afterwards, the wrong drink was served after our order, which can happen sometimes, and we were pleasantly surprised that the staff wanted to offer us coffee in return. When it came time to pay, we realized that only one coffee was taken...

On the terrace you sit very close to each other. Some of the ice cream was very melted... it shouldn't have been served like that. Very expensive. Price/performance doesn't fit. Pizzas were good. Service very stressed and sometimes demotivated

If I'm not mistaken, there's a woman who makes pizzas, I've been there twice, I have to say the pizzas are the best I've eaten within a radius of 50 km or more, the taste, the design of how it's presented The taste is simply the best pizza far and wide, please keep it up, I can only rate the pizzas, I haven't tried anything else. But always happy to resist when it comes to pizzas!

My conclusion: Overpriced standard restaurant! Unmotivated staff, very loud because of the adjacent street, no ambience, the food was delivered quickly but the taste was standard. I will probably not visit this restaurant again.

A very nice restaurant that gives you a holiday feeling. The service was impeccable. Friendly, accommodating, fast, and above all, very child-friendly. The little one just wanted Smarties for dessert, the waitress noticed that and brought him some in a cute little bowl. He was always smiled at and included, even though there were so many other guests there. You could tell the service wasn't stressed at all. The food was very, very good. I haven't had pizza that I liked so much in a long time. The tiramisu was also a dream. I was allowed to lick some ice cream from my partner and that was also very good. The price is a little higher, but it's absolutely worth it. Absolute recommendation!

Restaurant looks great, service made an effort. The rest, well. Avoid this Italian. The completely overpriced antipasti buffet is anything but fresh. We still gave it a chance because otherwise there is no salad on the menu (smart?) and it really wasn't good. The soup wasn't that great either. However, pasta was good. All in all, this was our last visit to Una Storia and I recommend anyone and everyone to another Italian restaurant nearby, there are a few.

- Food very tasty if a little bland - Service: annoying that it is artificially done in Italian - otherwise ok - except... - I ended up biting on something hard (possibly shards of glass). Reaction from staff: does something hurt? No apology, nothing. It's a shame that's the last and lasting impression...

Good evening! I never write a comment anywhere, but this time I'll make an exception.. Firstly, we waited 10-15 minutes until the previous guests' rubbish and glasses were picked up, but we had to say that they should also be wiped down please..(because it was dirty?) and still didn't get a menu..Our friend came later, but he didn't get his drink without saying a word even after 20 minutes. I ordered the salad from the asparagus menu, the balsamic dressing was completely dried out on the plate. When I asked, the answer was that it was just decoration on the plate. And later I got new ones without dressing.. I ask, are you actually allowed to put something on a plate that you're not allowed to eat.....? The waitress argued with me a bit and really wanted to be right, that's normal, the dressing is like a rock.. Not a word of apology, not even a coffee as a sorry or anything.. If it had only been one thing, I wouldn't have written...but unfortunately it was too much.. We were very disappointed with the price/performance ratio.

Was there yesterday. The antipasti buffet was ok. The pizza had a partially burnt, black base. I don't even want to start with the operation. First a confused lady and then a snooty gentleman who stood at the table and just looked at us. No hello, no what can I bring you, nothing at all. I even had to ask for cutlery because the service didn't think of it. I live in the area but definitely won't be going to this shed again! I would have preferred to go to the kebab opposite. At least they are friendly and attentive and don't burn my food + it costs half as much. Goodbye, thank you.

We came here end of day for a coffee. Approx 6 tables mainly 2 people per. The service guy couldn't handle it. We tried for a second round but here the guy lost it. Food I don't know but I'm not sure if I try it. I don't want hassle and gamble if it's OK.

The two of us were there on the terrace in the summer. The service was friendly and the starter and aperitif were very good. The main course wasn't so great, my pasta was completely overcooked, but the prawns were already dried out and the intestines were not removed. Our food was almost completely gone and I skipped dessert. The pizzas at the neighboring table looked very good, maybe we were just unlucky.

We have been to this restaurant several times and have never been disappointed. Very friendly, attentive service staff, delicious starter buffet as well as very tasty tomato mozzarella salad and extremely good pizza. The dessert offers an excellent selection with many delicacies. We'd love to come back!

Actually very nice but the service ignored us for a long time. We ordered dessert. When my banana split arrived, the ice cream was already half melted. The excuse: "It's really hot inside" doesn't justify the fact that my dessert was more liquid than frozen.

It used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Unfortunately, due to a lack of staff, I couldn't get anything to eat during the day. I wanted to have dessert, but the two waitresses preferred to chat with each other in the restaurant. After about 10 minutes of waiting in vain, we left hungry.

Dined on a Monday. The staff couldn't bring a glass of water in a timely manner. Even the pizza came early. In addition, the staff only speaks broken German.

Pretty terrace overlooking the road but still quiet. Very friendly and caring team. Very good food. Be careful, stairs to access the dining room, not suitable for wheelchairs but you can eat outside without problems under cover. The toilets, in the basement but accessible with elevator.

Bad service, 20 minutes in front of empty plates without clearing away, no snacking on wine, starter planned as the main course despite being asked twice, no request for dessert or coffee, ordered coffee, didn't come. Salad buffet careless and visually like it was made from canned food. Staff including the boss walk past us empty several times without clearing up and work monotonously for hours. Today was just bad. We are not used to this from Una Storia.

We were at the Una Storia restaurant in July 2022. Basically everything was good. The food was very good, there was a large antipasti buffet and the service was nice. But unfortunately the following incident occurred and therefore > Warning: Not suitable for people with severe gluten intolerance. Our 5 year old daughter has celiac disease and cannot tolerate gluten. Although the restaurant offers gluten-free cuisine and we asked several times whether contamination was possible, an incident occurred. Our daughter came into contact with gluten in food and vomited for 3 hours after eating, had severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. We now have to rebuild our daughter's trust in restaurants. Hence the 1-star rating - it shouldn't have been a shame.

Nice atmosphere in the city. The antipasti buffet is generously stocked with all kinds of delicacies. The quality of the individual products and especially the pizzas exceeds any previous expectations.

We were very disappointed with the price/performance ratio. A pizza shouldn't cost 18 Fr. plus. The sauce on the pizza tasted a lot like tomato puree. I've definitely eaten more better than worse pizzas in my life!

Very welcoming staff, bright dining room, very good antipastis, White wine too hot and asking for a second glass, the answer is: there is no cooler one. The risotto was not risotto, the fish with lemon sauce had no taste, we are very disappointed with this Italian restaurant, too bad we will not come back again.
